Best Lock Changing in Phoenix AZ

Got a smart lock installed by cactus.  I felt the price for install was A-ok but with gas prices being higher now I believe it works out to be fair.  I definitely did not want to install myself and mess up my manicure or risk doing it incorrectly.  The fun part was locking my door from my phone.

I needed the locks changed out immediately and Victor was there within an hour. He was pleasant, professional, and very efficient. He also shared with me two of his contacts, and they both reflected his same work ethic and attitude. I highly recommend Victor, I am from out of town and did not know who to turn to, so I am grateful that I found him on Yelp

If I could give 100 stars it wouldn't be enough. Picture three hot tired dogs, leaving the dog park, being put in a black BMW expecting to be driven home and instead they get locked in. Pop A Lock was there within 15 minutes, free of charge (I would have paid anything) and were super nice. I seriously can't say enough good things.  just ask my happy hounds!!

Levi has changed the locks for us on two different occasions and I would highly recommend him. He is prompt, kind & trustworthy.

In process of moving.  Accidentally locked all keys in Casita.  Called and very quickly responded.  Took about 5 minutes to open the casita door.  Shocked when told bill was $199.00 for 5 minutes work.

I had lost my whole life (my purse) and my car keys were included in that life I lost. Anyway, I could not find my spare key and I needed help getting my car re-keyed. I called up Johnny (after being turned away by another locksmith because they didn't have the system reset info since they weren't certified with the dealership). I got lucky and Johnny (who is certified with the dealership) had the fob and key for my 2014 Corolla. He was able to come by as soon as he was done with his current job (this was around 4pm on a Monday). He was able to get me set up with a new pair of keys within an hour. I highly recommend him!

Very responsive and knew exactly what my issue was (door latch bolt stuck and couldn't open door). Easily scheduled him the next day and was able to get the latch out and replace it. Price was very fair for how tedious and frustrating the job was (tried to do it myself for hours). Highly recommend.

Showed up within a couple of hours to change the locks. No one else could respond so fast. Handled everything by phone, making the process easy and pain free. I am very happy and plan to hang on to their phone number for future lock change outs!

This guy REALLY saved me. I was flying in from Miami and was locked out of my house. He coordinated with me while I was in my Lyft ride home to make sure he was there at the same time I got home. I'm so grateful I didn't have to stand in front of my house with all of my luggage waiting in front of all of my neighbors. I got right in. And he had keypads in stock with him already, so I got a new keypad installed as well. Thanks!!!

Highly recommend this company! Tom was great! I needed new keys for 5 doors in my house. I called Tom in the morning and told him my situation.  He was at my house a few hours later.  He was very reasonable too! If you need a great locksmith, use Budget Lock and Key!  :)

I sent several quotes and used Yelp for help with my truck and almost everyone that answered said my town was too far (even though they had my town as part of their area of service.  JJ answers my quote and although he was over 60 miles one way, he said he would come and help me.  He made several stops along the way for equipment and by the time he left, I was in my vehicle and keys made.  He was very professional and although I know he is in this business to make money, he did not flinch of driving 120 miles round trip to not only help someone, but he gained a future customer.  Thank you...

Todd personally came out to service my vehicle. Couldn't have been more accommodating and gracious. Very knowledgeable in his trade. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him for ANY Locksmith work that you need done. His pricing is VERY RESONABLE! :)

This company was helpful, professional and responsive. He helped my son who locked himself out of his car and needed to get to work ASAP on a Saturday. Great job and I would highly recommend!

Jeff and the entire crew are awesome! Jeff replaced a lockset and rekeyed the locks on my park model a year ago. My deadbolt jammed recently and I could not turn it to open the door.  Jeff was here within 90 minutes, solved the problem, plus checked the door alignment and tightened all the screws- at no charge! Everyone I have dealt with at The Lock Shop has been courteous and professional. They treat their customers like family- such a refreshing experience!

Very friendly. Very respectful.  Highly recommend and will be using their services again if needed. A little more than others. For me their tone and demeanor over the phone was it. At the end of it very worth it.

I was locked out of my car and they came pretty quickly and were really nice about it. I was feeling like a dope for leaving my keys in a car that locks automatically! They also were pretty cheap, though I admit I couldn't really compare them to anybody else as I have never used a locksmith before. They set the bar high, but no offense to them I hope I never need one again!

He showed up following CDC guidelines and was quick. I was expecting to wait 1-3 hours before he arrived on location and he arrived in 20 mins. He was very friendly and polite. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a locksmith! :) 10/10
