BEWARE!! We had a minor leak in our upstairs tub of a rental unit we own.   I called Ninja Plumbing and set an appoint for later that afternoon.   My brother drove 45 minutes out to the unit to meet the plumber.  Upon arrival the plumber informed him the cost was $400 for the service call. WOW!!! Couldn't believe they didn't tell me that over the phone when setting the appointment.  I certainly would have continued calling other plumbers.  I never would have agreed to that.  That is INSANE!!!!  Usually service calls cost around $140-$170 for plumbing.   Turns out the problem was a loose screw.  Can you imagine $400 to tighten a screw.

Unconditionally recommended in every aspect from competency, price, value, quality and professionalism.  Adam Coton was great.

My water tank had humming sound and I thought it was the sediment in the tank after I watched couple Youtube videos. But he quickly found out the burner is the issue. He was professional and polite, and he is ok to pick up parts from Lowes for me.
He also suggests to install a water inflow valve for extra safety and future maintenance convenience.
Generally really good service. I will find this company next time.

Being a property manager for 40 properties, I need a prompt reliable plumbing company to handle multiple service calls during the week. That is why I call Cosio's plumbing they always answer my calls and get the job done right the first time and keep a good relation between me and my tenants. Their prices are also reasonable and that helps keep owner costs down.

PLUMBER RECOMMENDATION  I recently had my water heater replaced by Jose of J.R. Rooter & Plumbing (818) 233-2255.  I called them the afternoon that I discovered my heater had failed.  We agreed on a price and set up an appointment for the next morning.  Jose and his helper arrived early with everything needed.  You really find out how good a business is when things go wrong.  In my case, the first brand new, never unboxed water heater that Jose installed turned out to be defective.  Jose had to drain and remove that heater and take it back to his supplier for exchange.  Then he had to drive back with the new one and redo the installation.  Fortunately, the second one worked perfectly.  The whole job was far from easy.  My laundry room is tiny and my washing machine had to be disconnected and moved out of the way.  This was a problem too as the 30 year old hot/cold shut-off valves were bad, so the water for the whole house had to be turned off before the washer could be disconnected and moved out of the way.  Jose fought through all these problems with a great attitude and honored his price even though the job wound up taking all day. I highly recommend J.R. Rooter & Plumbing.

From the first time I called until the last time I spoke with both Emily and John - nothing but excellent customer service.

I needed to drive up to Crestline to get the plumbing and sewer lines inspected, and got stuck in a traffic jam on the freeway. I was clearly going to miss the appointment, yet when I called less than 30 minutes before I was to meet John there, Emily was more than gracious and moved my appointment up. Then later, when I called again, she had no issues rescheduling it, and did so with a great attitude. No huffing. No puffing.

When I actually did meet with John for inspections, he was super professional and honest. He quoted me very fair prices on a handful of small projects. Not for a second did I feel like a bother to him.

We had a little leaking toilet surprise when we walked into the property. John identified the issue and worked with realtors to get it all fixed. No second trip needed.

This is one of those companies you want to tell everyone about. I already shared his name with two general contractors and four neighbours.

Great work quality!! James replaced a bathroom vanity which also required a large amount of drywall repair,  re-plumbing, and some unexpected baseboard adjustments. He paid attention to detail and made sure that the job was done right, and even cleaned up before he left :)

So happy that we had a quote from Patrick at Olson Superior Plumbing before we selected the right company to fix a major main line rupture in our front yard. Patrick assured us they had the right technology and people to get the job done efficiently and effectively.

A team of 3 were here at 8 AM sharp the next day to start the lengthy process of running a new main line from the street to our meter. Efrain and his team did an amazing job of communicating clearly at every step, showing us the work and the quality materials they were using. This is the way the job should've been done originally, however, we feel lucky we found the right company to solve our critical plumbing needs.

Lexy and Madyson were so very helpful at the main office getting us support and answering questions throughout. What an amazing family operation that did the job correctly and at a significantly better price than the competition quoted.

I am sharing this review simply for Mr. Macias giving our family free advice. I called him to check out an offset sewage pipe that we just wanted to have a look out. Although he doesn't do trench less, he educated me on the ways that companies who do trench less sewage work might try to charge for work that might not be necessary. He suggested that if any work is to be done to view the video footage for proof and to beware of sale tactics when these companies work with elderly customers. His free advice helped us save $4500+ on work that was not necessary and he should be recognized for his honesty.

Matticci is trash. The owner, Aurelio Mattucci is a bigot who believes street vendors are violent organized gangs. Aurelio thinks all street food is gutter food and below him. He believes street vending is a ghetto mentality. Mattucci looks like he eats trash food regularly.  Street vendors are trying to make a living; they're hard workers. Don't support  Mattucci

Ultimately drain cleared so going to write this off to initial frustration

Only major rec. is that workers more diligent in putting down tarps to work on and clean up

Initially the service seem to be a high-quality responsive service

On the first round of repairs things were left messy and unfinished and we had to clean up

on the second visit they double charged us for the exact same process on a sink clog with no results

Our overall cost was in excess of $700 to simply clear out blocked drains

We were told on the second visit for the blocked drain they were bringing a camera and a special rotor

They never did that and the extremely slow process by the was it disappointing and infuriating with items being forgotten trips up and down the elevator nothing brought all at once

We were not given what we were represented as being given and would not recommend this company again
