Jovanna and crew were great. I needed a deep clean after tenants moved out, they were quick to get me scheduled and took as long as it needed, not just a set # of hours. I highly recommend and will be sure to use them again.

We booked a Deep Clean and then Recurring cleanings and I am very happy with them.  I spoke with Adriana. She  was professional and courteous. She answered all my questions got me scheduled quickly.  Erica did the deep clean.  She was prompt, courteous and thorough.

This was out first experience with Maid Easy and Michelle did an excellent job! We have a 5 month old baby so we have fallen a little behind on deep cleaning and she took care of everything for us! Super simple to book, accommodated a last minute adjustment, and left us with a very clean home. We will definitely recommend!

I am so disappointed in the cleaning we had done. Two cleaners were here for 3 1/2 hours and I honestly don't know what they cleaned. I didn't even have them do three of our bedrooms, only the master bedroom is what I requested. I walked around after they left and couldn't believe how bad of a job it was. I don't mean to sound rude, but I just can't believe it. I'm baffled as to what they did during that time.

NOTHING was vacuumed in the house.

The Master bedroom wasn't touched. Not one piece of furniture was dusted in there. Master bathtub not touched. The shower was wet, but doesn't look like it was cleaned. Mirror not clean.

Kitchen appliances not even touched. Smudges on them still. Counters not wiped. They did clean the oven somewhat as I had requested it, although not perfect.

The floors look horrible. They were worse after they left than before. It looked like dirt streaks everywhere, as if they used a dirty mop. Even my 20 year old son said "what happened to the floors? They're all dirty." I used a Swiffer a couple hours after they were here because it was so bad and the pads were covered in dirt (see picture).

I hired professional housecleaners because we were having a party and thought it would save me the time from cleaning. I basically had to do everything after wasting my morning. Oh, also I found it odd they asked me for a broom and if I had oven cleaner.

I sent an email right away with my thoughts on the cleaning and attached pictures. I received a phone call later that day from the person in charge of the cleaners. She apologized and offered to send different cleaners to redo the job. I declined as I had things to do (with a party to finish getting ready for).  She asked what I thought a good resolution would be and I said a refund. She said she'd talk to her partner and get back to me. A week after the cleaning I was refunded $100 ... not even half of what I paid. I am grateful for something at least, but still upset that I paid a lot of money for a service I did NOT receive. She also offered me a discount in the future, but I will not be using this company again.

I've am so happy to come home to a beautifully cleaned fresh smelling home. Wow. Great job. Highly recommended!

I had a house that needed a final clean before it went on the market. It had some contractor work done, so it needed a good clean up. I needed to get it done very quickly, so the realtor could do the walk through. I called Tidy Casa, and they were so friendly and helpful, and were able to squeeze me in the next day! The price was reasonable for what I needed done so I went with it. Adeline and her team arrived on time and they proceeded to do a wonderful job! They cleaned the inside of the cabinetry in the kitchen and bathrooms, washed the inside of the windows and did a great job on the floor! I absolutely recommend Tidy Casa, and will definitely call them again!

I scheduled a clean for my mom who lives in Scottsdale, I do not. It is very tough picking a company when you do not live in the same state. Kathi answered all my questions and returned my call in a timely manner. I did this for my mom for mothers day so the Kathi even delivered a little goodie bag and a gift cert to my mom before they cleaned. The product they dropped off smelled great! My mother loved the girls that came and she loved how well they cleaned. She is going to book more regular cleaning from them which is great and so long over due for her!! Thanks for the great service Eco Mama!!! The green products smell great! I love the concept.

Nikki was absolutely fantastic!

We had her come to the home I'm in the process of moving out of. It was definitely a challenge! She took that house from looking like an on fire garbage can to looking better than brand new!

Wow! I am so thankful I found this service! The proprietor came and cleaned my house touching every surface and every item was cleaned under and nearly place back in order. I have used two services in the past months that were horrible. Only touched what was in their "list" everything costs extra. This is a fair fee for getting an absolutely sparkling clean domain. She is prompt, great communication and an absolute pleasure to work with. Run don't walk to hire Proficiency Cleaning!!!

I hired Opulence cleaning to perform a final cleaning when I moved out of my apartment. The owner, Ms. Williams, was professional, thorough, and detailed in her cleaning. Upon move out, I wasn't charged by my apartment complex for any cleaning issues and received my cleaning deposit back in full. Opulence Cleaning was a real life saver, as I work 2 jobs and I'm a single mom. I just didn't have the time and energy to do the final clean out, especially since I was in the process of moving! A big thumbs up and highly recommended!

Super impressed with this cleaning company! They left my house spotless and smelling nice and clean :) The cleaning crew was very friendly. I look forward to them coming every month to clean my house!
