We had our home cleaned today for the first time and it was a very good experience. They arrived on time and were very friendly and thorough with their work.  The price is reasonable and the quality is great!

Karen at Spotless n Serene is amazing! She is very professional and responsive! We recently hired her to do a deep clean of our home.  She was extremly thorough and detailed. My wife and I were very impressed she did not rush through just to finish the job but ensured every room was done right! Highly recommended!!

Full disclosure:  I did not hire this company. The quote to clean my 1800 sq. ft. house was in excess of $200-$350. Am I crazy or is this horribly expensive?  I gave five stars because the girl was very nice and considerate on the phone.  I'm still in sticker shock.

Víctor did a really great job. My house was an absolute disaster and he got everything all nice and clean. He was very professional and nice. Will deff be calling him again. He was also good with our pups  deff recommend him if you need your house cleaned

I live in San Diego and needed help for my dad who has cancer and is doing chemo.  He doesn't keep the house clean even when he wasn't sick so it was going to be a huge job.  They sent 4 people and ended up needing six to get it done in 3 hours, all for a reasonable price considering what they can do.

 You would not believe how they turned a house that you wouldn't want to spend 5 minutes in to one that you can have a dinner in!  They used magic cleaners to turn a tub that had grout so discolored that you thought replacement was the only option.  A few hours with their magic work and it's new again. the same with the toilets, etc.etc... The whole place sparkles.  No job is too big for them.  We are so happy and amazed!  Thank you!!

I am so impressed every time they come to clean. Great customer service and super affordable. They get every little detail and I have never scene my bathroom sparkle they way it does after they are done. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I really liked several different things about this company.  The first thing that impressed me was that they were able to make it out on a days notice....... on a WEEKEND (with no extra charge).... The other thing was the price. House cleaning service is not cheap in general, but I feel that their prices are fair.  I had Jessica and Craig show up exactly on time, one Sunday evening.  I walked them through my house and wasn't really sure what to expect since I have never had anyone clean my house for me before.  Jessica made me feel very comfortable and let me know what to expect. I had budgeted for only 2hours and to be very honest there was probably a good 4hours of cleaning I should have gotten done! .... but with that being said, it was nice that I was able to say "this this and this" is a priority... this would be nice though- type thing.  The company's webpage tells you everything they can do, but to me, my money was best spent by having them do the things I hated doing and that needed it the most!  So I liked that they took my priorities and just did their thing with them.

Bottom line: I feel like I got what I paid for, and then some.  

Would have rated 5 stars but I've seen house cleaning services with cheaper rates.... But then again, I do not want to risk not being satisfied with their sub par service; so ill be sticking with Addicted to Clean!

This was my 1st time using a cleaning service. Who trust strangers coming into their home? Uuuggghhh--not me! I was hesitant at first as any sane person should be. But, I got a positive vibe from them.
Also, I left them in my home to pick my kids up. When they left my house was above my A TYPE personality expectations, and, they left with the items they came with. Cleanliness was superb-trustworthiness was priceless!!!

This company Scammed me.  They charged my  account 6 times and have yet to do any work or return my calls and messages.  Discover card is disputing all charges.

My mom purchased a 2 hour housecleaning Groupon from them for my family to use this weekend. After some thought, I don't feel as though the house cleaning that I received was fair. In the past, other companies have been able to finish EVERY room of my house beautifully in 2 hours with 1 maid so I thought this was perfect for us.

The day before, I got a text asking what my priorities for cleaning were and that they would send 1 maid. So I replied: master bathroom, kitchen, floors, and other bathrooms. Upon arrival, there were 2 friendly maids and they explained they would only be here for 1 hour since there were 2 of them. Im thinking, well if you can clean my whole house in 1 hour then go right ahead. They finished very nicely the master bath, kitchen, and kitchen/living room floor. But because the 1 hour was up, the other 2 bathrooms, all 4 bedrooms including the master, all carpets, and the rest of the dusty surfaces were left UNTOUCHED. And some of the other things that were listed on their website that should've been done in 2 hours, were not done. So pretty much only half the house was clean and half wasn't. I've never experienced that before where a cleaning company left half the job undone. My house is clutter free, not super dirty, and we get regular cleanings so it's not hard to clean our place. I emailed for a refund or for the rest of the house to be cleaned, but have not received a response. The maids were very polite and they clean well, but I just don't believe that a company thinks it is acceptable to only clean half a house and leave the other half dirty. Will not hire this company again.
