What can i say but wow! From my first call to Levi to the service call with Ben it was all perfect! I recently bought a condo that had been for sale for 9 months, I think every real estate agent in Scottsdale had a key. I thought that changing locks would be a good thing to do since you don't know who might have a key! I had the dead bolt and the handle replaced with brushed nickel ones. They look so nice, modern clean. Ben was fast and perfect (what a nice guy). I am so happy with everything. I think the price was fine and I got great quality. So happy!

This review will simply be parroting the others that helped me  to decide which locksmith to try, but I think it bears repeating. After my car was stolen, along with everything I had brought with me ( relocating in Az.) , and dealing with a nightmare of a tow yard. (ALL CITY TOWING IN PHOENIX )  I had no reason to expect the last item on "to -do" list, re keying it, would be without complications.

Responsive, Very Fast, Competent, Reliable in ETA and quoted price,( which was a tad lower than avg. rates)  The mobile unit was well equipped with everything needed to provide me with 2 sets of keys, programming required, even a jump start . No small thing on an older Lincoln Navigator SUV, like mine. No trip to the dealer required!  Did I mention this took under 30 mins?!.  He was also very kind, patient,and helpful to an old woman at her wits end!. Save yourself time, stop shopping around and make these folks your first call.Apologies for the length, Good Luck to all.

On a hot day, I grabbed the wrong key and we were locked out of the house. Luckily he was close by and was able to save us within 5 minutes.  He was very professional and quick with his work. Would definitely call him again if needed.

Called Jeff this morning after getting a TOTAL OUTREGEOUS estimate from another service.  Jeff arrived just when he said that he would.  He was prompt, prfessional and a super nice guy.  Did the work plus more with VERY fair and reasonable rates.  I WOULD RECOMMEND JEFF VERY HIGHLY.  He is extremely HONEST and Fair.  A TERRIFIC GENTLEMAN.  Thank you Jeff.

BEWARE. (As the business owner's response below demonstrates, he is combative and unprofessional. Thus reinforcing the accuracy of this review). Alon, the owner, broker my door and lock, refusing to take accountability, repair or refund. After admitting he broke it and doesn't have the knowledge to repair, he decided to call and tell me that I broke it. He's a locksmith ... that I called for his expertise and should have been able to repair. He basically stole money and left. After many calls and texts, asking him for a resolution, I ended up having to file a report with the police for my safety. My boyfriend and I also will be moving forward with other actions including filing a claim with the BBB, small claims court and contacting "3 on Your Side." I'm hoping this review can prevent others from enduring similar poor experiences and being ripped off. Should Alon make the situation right I will update.

Wow professional service to replicate a lost key on my 1997 ford ranger, was quick to deliver the key and very reasonable in price for being on a weekend. Great business and would totally recommend.

Requested a quote and within minutes had a response, The technician was on the way and within the hour or-so, my antique family China hutch was open!

Just WOW!! I lost my only set of Honda car keys. I worked through a different locksmith to come and make a backup key. One week later, my wife found my original set. The new set changed the program so my old set did not work. Plus, my old set had the wireless entry, which also didn't work. I asked around for someone who could make sure both keys worked. I started with the dealer ($160? No thanks.). So I started asking around on Yelp. Taylor, the business owner reached out and gave me a price that was 50%-75% lower than other offers and more important, it was a FLAT RATE. None of this "starting at" nonsense or random fees or charges. I made an appointment and met Taylor at the shop. Literally 10 minutes later both of my keys worked and my wireless entry was programmed as well. Super fast, friendly, and responsibly priced. I will definitely look to use Taylor and The Lock Shop the next time I need something done. Thank you so much!! A+++

First of all if you have a sign on your door that say you are open till 5pm be there!!!!    So then when i finally got their earlier in the day, i was really surprised that the old guy that say he owns the place is such a grump.   I have had keys made in the past and the young lady that works their is so friendly.  I must have woken him up from his nap.  I am sorry I didn't spend a ton of money at your place, but I will never spend 1 more $ there ever again.   AVOID VERY RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL AT ALL

I really think some of these small business owner need to realize what customer service really is all about.

What happens when you misplace your keys while traveling and your other set is inside the condo? Well, if you're us, you immediately look at Yelp and find a high-rated locksmith to call. Being a Sunday, we were worried that the locksmith would be closed, but most were open. We called one company but the price seemed a little steep, so we shopped around and gave Mr. Lockout a call. Their price quote came in $20 cheaper and they had a five star average on Yelp so they quickly became the chosen locksmith!

We waited about forty minutes and then Bill showed up. He was extremely friendly and quickly grabbed his tools to get our door unlocked. I liked the fact that he was a friendly guy who made us feel very safe. If I were a solo girl, I would trust Bill to help me in a time of need. Within minutes, Bill had our door open and he also made us two new keys. It was very reasonably priced compared to the other quotes ($65 plus the price of the keys which were a couple dollars).

Thanks to Yelp we now have a go-to locksmith in time of need!

We moved to Peoria AZ and, due to the circumstances surrounding the vacancy, decided a quick lock change would be prudent. Rick Jefferies (thus RJ) had left a card among the myriad come-on packages sitting our new homeowner's junk mail pile. Being in a hurry, and without time to do protracted due diligence, we called him. Are we ever glad we did! Rick came immediately, assessed the lock situation, explained the alternatives and the basis for each. He covered various locking methods which seemed non-sensical to us, and told us the reasons for their application.
