We had our home cleaned today for the first time and it was a very good experience. They arrived on time and were very friendly and thorough with their work.  The price is reasonable and the quality is great!

Karen at Spotless n Serene is amazing! She is very professional and responsive! We recently hired her to do a deep clean of our home.  She was extremly thorough and detailed. My wife and I were very impressed she did not rush through just to finish the job but ensured every room was done right! Highly recommended!!

I live in Scottsdale, and there are not enough terrific things to say about my experience with The Maids.  I am scheduled on a weekly cleaning and to be honest I feel like it's a priceless service when done by Team 9!!  Angela, Arthur, and Katie take such good care of my place each and every time they visit.  The feeling of coming home to a clean place and having to put in no effort on my end is invaluable! They pay such close attention to detail that I now realize the little things I used to miss when I was cleaning on my own.  They make things look new again, just one example the vacuum lines on sofas and carpet, PERFECT!   It was one of those instances that I didn't realize what I was missing out on until I had it!  Cleaning on my own was an obligation I now realize that I did not enjoy doing at all.  Took time and energy that I would much rather put elsewhere.  Now, my only regret was waiting so long to schedule the service.  I was hesitant at first, letting people I didn't know into my home, but then I met the team and instantly felt better.  They are so friendly and kind.  My space is small and they are in and out so fast with a team of 3 people.  You can absolutely trust them in your home.  Any room or area you don't want cleaned, simply shut the door and they will leave untouched.  Also, anything extra or out of the ordinary that you are looking to have done, simply leave a note and it's taken care of!   They truly make my life easier not having to worry about cleaning and it brightens my day knowing I get to come home to a professionally cleaned home.  THANK YOU TEAM 9, you are the BEST!!!

I have had this company do three cleanings for me so far. The first was a deep clean on a property I was moving out of. Esperanza and her team did such an amazing job (inside drawers, baseboards, windows etc). When I mentioned I needed carpet cleaning as well Eddie came that day and also did a wonderful job. After my first experience I hired them again to do general cleanings in my new home. I won't use anyone else! Always professional, always on time and easy to work with. A+

I probably should have been moved to write this a long time ago, but I heard that a couple negative reviews had been posted.  Knowing how toxic those can be to a small business, I knew it was time to sit down and write.  Jessica has been cleaning my home since 2008 - - even before she adopted the Addicted to Clean name, or her husband, Craig!  Jessica and Craig are honest, hard-working, and reliable and they consistently leave me with a sparkling clean home.  They are great with my young kids, with our dog, and have been flexible with me too, since I work from home a good percentage of the time.  As a mother of young kids, and a health-conscious person myself, I also appreciate that they attempt to use very natural cleaning products.  Both Jessica and Craig are always looking for small ways to give a special touch - for example, Craig changes hard to reach light bulbs or Jessica might subtly rearrange something I attempted to organize, but make it much better!  I'm honestly surprised to read the couple of negative reviews that appeared here on Yelp, because it couldn't be farther from my experience.  In fact, I have referred them clients, including several family members and neighbors.  Please don't overlook these hard-working people based - you will not be disappointed.

We scheduled this company for a move out clean 2 weeks in advance. The day of the cleaning, I reached out to the company to confirm the start time. I was told they had 2 staff out sick and a third had to go pick up a child at school. I understand staffing shortages but they could have called earlier in the day to cancel. I told the person I needed the house clean in the next two days. She said "OK let me call my girls and I'll get back to you". Never heard from her. So I had to scramble to find another company who could clean with a one day notice.

This company Scammed me.  They charged my  account 6 times and have yet to do any work or return my calls and messages.  Discover card is disputing all charges.

They didn't even clean my House! As in showed up an hour early and when I asked the maid to wait so I could put my animals away and get changed she got in her car and left. Got a call saying that she didn't have time to wait for me which confuses me because she was scheduled to clean for two hours. The business not only did not send someone else out they should have upgraded for the inconvenience. Horrible experience horrible on Groupon's part for advertising with them.
Better off doing it my self! So disappointed in the unprofessionalism.
