My lock change went just as planned.  Installer, Warren, was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable.

Fantastic service. Met me at the parking lot where my car was stranded within a couple hours after my call, then opened my car and replaced my lost FOB in a matter of minutes.

I got locked out of my big rig and had to call a locksmith, the first company I called was apparently a scam, told me $19 over the phone but when the guy showed up he said I had a special lock and it would cost $250 to get me in, I didn't think that was the case because this is not the first time I got locked out. I told him to leave (fast) and then I called Mr Lockout, the guy showed up and had me in my truck in less that 1 minute for $50 flat, that's what they quoted me and that is what I paid. Just purchased a used truck F150 limited of course it only had one key fob. I had never purchased a vehicle without it having two sets of keys. But I just had to have it.
Messaged Jon with Sutton Locksmith. He promptly messaged back. He quoted getting the key fob, programming it and delivering it to my house for a very reasonable price. Jon quoted getting it done in 30 minutes to an hour. Well he got it done in about 20 minutes, maybe less.
