Hailey is absolutely phenomenal and her work is flawless! We are always so surprised with how efficient and thorough she is. It would take the two of us two whole days to clean at half the quality she can in mere hours. Cannot say enough good things about this company and service, we love our clean house so much each time! Karen at Spotless n Serene is amazing! She is very professional and responsive! We recently hired her to do a deep clean of our home.  She was extremly thorough and detailed. This is the second time I hired Leblanc Carpet cleaners.  I cannot say enough how of great human being he is! He is always working around my schedule, on time, reliable, great prices! He makes sure your carpet is cleaned and makes sure you are satisfied with his work (hence why I hired him again). I will definitely hire him again! I gave out his number to a few people and to my realtor as well! Hoping he gets more jobs that he deserves! I always like to help out the small business thank you again Brian for your services!!!

Víctor did a really great job. My house was an absolute disaster and he got everything all nice and clean. He was very professional and nice. Will deff be calling him again. He was also good with our pups  deff recommend him if you need your house cleaned

If I a can give a ZERO I would say that it is too much.  This company will take your credit card and charge you whatever they want.  I would rather have no one in my house than these chit chatty, irresponsible and disrespectful people in my home!!! I would NEVER use them again

The staff was extremely friendly, punctual and efficient. 10/10 would recommend to everyone! Our business is sparkling & sanitized top to bottom! Thank you Eddie's General Cleaning!!

it's a team of 3.  it's $30/person/hour.
Tip: be upfront and specify what you want done, and not done, for each room, what you want touched and not touched, and the timeframe (ie 2 hours or 3 hours)
It was a 10am appointment during the work week.

Pros:
-I sent online request and then called.  Jessica responded right away and scheduled me in.  
-Friendly except when you complain or ask about why the service took longer than expected.
-Bathrooms were cleaned well.
-Stairs were vacuumed well.

Cons:
they were late 10 minutes but charged me $10 more for going 10minutes past the hour. Lesson: make sure you agree upon the start time and end time.
For a move-out clean, where according to Jessica, baseboards, fans and blinds are cleaned, Baseboards were not cleaned well and blinds were definitely not dusted.  
The guy was threatening, if you do not agree with the results.  (to the guy, if you're reading this, my neighbour's a cop, I've already asked him to watch out for you and yours)

We've moved out.  House is completely empty. nothing to lift, rearrange.  
Initially, i had scheduled for a 2 hour clean but when they got there, I didn't clarify, my mistake.I said I'm getting house ready for sale and if they can clean bathrooms, baseboard, fans and blinds, and mop.  They said the house conditions were bad (a/c was not on).  I met them at the house at appointment time and stayed there the whole time they were there.  They could have asked for me to adjust the a/c upstairs.  I was downstairs the whole time.  
They weren't shy about turning on the radio, and I didn't mind either.  I could zone things out. Why not ask about the a/c?

I've had Hispanic cleaners and they're fast and thorough.  They're schedule just wasn't conducive this time around.  my other mistake, I'll wait and stick with tried and true next time.

We scheduled this company for a move out clean 2 weeks in advance. The day of the cleaning, I reached out to the company to confirm the start time. I was told they had 2 staff out sick and a third had to go pick up a child at school. I understand staffing shortages but they could have called earlier in the day to cancel. I told the person I needed the house clean in the next two days. She said "OK let me call my girls and I'll get back to you". Never heard from her. So I had to scramble to find another company who could clean with a one day notice.

This company Scammed me.  They charged my  account 6 times and have yet to do any work or return my calls and messages.  Discover card is disputing all charges.

My mom purchased a 2 hour housecleaning Groupon from them for my family to use this weekend. After some thought, I don't feel as though the house cleaning that I received was fair. In the past, other companies have been able to finish EVERY room of my house beautifully in 2 hours with 1 maid so I thought this was perfect for us.

The day before, I got a text asking what my priorities for cleaning were and that they would send 1 maid. So I replied: master bathroom, kitchen, floors, and other bathrooms. Upon arrival, there were 2 friendly maids and they explained they would only be here for 1 hour since there were 2 of them. Im thinking, well if you can clean my whole house in 1 hour then go right ahead. They finished very nicely the master bath, kitchen, and kitchen/living room floor. But because the 1 hour was up, the other 2 bathrooms, all 4 bedrooms including the master, all carpets, and the rest of the dusty surfaces were left UNTOUCHED. And some of the other things that were listed on their website that should've been done in 2 hours, were not done. So pretty much only half the house was clean and half wasn't. I've never experienced that before where a cleaning company left half the job undone. My house is clutter free, not super dirty, and we get regular cleanings so it's not hard to clean our place. I emailed for a refund or for the rest of the house to be cleaned, but have not received a response. The maids were very polite and they clean well, but I just don't believe that a company thinks it is acceptable to only clean half a house and leave the other half dirty. Will not hire this company again.
