I'm very happy with the work that Paulina and Kerry did at my house! They were efficient and thorough and left everything sparkling!  The price was very reasonable and I'm pleased that they'll be returning monthly!

Just an update - today I was the recipient of multiple angry and threatening text messages from Joe, the owner of the company.  I had not yet paid the bill after less than 48 hours (as I still have not received an itemized bill to explain why the charges were much higher than the quote I received).  It's ironic that they call themselves "Classy Cleaners," because this guy could not lack anymore class!  He told me that runs his company with an "iron fist," and he mentioned multiple times that I was robbing him and that he would be coming by my house.  I explained to him that the police would be called if he showed up at my house.  This guy has a short fuse and seems dangerous to me.  Please do yourselves a favor and do not hire this company if you are interested in your own safety.  Please see a screen shot of one of his lovely texts below.  I will be reporting this to yelp admins as well as the state attorney general.  By the way, he has been payed and we still don't have an invoice.

FANTASTIC SERVICE! I have used them for weekly full house cleaning for past two years.   Great quality and service!   I am picky and they always meet my standards.   In two years they have never canceled and are really reliable.  I also like supporting this women and veteran owned business !

Jamie is intuitive with her organizational skills. She communicates with compassion and understanding which allows for the energetic transformation of the space. She works with deep enthusiasm and she's able to see the transformation before she gets started. She is efficient and creates a structure that is easy to maintain. Jamie has a system that works. 3 dogs and 3 adults share this space.  Thanks to Jamie, I am filled with gratitude as I experience each day inside the transformation of my clean and organized home.

Notified in a timely manner the cleaning crew would be a bit late and revised the time.  They were fast and efficient.  Arrived with all requisite PPE.  Did a fine.  Very pleased with results. Would recommend MM services to anyone.

I am going to preface this review by saying that I have really nothing to compare this company to since I had never hired a cleaning service before other than to clean a rental house we owned at one time.
That being said, I have been very, very pleased with Maid to Order Cleaning since I hired them over a year ago! They have been prompt, courteous, reliable, trustworthy and very responsive to any concerns I have had. They call every week to confirm my next weeks' appt, and if my cleaning day falls on a Holiday, they call me in advance to schedule another day and time as soon after that day (usually the next day) as possible.
I have called on a couple of occasions when there were things that weren't done to my satisfaction, and the owner (Judy) sent the girls back out to do the job right. When one team seemed to not be working out perfectly, she switched me to her lead team and called to make sure that everything was satisfactory. She actually ENCOURAGED me to call if I had any complaints and said that she appreciated me letting her know of the problem! Imagine that!
These girls make my house look amazing in just a couple of hours. They pay attention to the small things, like folding the bath towels just so, arranging the kids' stuffed animals on their beds, and letting me know if one of the kids' sheets needs to be changed. I leave them in my home alone for much of the time that they are cleaning, and they lock up after themselves and I have NEVER found anything 'missing' even though I don't hide my valuables. They even leave loose change that they find on the floor on the counter! They are that honest. They even pretend to be interested (and to understand!) the inane stories that my five year old son tries to tell them whenever he is here, and were very polite when my 7 year old daughter said 'Hola' to them (she was very proud that she could speak to them in Spanish since they are Hispanic).
Their rates are very, very reasonable in my opinion (again, I don't have a lot to compare it to) and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
