Ever have one of those days...?

Those days when you reach for something in the front counsel of your vehicle, grab it, turn around and your butt, coupled with a badly-timed gust of wind, helps the back door close and lock your keys in your car?

...with your child inside?

Well that was me yesterday. Definitely not one of my brightest moments.

After getting over the shock of what I did and calming down my nerves, I grabbed my phone and googled the nearest locksmith.

I called Pop-A-Lock and within minutes, a technician was there and literally within seconds, my vehicle was unlocked.

It's their company policy that emergency lockouts involving kids in cars are free. I was shocked.

At a time when i was so desperate to do anything, to pay anything- these guys were incredibly professional, respectful and caring.

I insisted the technician take the $10 cash I had, told him lunch was on me and asked for some business cards.

In this day and age of big-box retailers and conglomerates that treat customers like you're one of many, it's nice when a business goes out of their way to provide the care and professionalism that earns them a customer for life.

Alon communicated with me immediately and kept me updated on his arrival time. Him and his partner arrived promptly on a Saturday and had my new Electronic car keys within 25 minutes. I would highly recommend.

Found the absolute best locksmith last night when I was locked out of my home. Tom gave great customer service! He arrived when he said he would, and could not have been nicer or more professional. The job turned out to be more complex than initially anticipated, but he persevered and got me into my home. He took time to help explain to me what had happened, and told me exactly what I needed to do next to replace my broken lock. I was quoted a price up front, but because it was a more complicated job than initially thought, it was a bit more expensive, but I had expected that; and the increase was very minor. Drove all the way from San Diego to move out some final things in my old apartment from Glendale, AZ. Half way through the drive I realized I forgot my apartment key.. Morty was amazing and got us into my apartment in ONE minute. He was able to replicate my exact key so I didn't need a new knob and key. He was very patient the whole time as well!! This is a very undesirable circumstance and I'm so happy I called them for help, all in less than 10 minutes!

Can't say anything about the actual service or prices, but I called to have someone sent out to unlock my front door. We had family over and needed the door unlocked ASAP. When I called, the guy who answered said the tech is on a service call but will call us back soon. He never called back. Luckily I reached out to another company and wasn't waiting on these guys to call me back.

I needed to get assistance in order to rekey the locks on my moms house in Queen Valley. Steve and Sharon were willing to go to the part of the city and more impressively, agreed to go same day.
