I had kind of an odd job for him. I had special-ordered some fancy Emtek entry door hardware (deadbolt & locking knob, both w square backplates), and I couldn't get them to align cosmetically while functioning technically.
Jon dove into the problem and managed to figure it out & fix it.
He also re-keyed both pieces, one of which I had no key for.

Fantastic service.  I got locked out of a room in my house via electronic lock (batteries died) and Thomas came over within an hour of my call, got me back in, and re-keyed the lock so I now have emergency keys in case the batteries die on me again! Thanks, Thomas!

John and Bell Lock and Safe were a life saver!!
I was locked out of my house and I made the mistake of calling one of those 1-800 locksmith companies. I had been waiting in the heat for hours and no one showed up. I called John at Bell lock and he was there in 15 minutes to let me in. The other company never showed up or called me back. Thank God for John. He was fast and professional. Also the price he quoted over the phone was the same price I paid when he arrived. I would definitely use Bell Lock and Safe again and recommend them to anyone that needs a locksmith.

We recently purchased a home in New River and needed multiple doors rekeyed. My wife contacted Assist Locksmith and Joe was very pleasant and quoted a very reasonable price. He arrived exactly when he said he would and completed all the services we requested quite quickly. Joe also changed the codes on our garage door and security gate remotes at no charge. Joe was very polite and professional and exceeded expectations. What more can you ask?  I highly recommend him to anyone needing locksmith service in the areas he supports.

Cory was very professional and responsive!  I reached out to him to change a couple locks. He immediately responded. He continued to respond to me with answers to questions I had prior to our appointment.  We scheduled a time and the day of the appointment he let me know he would be a little early and asked if that would be convenient!!  The quality of his work was exceptional and fairly priced!  I would highly recommend Cory and will definitely use him in the future!

I needed to get assistance in order to rekey the locks on my moms house in Queen Valley. Steve and Sharon were willing to go to the part of the city and more impressively, agreed to go same day. Their pricing was also very reasonable (especially given the distance). When changing the locks they were quick and knowledgeable. Even providing additional tips for the long term care of the locks, doors, etc. Both were friendly and I would use them again. Thank you for the quick service!

We called Mike and he indicated he would be able to arrive within 30 minutes which was great. When he showed up later in the day as we did not have an exact time of arrival, our office manager had stepped out to get lunch one minute down the street.
According to my staff, he was verbally abusive and began demanding to know "how much his time was worth in comparison to hers."
He then left and returned at which time I advised my staff has to pay him for the trip out there.
Did not use his services and will not be using his services in the future. As a business owner I certainly understand the frustration and how important and valuable our time is, however becoming verbally aggressive and demanding is not professional nor appropriate.

Update: as soon as review was posted business called to talk trash. Made threats.

Response to owner: 3rd party? Did I not place the call? Did I not say it was another person's car? Did I not say I'd be putting it on MY card? "Huge mistake"? Pretty sure I was standing next to the other person when he called you back to confirm vehicle and key type.

Called another shop. Did it for less than your initial quote. They said you must be inexperienced if this type of car was an issue.

They didn't threaten me if I write a negative review either.

Locked out of car. When I called I explained location, that we needed a chipped key, type of car,etc... Was told 90 minutes. Called back to confirm he had the right kind of key. Again told yes and fee would be $180. 3 hours later he shows up and says he doesn't have the right key. Says 2 days to order and $250. Still tried to get a fee for a service call. Uhhh no, you made me waste 3 hours for nothing.

I sent out a request for all local locksmiths for a bid to re-key my entire house. Bill was the first to respond, and the questions he asked in order to get me the proper bid were concise. He was informative when he arrived, educating me on the new touch pad front door lock, making sure I knew what batteries to use, how to replace them, etc. I had one off-brand lock that was installed after one of my Schlage locks was damaged. I thought I may have to go buy a whole new lock, but Bill was able to replace the missing piece and rebuild the lock right on location, saving me a trip and the expense of buying a whole new lock and lever! His prices were very fair and I was charged slightly under his original bid. Most valuable to me, Bill was friendly and I felt safe having him in my home. I would recommend him and will use him again!
