I had a really terrible experience with this company. Dude came in very friendly and nice at first. My landlord was overlooking the property so I stepped out to the store for about 10 minutes. Came back home to find my toilet seat up. When I called the guy to address it to him he just laughed at me and made some joke. My landlord then contacted him, the guy called to apologize and when I stated my feelings he proceeded to yell at me. This was one of the most abnormal experiences I've ever had with a so-called professional worker.

Great experience with Victor! He responded to my inquiry right away and was able to be at my home the next morning at 9 am. 6 locks were changed within 15 minutes and his prices were very reasonable compared to competitors!

Nate was prompt and caring!  He took care of many items that needed to be done for my client. He rekeyed his home, truck, mail box and gun safe. This is one guy and company that follows through and does it when I call!! Great company! Thanks for all of your help!

Above and beyond!! Eric was wonderful to work with. I inadvertently inserted the wrong car key in the ignition and locked up the whole column- it was immovable! So thankful that this was the first company to show up on my search for car locksmiths!!! Absolutely saving this number for any future disasters.

He had reached out to all dealerships and resale locations to find a new ignition (which was the likely outcome of this problem) and made a plan for the worst case scenario before arriving initially.

I had just moved into a condo that had a different set of keys for each door. They were not functioning well and I wanted one key for all locks. I messaged Levi through yelp. His responses were swift and precise. There wasn't any BS or false promises. Levi came and checked my locks. Told me the costs prior to coming and remained the same once he was able to provide an accurate assessment. I had new door knobs and locks for one door and the locks were calibrated to match the other locks so I could use the same key. Levi also secured the face plate on the door and door frame without an additional charge. Great service provided.

My daughter locked both sets of keys in the car and Author responded to my request quickly with a reasonable  price.  He was professional and quick to open my car. I would recommend him to my friends and family.

I'm totally impressed! FAST, INEXPENSIVE, GREAT SERVICE! The tiny tip of a key got broken off on my car's trunk, so I was then unable to open it with the key. Then the mechanism to pop the trunk from the inside also broke. I lived with this mess for over 6 years because quotes from others were $300-$500! Everyone said they would have to drill out & replace the lock and they would never guarantee a price. Not Johnny Locksmith! All he needed was about 5 seconds to get the broken key out! WOW! And super-cheap! He totally honored the price he quoted & responded super-fast! I would totally call him again! THANK YOU! It is so wonderful to have easy access to my trunk again!

Nick came out and fixed both my front doors quickly.  He is more than reasonable in pricing, fast and efficient. Not to mention cute!

Alon showed up on time and was able to fix a door latch that was stuck inside the door frame.  He was efficient and offered a fair price.  Would recommend to others.

I needed a mailbox lock replaced, and the locksmith was able to come by and do it within 2 hours of my call.  It was easy and the price was reasonable.  I would use this service for future lock and key needs.

I sent several quotes and used Yelp for help with my truck and almost everyone that answered said my town was too far (even though they had my town as part of their area of service.  JJ answers my quote and although he was over 60 miles one way, he said he would come and help me.  He made several stops along the way for equipment and by the time he left, I was in my vehicle and keys made.  He was very professional and although I know he is in this business to make money, he did not flinch of driving 120 miles round trip to not only help someone, but he gained a future customer.  Thank you...

Absolutely terrible customer service.  This man does not know how to speak to customers.  Condescending and rude.  Apparently he didn't get the answer he was looking for over the phone so he says "OK, let's try this again" and asked the exact same question the exact same way.  Problem was, I had already answered his question.

Update: weeks later still no response, filed a complaint still no response. This man should not be in business, more so he's just a rotten person who informed me he doesn't care if he does a good job.

Fast friendly service at a great price, what more can you ask for!?  I've used The LOCK Shop previously and they great then too. They are my "go to" from now on.

I called got an appointment for the next day Bo showed up on time and was super friendly fast and efficient. Whether you're locked out of the house or need to rekey I would call Bo from Ace locksmith.

This place is amazing I called and went right over on a Friday and they cut me 3 new keys for $9 in less than 5 minutes. No wait, good quality keys and friendly service! Worth the drive for the quality and speed! Right off the 10 freeway, would highly recommend over places like Home Depot where you cut your keys yourself and they don't always work.

They have always been professional and are quick at what they do. They've previously cut a spare for my Harley Sportster. Today they cut some OEM style Toyota keys for my FJ Cruiser that I had bought online with the immobilizer chip. They explained how I may need two originals to program the new keys but it was not needed. I did it with only one and the new keys are working! They do great work! Definitely come here for all your needs!

Get this... After Stormy installs the WRONG door hardware that I specified (totally my fault), she comes back the next morning with the correct hardware and switches it out at no additional cost. Granted, I had her do a lot of other work in addition to that, but she had every right to charge me for my cockup. THAT speaks volumes to their values and ethics as a business.
