If you are looking for cleaning service, do yourself a favor and stop here. I can honestly say I have NEVER written a review for any company before, but these women were so amazing that I genuinely feel obligated to tell you all about it. I came to yelp and requested quotes from about 8 different companies. Kerry contacted me not only in the most timely manner but with the best quote and in my opinion with the best communication. She was sweet, and kind and I was truly excited to give her my business. They arrived when they say they would, and after looking at my place gave me a time frame of 2-3 hours. Well, it actually ended up taking close to 5 hours. They didn't complain once or make me feel like they were in any way inconvenienced, they did such a wonderful job, and since this was for a move out, even had to deal with my landlord coming in and doing a walk through while they were still there. My landlord had all kinds of requests and nitpicky remarks, and they took it all in stride and told her they'd do anything she made a big deal about *eye roll* with no questions asked. They told me they'd do whatever it took to help me get my deposit back. I truly believe they went above and beyond and I cannot wait to hire them again in the future. PLEASE do not waste your time looking for cleaning service and STOP HERE.

Highly recommend! 10/10 service, with the utmost attention to detail! The communication was excellent from the get go, and the price was reasonable! I will be referring to friends and family and using again in the future! A final thought, they came dressed for success!

Our small office was in need of a good deep cleaning and after a quick message to Blanca, we made arrangements for her to stop by for a quick estimate. We did a quick walkthrough of the space and she provided a fair estimate and so we scheduled her team for Monday morning. She texted before her arrival and showed up with a team of 4. All the ladies were thorough cleaning the floors, baseboards, windows, blinds, all tabletops, etc. Our office looks and smells great!

This company should be called domestic goddesss they have done an outstanding job cleaning my 1500 square-foot two bedroom two bath home in Mountainbrook Village, Gold Canyon. They did an outstanding job with deep cleaning my home. It has never been so clean. I have had three other services prior, and they were all lousy compared to this team. I highly, highly recommend Native Bee cleaners.
You will not be disappointed. And by the way. Their prices are very reasonable and worth every dime.

Jamie is intuitive with her organizational skills. She communicates with compassion and understanding which allows for the energetic transformation of the space. She works with deep enthusiasm and she's able to see the transformation before she gets started. She is efficient and creates a structure that is easy to maintain. Jamie has a system that works. 3 dogs and 3 adults share this space.  Thanks to Jamie, I am filled with gratitude as I experience each day inside the transformation of my clean and organized home.

I have used Molly Maids three times over the last three months because our housekeeper broke her arm and is temporarily unable to help us.  I have been very happy with the service and the follow up.  It's funny that people have mentioned that their workers have been slow as I am always amazed at how quickly they get the whole house done.  The fees are reasonable and consistent at $134 for 1700 square feet.  I have two ladies working for 2 hours and they are always friendly.  There has only been one lady who I felt was in too much of a hurry and skipped over a surface area in my kitchen, but I informed the company and they were willing to send a team back immediately and very apologetic.  I took care of it myself so it was unnecessary, but I did truly appreciate their attention and willingness to make sure that my experience was positive and met my expectations.  I will use them until my housekeeper is healed and again in the future if the need arises.  Thanks!

I am going to preface this review by saying that I have really nothing to compare this company to since I had never hired a cleaning service before other than to clean a rental house we owned at one time.
That being said, I have been very, very pleased with Maid to Order Cleaning since I hired them over a year ago! They have been prompt, courteous, reliable, trustworthy and very responsive to any concerns I have had. They call every week to confirm my next weeks' appt, and if my cleaning day falls on a Holiday, they call me in advance to schedule another day and time as soon after that day (usually the next day) as possible.
I have called on a couple of occasions when there were things that weren't done to my satisfaction, and the owner (Judy) sent the girls back out to do the job right. When one team seemed to not be working out perfectly, she switched me to her lead team and called to make sure that everything was satisfactory. She actually ENCOURAGED me to call if I had any complaints and said that she appreciated me letting her know of the problem! Imagine that!
These girls make my house look amazing in just a couple of hours. They pay attention to the small things, like folding the bath towels just so, arranging the kids' stuffed animals on their beds, and letting me know if one of the kids' sheets needs to be changed. I leave them in my home alone for much of the time that they are cleaning, and they lock up after themselves and I have NEVER found anything 'missing' even though I don't hide my valuables. They even leave loose change that they find on the floor on the counter! They are that honest. They even pretend to be interested (and to understand!) the inane stories that my five year old son tries to tell them whenever he is here, and were very polite when my 7 year old daughter said 'Hola' to them (she was very proud that she could speak to them in Spanish since they are Hispanic).
Their rates are very, very reasonable in my opinion (again, I don't have a lot to compare it to) and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
