Professional, prompt, efficient, courteous, etc.  might be a bit on the expensive end....but you get what you pay for.

Eric is responsive and knowledgeable. He wanted to make sure the programming of the fob worked before he cut the key. Then he made sure the key was cut correctly. He took his time to make sure everything was working.

Levi rocked it!  I just had remodeling done in my condo and wanted to change my locks and outside hardware for security.  Levi was flexible, timely and super easy to work with.  He not only changed out the locks for my front door, but did the lock on my outdoor storage unit as well.  I highly recommend him.

These guys are the best of the best and FAST. like real fast. The lady I spoke to was quick and thorough. She dispatched me to the locksmith jacob in a heartbeat. Jacob was very considerate of my situation with the timing, location, and even where I stood economically. Worked their ways around the best they could to fulfill my needs. And they did. We would highly recommend Terry Richards of Agent Lock and Key. One of our keys broke off into the deadbolt of our front door so we needed a Locksmith to help us out. After throwing a net out to 3 different businesses for pricing and availability, Terry was the 1st to respond and the most honest and up front about his pricing. Since we had him out on a service fee already, we were able to add a couple of more "sticky" locks on at cost only. Throwing in a couple of new keys and all in under 1 hour, he even came in well below estimate since the locks only needed to be cleaned instead of replaced. Terry was very personable, flexible with scheduling, and on time. If we run into another situation in which a locksmith is needed, Agent Lock and Key will be our one and only call!!

I was recommended to Jeff  by a co-worker. Erika was right. Jeff was courteous, fair and honest. He had a great solution to an issue we had and offered ways for me to save money. I received a quote from another company that was about double Jeff's rate. High quality service and friendly. Perfect!

Alon was so persistent to get me into my house when the deadbolt failed. It was a high security lock and he worked at it until he got in! Absolutely would recommend his company for even the toughest job!

Alcatraz locksmith run by Todd is a fast and proficient locksmith. Todd was able to do for me what others could not. He made a key for my 1971 International Scout - making a key from scratch is a lost art, especially nowadays.

I saw a sticker inside his van that mentioned veteran owned. I definitely support this business. Todd was a paratrooper in the army so I want to thank him for his service, back then and now!

The locksmith was hired to install new door locks and deadlocks on the house's exterior doors. Additionally, the locksmith was also hired to re-kay all new door locks & deadbolts to be the same key. This service was contracted due to the fact that I purchased a new house and wanted to change out all exterior locks.
Total number of doors to receive new locks = 5
Total number of keys requested to be keyed alike = 6
The locksmith arrived and started his work. Upon completion of the above-stated scope of work, the locksmith stated he had checked all doors, locks, and keys. The locksmith handed me a set of six keys and asked that I also check the doors/locks and keys to ensure they worked.
I walked the house and tested 2-3 random keys in each lock, turning each key to engage the lock and ensuring they turned freely and locked as they should.
The locksmith took my credit, charged me for the service, then left. My family and I then went out to lunch and ran a couple of errands. Upon our return, we unlocked the security front door and attempted to unlock the main front door deadbolt. The lock would not move or operate.
I went and tried the side door that had a new lock installed, and the keys unlocked the deadbolt and doorknob locks - however - there is a security door frame lock installed on the other side of this door, so I was not able to open the door.
I promptly called the locksmith back and explained to him that the front door deadbolt was not functioning and that my family and I were locked outside (in Arizona heat with a five-year-old and eight old and dogs kenneled inside the house). The locksmith immediately began arguing with me that the fault was mine for not checking every key in every lock. I explained to the locksmith that regardless of not checking every single key in every lock (I checked 2-3 random keys in every lock), the defect was most definitely caused by the installation process and not caused by a double-check process. The locksmith also admitted that he was responsible for checking every key in every lock, which did not happen.
The locksmith stated that he would see if there was someone he could get out to the house to drill out our brand new lock and let us in. I received a call from another locksmith company who *Ace Locksmith had, called to help me. This new locksmith stated it would cost me $200 - $300 for him to make an emergency call and perform a drill out of my lock. So *Ace Locksmith's support and resolution of their failed installation was to charge their customer to fix their mistake. I declined the service and called the original locksmith back.
When I called *Ace Locksmith back, I was told again that the issue was my fault and that there was nothing he could do for me. I requested that the original locksmith come to my house to let my family and me in and fix his mistake - which he declined to do. I then asked that the original locksmith refund me 100% of the charges for the services as my only resort left was to break into my house. The cost of repairing the broken window or door that I would need to break to get in would cost more than the total of the original botched job that the locksmith had done. He also declined to refund me the total costs.
I ended up having to break into my house, damaging my door frame, so I could finally let my children inside.
This locksmith performs poor quality installations and does not stand behind their work as a craftsman. The company's customer service is horrible. I now have keys that I paid for that do not open my front door and a broken side door frame.

I frantically messaged Jon at Sitton late on a Saturday night when I couldn't get my new smart lock to work. I had spent HOURS trying to set it up and even called in two reinforcements to help. Begrudgingly, I reached out to several locksmiths for professional assistance.

Via yelp messages, Jon answered my questions quickly, kindly, and offered me a next-day weekend spot for a reasonable price. When I was able to make the lock work(!!!!) just shy of 4 hours before our scheduled appt, I texted Jon to cancel. I was somewhat expecting a cancellation fee but Jon was quick to reply back and nice enough to not mention a fee, only that he was happy I got it figured out.

I will definitely be keeping this service bookmarked for any figure "oh shit!"s that come up

Adams Locksmith did a superb job re-keying all of the locks in my daughter's house.  In this field it's difficult to trust someone and it's nice to have one key for all the doors.  

Their business is NOT a call center, it is a local company.
