Kyle is terrific and his business is well named.  He responds very promptly, is so professional, gives lots of information and is so reasonably priced.  And he'll do it all with a smile!  I will definitely be calling Kyle again and you should too.

Came to my house right on time, was honest, upfront, respectful, and did great work. He installed our dog door through our house and we couldn't be more pleased with the job. Would recommend him to anyone.

We had an issue with a leak in our roof that caused some water damage to our ceiling. I reached out on Yelp and Elvis responded very quickly to better understand the issue. He came out the same day to give us a reasonable quote to repair. We decided to go with Dream Builder and were not let down in any way. From their communication to timeliness and overall quality of work they could not have been more professional. We will not hesitate to work with Elvis and Maisa again.

Mark has been by the house a few times to do a few things that are a little above my skill level.  Mark is always on time, friendly, does the job right the first time and reasonably priced.  If i need a handyman or anything Mark is always my first call.

We had to have the drain system in our home replaced due to breakage (it was cast iron). We understood from the onset that it would require ripping out our bathroom. We hired a plumbing company to jackhammer the slab and take care of it. But we still needed to have our bathroom put back. Enter Vlad. From the onset it was not a small job, as you can see from the photos. Vlad was undaunted and let us know exactly what he could do for us. He made suggestions and recommendations that helped us pick out our new materials. Older homes like ours can always pose challenges and that was definitely the case here. But Vlad worked diligently until everything was completed. We couldn't be happier with our new bathroom! We would absolutely hire Vlad again for any of our contractor needs!

Something in my bathroom was leaking and causing water damage to the wall/trim and moisture on the floor. I couldn't figure out what it was so I called Eddie and he was able to identify the problem and fix it! He had to remove the toilet and cut the wall open to remove the damage, then he replaced the broken/leaking seal (toilet flange) and repaired the wall as good as new!  I also appreciated that he cleaned and vacuumed the debris after, it looks great and I have peace of mind that the water won't cause anymore damage since the leak is repaired. Thank you!

I contacted the Fix it Floyd firm to repair all the things found wrong during my home inspection.  I met Brian the owner on a Friday on the first day in the new house and did a walk through to come up with solutions.  On Saturday, two smoke detectors started beeping when the batteries went low.  With no ladder and no way to get one I called Brian and he was nice enough to come out and take care of the batteries.  That kind of customer service was evidenced during the repair process that they did on a fixed price and timely basis.  Work was done well and all subsequent repairs have been timely.  Its great to have access to someone you can trust and can fix just about anything in a house.

Daniel did a fabulous job at repairing my ceiling damage. He was very flexible in working with my schedule and put up with my curious pup 'helping'. The final results turned out great and I'd happily hire him again for my next project!

Amazing customer service! I was having trouble installing a ceiling fan on my own, and I called them up to have them come out for service. Instead the man I spoke with recognized that I was very close to finishing and just talked me through the rest of the install over the phone. I was very surprised. We have used this privately own company multiple times.  It nice to know the owner Lucien is honest and has integrity in addition he gets the job done when he says he will and for the price he quotes. As I have mentioned in other appreciateive posts on his work, due to the current light of the health crisis we are living in.....unfortunately my husband is unable to do alot of things due to his ongoing chemo treatments. As a result Lucien, he has been so amazing and so incredibly professional, attentive and extremely observant to how he performs his work. I definitely along with my husband believe you will have no challenges hiring him to do any work on your home. We have been extremely happy and satisfied. In the end we have also gained an amazing carpenter,electrician, plumber but most of all a trustworthy friend! When doubt no job to big or small give him a call Lucien is your guy!

This provider did an amazing job and was on time. He did exactly what we needed done and was agreeable to adding work as necessary. We are moving again in 6 months and will definitely hire him to do our handyman work.

I paid David Roberts $9000 for a home project in Kingman that he has done little work on that was to be completed in June 2021. I understand that he has personal issues that have complicated his life, however, he is a businessman and needs to complete his contract with me. I will replace this adverse review with a positive recommendation upon completion of the project. David did call me today assuring me that he would get back on the job. Let's get it done, David. Until then I could not recommend doing business with you.
