Hailey is absolutely phenomenal and her work is flawless! We are always so surprised with how efficient and thorough she is. It would take the two of us two whole days to clean at half the quality she can in mere hours. Cannot say enough good things about this company and service, we love our clean house so much each time! Karen at Spotless n Serene is amazing! She is very professional and responsive! We recently hired her to do a deep clean of our home.  She was extremly thorough and detailed. They do an amazing job. Their prices are competitive and the customer service goes above and beyond. They were able to schedule us last minute for a deep cleaning and the house looks great. We had a couple of hiccups, nothing major but management was able to assist us and resolved any issues. Overall we are extremely satisfied and would strongly recommend to anyone.

Víctor did a really great job. My house was an absolute disaster and he got everything all nice and clean. He was very professional and nice. Will deff be calling him again. He was also good with our pups  deff recommend him if you need your house cleaned

Team 2 of The Maids has been wonderful to work with.  They are always on time and do a great job cleaning up after a couple of dirty horse people & their constantly shedding border collie dog! . We would highly recommend them to anyone.  We have used them at 2 different locations out in the Rio Verde foothills area for probably over 8 years now.

I have had this company do three cleanings for me so far. The first was a deep clean on a property I was moving out of. Esperanza and her team did such an amazing job (inside drawers, baseboards, windows etc). When I mentioned I needed carpet cleaning as well Eddie came that day and also did a wonderful job. After my first experience I hired them again to do general cleanings in my new home. I won't use anyone else! Always professional, always on time and easy to work with. A+

Got a call back from Jessica about my inquiry about what they would charge for cleaning my house.  Got a per hour figure that they charge for cleaning.   Was told time it would take would depend on how clean the house was.   I wanted an estimate and asked if they would look at the house first and give me an estimate and I was told they would not do so.  But that they would show up to clean the house and then determine how much it would cost me.   This is to clean a house before I move in and I wanted everything washed down and cleaned so that I could have painters in to paint the entire interior of the house.   So since they do not want to look at the house and give me an estimate to clean, I will go elsewhere to have my home cleaned.

This was my 1st time using a cleaning service. Who trust strangers coming into their home? Uuuggghhh--not me! I was hesitant at first as any sane person should be. But, I got a positive vibe from them.
Also, I left them in my home to pick my kids up. When they left my house was above my A TYPE personality expectations, and, they left with the items they came with. Cleanliness was superb-trustworthiness was priceless!!!

This company Scammed me.  They charged my  account 6 times and have yet to do any work or return my calls and messages.  Discover card is disputing all charges.

They didn't even clean my House! As in showed up an hour early and when I asked the maid to wait so I could put my animals away and get changed she got in her car and left. Got a call saying that she didn't have time to wait for me which confuses me because she was scheduled to clean for two hours. The business not only did not send someone else out they should have upgraded for the inconvenience. Horrible experience horrible on Groupon's part for advertising with them.
Better off doing it my self! So disappointed in the unprofessionalism.
