We had a rental home that needed a move out/in cleaning. They went above and beyond what I expected from a cleaning company. They pulled my oven out and cleaned the sides! Seriously, stop what you are doing and pull your oven out! You would be amazed at what is on the sides of your oven and what gets trapped underneath! The fridge was pulled out and cleaned out as well. They replaced a light that was out in the bathroom and cleaned the tracks of the windows and the windows!!! I highly recommend LeBlanc Cleaning!!!!

Victor showed up and did a great job on the house he listened to exactly how the order of I wanted things done which was dusting then sweeping then mopping then applying the sealent to all the floors

They were friendly and prompt. Some things like the bathrooms were spotless!! The inside of the cabinets had dust in them. I opened another cabinet and there was a stain inside. For a move out clean that is pretty pricey I expected everything I asked for.

I wish I could leave a raving review, but the whole experience left me regretting using the service. Esperanza ( the owner) was referred by one of her friends. When I initially reached out, Esperanza set a day she would come by to give me a quote to do just a general cleaning of my new home for a move out/move in cleaning. I then heard back from her the morning we were to meet and was told since her other client who lived in the area had canceled she no longer could come by for the quote, but could go off the square footage. I then gave her the information, but then was put into contact with her operations manager Kristin. Kristin went through everything I wanted done, as well as other services they offered. I was given a rough estimate and told a final price would be given at the time of service. She also told me to pay either venmo, zelle, or cash upon the final service. I eventually scheduled with them for a Monday at 8AM.
Monday came around and the team was 15 minutes late arriving to start. Once they were ready, we went through once more what I wanted done. The bathrooms, shutters, kitchen, and ceiling fans were to be done. Kitchen appliances and were flooring were to be left for a later cleaning. I left Esperanza and her team to it and was told to be back prior to them finishing. I left and arrived back just before 11am, at that time Esperanza said they were just about finished and packing up. I was expecting to come back to a fresh smell, but didn't. I started checking the bathrooms and they seemed ok. At a glance the kitchen seemed ok and the shutters also seemed fine. The team seemed to be in a hurry, so as I'm asking for Esperanza's information for Zelle she then informed me to Venmo the money to the operations manager I initially contacted. I gave a $30 cash tip to each of her two team members, then sent the final price of $300 plus $30 tip for Esperanza. I thanked them and they were on their way.
It wasn't until later that day, my husband and I were going back through and saw the kitchen and pantry had not been touched. I immediately reached out to Kristin, since she is the one who set the appointment. She said that Esperanza apologized and did not mean to miss this. The kitchen is quite large and with almost three hours, I can't see how this could be missed. You literally have to walk through the kitchen to get to parts of the house. Kristin then said Esperanza wanted to come back out and fix it, so we set the date for Saturday, the same week of the cleaning. The day they were to return I get yet another text of how another client in the area had canceled so she could refund $30 or take $30 off the next cleaning because she would no longer be coming (*insert eye roll). So I paid $300, the job wasn't done correctly the first time and instead of coming back to insure business for a "next time", cancel and only refund $30. So she got the full amount and gave back the tip. Thanks but no thanks. Moving forward with another company in the future.

I really liked several different things about this company. The first thing that impressed me was that they were able to make it out on a days notice....... on a WEEKEND (with no extra charge).... The other thing was the price. House cleaning service is not cheap in general, but I feel that their prices are fair. I had Jessica and Craig show up exactly on time, one Sunday evening. I walked them through my house and wasn't really sure what to expect since I have never had anyone clean my house for me before. Jessica made me feel very comfortable and let me know what to expect. I had budgeted for only 2hours and to be very honest there was probably a good 4hours of cleaning I should have gotten done! .... but with that being said, it was nice that I was able to say "this this and this" is a priority... this would be nice though- type thing. The company's webpage tells you everything they can do, but to me, my money was best spent by having them do the things I hated doing and that needed it the most! So I liked that they took my priorities and just did their thing with them.
Bottom line: I feel like I got what I paid for, and then some.
Would have rated 5 stars but I've seen house cleaning services with cheaper rates.... But then again, I do not want to risk not being satisfied with their sub par service; so ill be sticking with Addicted to Clean!

We scheduled this company for a move out clean 2 weeks in advance. The day of the cleaning, I reached out to the company to confirm the start time. I was told they had 2 staff out sick and a third had to go pick up a child at school. I understand staffing shortages but they could have called earlier in the day to cancel. I told the person I needed the house clean in the next two days. She said "OK let me call my girls and I'll get back to you". Never heard from her. So I had to scramble to find another company who could clean with a one day notice.

They didn't even clean my House! As in showed up an hour early and when I asked the maid to wait so I could put my animals away and get changed she got in her car and left. Got a call saying that she didn't have time to wait for me which confuses me because she was scheduled to clean for two hours. The business not only did not send someone else out they should have upgraded for the inconvenience. Horrible experience horrible on Groupon's part for advertising with them.
