Requested a quote and within minutes had a response, The technician was on the way and within the hour or-so, my antique family China hutch was open!

These lovely and professional folks were the best ever. My friend died and her religious sisters came from minnesota to help me clean up the house. the deadbolt was broken and they were afraid to sleep in the house. Lock Shop came right over and repaired it for very reasonable price and the Sisters slept peacefully and safely the rest of their stay. Extra credit for being so kind and patient with the three of us very old ladies.

New to the valley and in my first home. I called to have the locks replaced. Instead of just going with what I asked for and collecting a bigger payment they suggested having the existing locks rekeyed. The outcome will be the same (locks that only I have the keys for) but by using the existing hardware I saved money. Also I called at 4pm thinking that it would take a few days for an appointment but 40 minutes later they were here working on it. Prices were better than I had heard from other locksmiths. I called Sitton Locksmith in hopes of fixing my front door lock. I had called a few other locksmiths in the area but they were hesitant to give me an actual quote for what the work would cost. Most of the locksmiths wold say that they $x for a service call but would not confirm how much fixing the lock would cost.

Jon from Sitton Locksmith, did not try to play that game. I described the issue, and he gave me a quote for the service call and work fee. It is a comfort to know ahead of time how much it would cost, because previously I had to deal with locksmiths who would increase prices as soon as they arrived. I do understand that some problems do require more work and therefore cost more money, but sometimes it feels like you're being taken advantage of. However, Jon was upfront about the cost, which I appreciated.

Jon arrived within 30 minutes of my call, fixed the lock, and gave me a new key (for free). He is professional, knowledgeable, and his prompt fixing of the lock made my life a lot easier. I recommend Sitton Locksmith without any hesitation.

These folks have been so very helpful, on a couple of occasions 1.  Getting a key made, which they did very quickly/cheaply.   2.  Went in to see about getting special-order locks for the cargo carriers on my motorcycle. They are made in italy.  One helpful & friendly employee told me how I might go about it, but also offered to clean it up with graphite and oil it too.  Really helped!  Hardly need new locks for the time being.  Didn't charge me either.

Just moved into a new house and needed to re-key my locks. I have asked around and got a good response. Chose this business to deal with and they didn't disappoint. I needed it the next day since I wanted it done as soon as possible. He came in and assessed my locks, 2 of them needed to be replaced so I can get 1 major key for all of them. He went to HD and got me 2 locks for replacement and went to work. It was fast and thorough. He was very honest with me and charged me reasonably. Got the locks re-keyed and I couldn't be happier with it.

The gentleman from Arizona Locksmith was very accommodating on short notice when I needed to change my locks between tenants on my rental property on a Saturday. He called when he was on his way, was early for the job, and provided several options for the services he provided. He was also quick to complete the work and very professional. So, Like an idiot Thursday during the monsoon I locked my keys in my car. I had to call a locksmith. My dad knows this guy named Peter. I get his number and give him a call. He said alright, I'm on my way. He gets there like Superman! He was helping me out and taking care of business in no time. What caught me by surprise is the guy was doing all of this in the rain! That no joke it's raining, rain. Peter is a lifesaver!!! I called and in less than 10 minutes I'm back on the road. He is reliable, affordable, and was so nice through my whole idiotic mistack. Being so nice, even though I know he just wanted to get out of the rain. Hands down, the best I locked my keys in the car story ever!!

When I was up on vacation in Tahoe I  locked my keys in my car I could not get ahold of anyone and finally someone answered their phone. It was late and he got there quickly. I would recommend his services and will definitely use his services again.
