Best Lock Repair in Phoenix AZ

We recently moved from CA to AZ and, as expected, there were a variety of tasks/small projects we needed done in our new home.  Based on prior Yelp reviews, I contacted Response Crew. Jennifer was immediately responsive, we quickly had our estimate and we were able to schedule a full day's worth of work within two day. Kelly contacted me about 40 minutes prior to his scheduled arrival to advise he'd be on time and he was. Kelly was nothing short of amazing; he was professional, polite, accommodating, and patient. The quality of his work was outstanding. We knew we'd have a "second phase" to our move-in work and without hesitation we will book with Response Crew and definitely request Kelly.  Our experience was perfect.

Our kitchen sink hot tap handle broke off and there didn't appear to be an easy way to fix it, due to the way it had been incorrectly installed. I called Dror, he asked me to send a photo; we later got on FaceTime and he guided me through the steps to replace it with the new one I had on hand.

After I inevitably ran into problems -- mostly due to my house apparently not being built to code -- Dror came over and saved the day.

As he was heading out, I let Dror know that I would gladly call him again for my many household projects that need a real professional.

We had very good service and honest rates for repairs on plumbing and drywall, and for light install.

I've hired Jeremy several times to do lots of little projects around my house and he's always professional and really friendly! I would definitely recommend him!

If I could give less stars I would.  Horrible service.  Does not respond or return calls especially after they said they would do the work on a certain day and time.  Just unreliable I say.

I called George because of the reviews here on yelp and so glad I did. I had some odd jobs around the house that I couldn't get done because I'm pregnant and on bed rest. I had a water damaged window sill that needed dry wall repair, paint & blind installation. I had a heavy mirror and relief artwork that needed to be hung, leaks in my drip system and random boxes that needed to be moved. When I called, we set up a day and time and George was right on time. I reviewed the work with him and he started right away. He finished everything expertly within 3 hours which included him having to make a run to Home Depot for some drip line that I didn't have. And the price was less than half what I had been quoted by a drywall company just to fix the window sill. George also was very pleasant to work with and have inside my home. George is a great guy who does quality work, on time at a fair price. Can't beat that! I will be keeping his information and calling him back whenever I need handyman services in the future.
