Hailey is absolutely phenomenal and her work is flawless! We are always so surprised with how efficient and thorough she is. Karen came to my house on Sunday to start on a deep cleaning in our house. We hadn't had a deep cleaning in many years and the showers, blinds, baseboards and ceiling fans were covered with lots of dust. Karen scrubbed and scrubbed for hours. She is amazing!! She works very hard and is meticulous.  The master shower hasn't looked this good in many years!!
Baseboards are sparkling, blinds are dust free, and my house looks fabulous overall.
Karen has a true gift. She takes pride in her work and I am excited to have her back at our house real soon for more cleaning.

This is the second time I hired Leblanc Carpet cleaners.  I cannot say enough how of great human being he is! He is always working around my schedule, on time, reliable, great prices! He makes sure your carpet is cleaned and makes sure you are satisfied with his work (hence why I hired him again). I will definitely hire him again! I gave out his number to a few people and to my realtor as well! Hoping he gets more jobs that he deserves! I always like to help out the small business thank you again Brian for your services!!!

Came and did a move out clean at the apt for us. The only thing that he forgot was to rinse out the tubes. Everything else looked good. He worked hard and we appreciate the help!

Team 2 of The Maids has been wonderful to work with.  They are always on time and do a great job cleaning up after a couple of dirty horse people & their constantly shedding border collie dog! . We would highly recommend them to anyone.  We have used them at 2 different locations out in the Rio Verde foothills area for probably over 8 years now.

I have had this company do three cleanings for me so far. The first was a deep clean on a property I was moving out of. Esperanza and her team did such an amazing job (inside drawers, baseboards, windows etc). When I mentioned I needed carpet cleaning as well Eddie came that day and also did a wonderful job. After my first experience I hired them again to do general cleanings in my new home. I won't use anyone else! Always professional, always on time and easy to work with. A+

it's a team of 3.  it's $30/person/hour.
Tip: be upfront and specify what you want done, and not done, for each room, what you want touched and not touched, and the timeframe (ie 2 hours or 3 hours)
It was a 10am appointment during the work week.

Pros:
-I sent online request and then called.  Jessica responded right away and scheduled me in.  
-Friendly except when you complain or ask about why the service took longer than expected.
-Bathrooms were cleaned well.
-Stairs were vacuumed well.

Cons:
they were late 10 minutes but charged me $10 more for going 10minutes past the hour. Lesson: make sure you agree upon the start time and end time.
For a move-out clean, where according to Jessica, baseboards, fans and blinds are cleaned, Baseboards were not cleaned well and blinds were definitely not dusted.  
The guy was threatening, if you do not agree with the results.  (to the guy, if you're reading this, my neighbour's a cop, I've already asked him to watch out for you and yours)

We've moved out.  House is completely empty. nothing to lift, rearrange.  
Initially, i had scheduled for a 2 hour clean but when they got there, I didn't clarify, my mistake.I said I'm getting house ready for sale and if they can clean bathrooms, baseboard, fans and blinds, and mop.  They said the house conditions were bad (a/c was not on).  I met them at the house at appointment time and stayed there the whole time they were there.  They could have asked for me to adjust the a/c upstairs.  I was downstairs the whole time.  
They weren't shy about turning on the radio, and I didn't mind either.  I could zone things out. Why not ask about the a/c?

I've had Hispanic cleaners and they're fast and thorough.  They're schedule just wasn't conducive this time around.  my other mistake, I'll wait and stick with tried and true next time.
I thought i'd try a yelp recommendation.

We scheduled this company for a move out clean 2 weeks in advance. The day of the cleaning, I reached out to the company to confirm the start time. I was told they had 2 staff out sick and a third had to go pick up a child at school. I understand staffing shortages but they could have called earlier in the day to cancel. I told the person I needed the house clean in the next two days. She said "OK let me call my girls and I'll get back to you". Never heard from her. So I had to scramble to find another company who could clean with a one day notice.

This company Scammed me.  They charged my  account 6 times and have yet to do any work or return my calls and messages.  Discover card is disputing all charges.

They didn't even clean my House! As in showed up an hour early and when I asked the maid to wait so I could put my animals away and get changed she got in her car and left. Got a call saying that she didn't have time to wait for me which confuses me because she was scheduled to clean for two hours. The business not only did not send someone else out they should have upgraded for the inconvenience. Horrible experience horrible on Groupon's part for advertising with them.
Better off doing it my self! So disappointed in the unprofessionalism.
