Karen came to my house on Sunday to start on a deep cleaning in our house. We hadn't had a deep cleaning in many years and the showers, blinds, baseboards and ceiling fans were covered with lots of dust. Karen scrubbed and scrubbed for hours. She is amazing!! She works very hard and is meticulous.  The master shower hasn't looked this good in many years!!
Baseboards are sparkling, blinds are dust free, and my house looks fabulous overall.
Karen has a true gift. She takes pride in her work and I am excited to have her back at our house real soon for more cleaning.

We made plans for Victor to come out on Monday and clean my house.texted and I called to confirm our appointment together on Monday. He no called no showed and did not return any of my calls or texts. Very unreliable.

We have been using The Maids for almost three years (10 times per year) now & they have done an outstanding job every time.  Everyone from this company is extremely professional & we always receive top-notch service.  Jessica (Team Coordinator & Business Manager) accommodates my scheduling requests each & every time and is always cheery & more than happy to assist me.  She goes out of her way to give me the dates I've requested, even around the holidays - but make sure you give her enough time to realistically meet your date request (they always have a tight schedule, especially around high-demand times of the year).  With my specific team (it is so nice to have the same group of individuals because they're familiar with our house & preferences), they're always on time & come in with a pleasant but focused attitude.  They're fast but thorough & I never have to go behind them & 'redo' anything - it's always spotless every time!  I recognize how lucky we are to have them - in speaking with other homeowners in town, I have discovered just how lucky - we have never had a bad experience with them or ever felt they weren't doing a great job.  Pricing is a little bit more, but you pay for good results & trustworthiness!  A special thanks goes to Jessica - she has been a joy to work with over the years & I will remain a customer indefinitely!

I had been using another service--a chain brand for a year.  But they kept sending new people everytime.  They weren't careful either.  Damage occurred twice. Saw Esperanza and her team as a referral from my neighborhood community board.  Have not been disappointed!  She keeps me updated if running late and is fast, but thorough.  Highly recommend this team!

I recently bought a house after nine LONG months of the short sale process.  Although the house was gorgeous, the previous owners left the house in a total mess (pieces of long hair floating in the refrigerator, green carpet that looked gray because of animal fur, etc.).  I honestly really wanted to clean the house, but I just couldn't muster up the courage to dive right in.  

I started looking around and called some bigger cleaning companies, but their quotes were ridiculous.  Also, on top of the crazy prices, none of them wanted to do what I wanted them to do - clean the ENTIRE house.  Many places stated they didn't wash windows, wipe the insides of cupboards, this, that, and the other which was a bit annoying.  You want me to pay you $400 to clean my house for four hours, and you are not going to do what I ask you to do?

So, I started searching on Yelp, and quite frankly, I liked the name "Addicted To Clean."  My mother is OCD (not kidding on this part), and she is literally addicted to cleaning.  Therefore, I figured I couldn't possibly go wrong with these people.  

Jessica and Craig came right on time, and they walked through the house with me and listened to my request.  They started working right away, and when they were finished after 6 HOURS of cleaning, the house looked AMAZING.  They even took the time to clean up my yard waste, change my air filter, wiped down all of the windows and sliding doors, and vacuumed until my green carpet turned green again.  I could sit here and write down a whole list of what they did for me, but it is so long that I will leave it to your imagination.  (Besides that, Yelp has a tendency to filter out reviews that sound too nice. I know you, Yelp.)  

On top of my bragging about Jessica and Craig's abilities, I paid a fraction of what everyone else was quoting.   I would go with them instead of other larger cleaning companies around Phoenix.  I hope great things happen to them because their business deserves to grow.

This was my 1st time using a cleaning service. Who trust strangers coming into their home? Uuuggghhh--not me! I was hesitant at first as any sane person should be. But, I got a positive vibe from them.
Also, I left them in my home to pick my kids up. When they left my house was above my A TYPE personality expectations, and, they left with the items they came with. Cleanliness was superb-trustworthiness was priceless!!!

This company Scammed me.  They charged my  account 6 times and have yet to do any work or return my calls and messages.  Discover card is disputing all charges.

My mom purchased a 2 hour housecleaning Groupon from them for my family to use this weekend. After some thought, I don't feel as though the house cleaning that I received was fair. In the past, other companies have been able to finish EVERY room of my house beautifully in 2 hours with 1 maid so I thought this was perfect for us.

The day before, I got a text asking what my priorities for cleaning were and that they would send 1 maid. So I replied: master bathroom, kitchen, floors, and other bathrooms. Upon arrival, there were 2 friendly maids and they explained they would only be here for 1 hour since there were 2 of them. Im thinking, well if you can clean my whole house in 1 hour then go right ahead. They finished very nicely the master bath, kitchen, and kitchen/living room floor. But because the 1 hour was up, the other 2 bathrooms, all 4 bedrooms including the master, all carpets, and the rest of the dusty surfaces were left UNTOUCHED. And some of the other things that were listed on their website that should've been done in 2 hours, were not done. So pretty much only half the house was clean and half wasn't. I've never experienced that before where a cleaning company left half the job undone. My house is clutter free, not super dirty, and we get regular cleanings so it's not hard to clean our place. I emailed for a refund or for the rest of the house to be cleaned, but have not received a response. The maids were very polite and they clean well, but I just don't believe that a company thinks it is acceptable to only clean half a house and leave the other half dirty. Will not hire this company again.
