Carlos and his professional and polite crew took such great care of us in the middle of the night. They made us feel well taken care, showed up quickly, explained what to expect in terms we could understand and just had an overall pleasant and positive attitude throughout the night!

GO to another Plumber! Brandon blew us off and didn't show up or call! This appears to be a problem with this company looking at the reviews. He told us that he would come out by 3:30 the next day to fix our plumbing issue; he never showed and never called. We called him/texted him numerous times, and he never had the courtesy to respond.
We've taken our business ELSEWHERE and had service the same day!!!

Alberto is great! He has come out here a few times - once to unclog one of our sewer pipes, another to remove an old water heater, and this time to loosen the valve on our toilets that was causing a loud vibration.  He is quick to respond to text and can always come within the next 24 hours.  He is our go-to now for all our plumbing related issues.  He is knowledgeable and takes time to explain what is happening (which is so helpful as a first time home owner).

They showed up to fix my disposal within an hour of calling! Esteban Gutierrez was my technician and he was friendly, fast and EFFECTIVE. I'd recommend them to anyone!

Raffi was the perfect plumbing technician and is a likable guy to have visit. He efficiently replaced my broken garbage disposal with real honesty & focused intelligence. And at a reasonable cost. I'm impressed with the service and the man. Integrity in a person means that he is whole, complete, his character is unbroken. I had a problem with a back house plumbing problem. I was searching on yelp and came across Guardian Plumbing and saw their reviews and decided to give them a call. They did return my cal within a few minutes which was a good start.
I hired them because from our first conversation he was knowledgeable of the specific situation I had at hand. I knew they'll take care of the job without me searching for someone that hopefully understood the situation. Gave me a next day e.t.a and were right on to take care of the job. I like that he gave me options on the cost before proceeding to fix the problem.
Definitely will be using them in the future I highly recommend them.

Jay just installed a faucet.  Price was very fair and he arrived on time.  All in all very happy with the service.  Have had Matt do work at my place in the past and he too is a good plumber.

I contacted several plumbing professionals to install a soft water system for our house that required rerouting of pipes, as well as to drain out and perform maintenance on our tankless heater.

On the day that Luis came to our house for the estimate, we also happened to have a toilet backup.

Luis is a gentleman for charging just the minimum to clear out the toilet backup. But the overall install of the soft water system was pretty impressive!

Highly recommend Luis for all your plumbing needs. I know I'll be calling him back for the next set of house related plumbing projects .

I had a very good experience with Christian at Incredible PlumberI  He called me to update me on his ETA,  rather than just keeping me waiting, as I have experienced with other plumbers. He came on a Saturday of a 3-day holiday and, even though there were challenges with my kitchen faucet, he went out of his way to make sure the problem was resolved immediately. He was extremely conscientious and pleasant to work with.

Great communication,  on time, clean, professional!    Had a worn out pipe from the kitchen to the main that kept clogging.   After jetting and scoping the line we were shown pictures of the wear in the pipe.   We decided to replace the pipe.   This was no small project as the pipe needed to run out of the kitchen and under the patio.  Tim and Alex saw to it the job was done in a timely and neat manner.   They laid custom brickwork to match our patio, repaired the stucco where the wall meets the patio along the whole run and painted to match.   Looks better than before the project.   A few days later our main clogged from the house to the street.  They came back out the same day and hydro jetted and scoped the line at no charge.   Awesome!   Great upstanding guys!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Die Hard Plumbing for a plumbing issue I was having with my upstairs shower not delivering any hot water, and I have to say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. Jake, the plumber who was sent to assist me, was not only incredibly professional, but also very amicable and friendly.

Jake was prompt, arriving right on time as scheduled, and got right to work assessing the issue. He explained everything in detail, answering all of my questions with ease and expertise. His calm and reassuring demeanor immediately put me at ease, and I knew that my plumbing problem was in great hands.

The best part of my experience was how great a job Jake did. He was meticulous in his work, ensuring that everything was done to the highest possible standard. He worked quickly and efficiently, leaving everything in perfect working order.

On top of all of this, the price was very reasonable, and I was left feeling like I had received a fantastic value for my money. Overall, I cannot recommend Die Hard Plumbing, and Jake specifically, enough. I had called them Good Guys for a faucet installation and change out of water valves in my home.  Ernie Escobar came early and was very good in explaining what I should do and was very friendly.  I He was very thorough in how he methodically did his work and kept work area nice and clean.
Based on my work amount and a first time customer discount, the price was very reasonable.
I will use them from now on and will always ask for Ernie!!

Mike arrived promptly and displayed a tenacity to get the job done right that you don't know run across often when dealing with various service providers. He had to leave my house and return in the afternoon because he needed a different piece of equipment to try to resolve the situation. I'm happy to say that he was able to get it done. I would highly recommend Mike and American Plumb Method without reservation.

I was in desperate need of a plumber a day before my son was to arrive at Thanksgiving. My guest shower hot water was not reliable. People said I was crazy because it was the only place in the house I had hot water issues. My regular plumber wasn't responding and I called 2 others I had used in the past...no lucky! My time was running out quick until I was referred to Henry. I texted him and he immediately called me back. Before coming out to check out the issue, he suggested we replace the old dual shower head if we could. IT WORKED. We have been good every since. Even though Henry didn't physically do any work for us, he saved us much stress and possibly a boatload of money others might have charged me. These guys stand out from everyone i've ever worked with in plumbing. They have helped me on lots and lots of repairs now and always fix the problem the right way the first time. I've never had to call them back about fixing something we've already fixed. It means so much to have literally complete confidence in the people you choose to work with. Can't find that these days. i'm an advocate of this team bc for years they have helped me and since day 1 they have been consistent, responsible and done top notch work.

OUTSTANDING!!  Outstanding service.  I called and a live human being picked up the phone and no buttons needed to be pushed.  This seems to be very rare these days!!  There was no robot, no layers of voice mail, just a simple phone call that went straight to a person.  We were able to make the appointment right then and there.  I did not have to wait around for someone to return my call.    

I dealt their Technicians Art R and Jesus.  We scheduled to have our thermostat professionally installed for 9:00am.  They called an hour before to let me know they were going to arrive at 9:00. And they did, ON TIME!  

Art was a very polished professional Jesus was a trainee and very professional too.  While Art was installing our thermostat, Jesus was cleaning out the coils in our heater and doing some minor routine maintenance.  When our thermostat was installed, both Art and Jesus went into our backyard checked over our air conditioner and completely cleaned out our air conditioner.   DID I SAY ALL THIS CAME WITH THE THERMOSTAT INSTALLATION?!?!  The price for all this was very reasonable and well worth it!
