Best Security Gate Services in Phoenix AZ
Alex and his crew did a phenomenal job on our side gate and sliding RV gate. Everything is custom, and comes with a quality guarantee. They managed to get everything done less than a month after hiring, plus hauled away the old rickety gates at no charge. We even had a hole in our metal awning on the new place we bought, and with rust running through, and they managed to patch that up. Needless to say, if I have ANY welding needs, I'll be calling him. Well worth going with the little guy over one of the bigger companies.

Juan and his team were amazing. They came and out gave us a quote within a couple days, with so many customization options. Installed the gate in under an hour. So friendly and helpful!

Travis and Lisa painted our home exterior and also did some interior painting. They were fast, reliable, detailed, and very reasonably priced. Good, honest people with a great work ethic. I'd recommend them without hestitation.

I can now sleep through the night without worry that my kitchen was going to flood. Trysten was quick to respond, had no silly fees and was very flexible to work with. He was here within a couple hours of first contact. Brought in his case of tools and got to work. quick, clean, polite and respectful. Very happy with his services!

We live in Virginia and several years ago we purchased five security screen doors from First Impression and had them shipped out east. We couldn't find any better product available than what First Impression is making, so paid the extra freight to have the doors shipped to us. The sales rep was easy to work with and was even flexible enough to allow me to adapt one of their designs to my own artistic leanings.
The doors themselves are heavy, quality construction and artistically beautiful.
The powder coat finish on the doors looks great, though we do have one or two areas where the paint is peeling and the door is rusting. But stuff happens and the company provided some touch-up paint when we bought the doors, so we can take care of that ourselves.
My only real dissatisfaction has been with the slimline locks they use with their doors. The plugs in the locks are Schlage, but not the lock mechanism, and we have found that they just don't hold up as well as I would have hoped, given the quality of the doors overall.
After about two years we had one lock freeze up on us in the locked position, preventing anyone from going in or out of the front door. To their credit First Impression replaced the lock without charge.
The lock on a second door (side porch) froze with the key in it a year or so after that, and to their credit, First Impression has offered to replace the second one for free as well. Because we have yet a third lock starting to tighten on the key when we try to remove it, I'm feeling a little frustrated with what seems to be a repeat issue with these locks. After calling First Impression I've been told that just this year they replaced the locks they were using with a new and better lock by a different manufacturer, and have offered to send two of the new locks to replace the two currently giving us trouble - a very generous gesture.
I'm hoping these new locks by a different manufacturer will take care of the only real complaint I've had.
The locks are the only reason First Impression didn't get 5 stars from me. If these new locks fix that problem, I'll be changing my rating from 4 to 5 stars.

Last year my wife & I bought 3 doors & a large gate from 1st Impressions....It costs us around $11,000-$12,000....A screen on 1 of the doors continuously comes out. In the past, they tried to fix the problem. This morning I called them again to tell them that the screen came out for maybe the 4th or 5th time in a year & a woman named Jennifer told me to use a butter knife to fix it.... Imagine that! Instead of standing behind their product & trying to find out why this is happening, a person tells me to use a kitchen utensil to fix it....Jennifer told me that they are too busy to stand behind their product....Needless to say I will never use this company again & will never recommend it to my friends or business associates!

Arizona Ironworks has been a nightmare to deal with. They replaced the gates at my house. Not happy but the real issue is the lack of communication and poor workmanship. When they installed the gate to the park at my home they secured the bottom of the gate to the left by adding in a metal plate to secure the fence where the gate was. I asked them if they can secure the rest 10 posts of the fence. They sent me an invoice number 202412 for 608.06 on 8/7/22 he send email asking to fix posts on back fence. At end of job I paid it as they said they could secure 6 of the 10 posts and 4 were good. They did not do an adequate job and I called the next day asking them if they actually did the work? They said they did and I paid that invoice when I paid all the rest of the invoices. Then after multiple calls and an email on 9/6/22 to Tyler Arnouldsen and finally an email back from him. He told me they could NOT secure the fence the 6 posts so I requested my money back for that additional work in amount of 608.06 with no response. I've reached out 3 times. No response. He said the owner BRENT came out but he didn't call me either. I asked them via email on 9/6 to please refund it since they can't fix it. NO answer No response. They kept my money and won't refund it for work they didn't do adequately.
