They did an excellent job - hired them for my move out and my move in, two days in a row. So thorough and super friendly, they even helped us move a few boxes at one point!  For our jobs they had two girls and took about 3-4 hours in each house. I will hire them in the future for sure.

Jessica from Reliable Cleaners is absolutely wonderful to work with! I live out of state and she takes care of my vacation rental in Arizona and I can't express my gratitude to her and her company for being so reliable, communicative, efficient (and affordable).  Without her, the stress of turning over the rental would be overwhelming. I know that I can count on her to show up and have it ready for the next guests. I am certain that you won't be disappointed.

Can't say enough good things about Prescott. He's very professional, always kind and courteous. Does a magnificent job of cleaning my apartment every 2 weeks. He's got my more organized and I enjoy my space more. He's always open to my requests for a new task. He's even hung pictures for me. I've been his client for about 9 months and can;t imagine my life without him. He's a keeper!

I'd been looking for a cleaning service and stumbled upon Queen of Maids. It was my lucky day. First, they have a convenient and easy online scheduling process which is a plus for me. I opted for the one time cleaning at the flat rate since my home was in need of some serious TLC and I wanted to try them out before committing. Second, there is only a 30 minute arrival time window and they are on time!! Third, the crews ask if there are particular areas of focus and are very thorough in their cleaning. Forth, this company aims to please with a follow up call the next day to ensure the service was to your liking. If it isn't, they send a crew out to redo the work to your specifications the same day! I was so impressed with the knowledge of proper care for various surfaces and attention to detail that I signed up for recurring cleanings with the crew that serviced my home. They even cleaned doors, light switch fixtures and the door step. Incredible workmanship and service!

I'm happy to report that Tabitha has been cleaning my house for over a year now. Not only is she super friendly, but she's exceptional at what she does and  one of her greatest strengths is her communication !

In fact, my dog always looks forward to her visits . She leaves my house impeccably clean.

Met with owner John this morning and his associate Maria. They showed up on time, and even communicated when they would arrive. They are a new business in the valley but they did well with my house deep clean. A few things missed here and there but overall good job. John wanted me to walk through before they left and before they were paid to check for anything missing, that was a nice touch. Thanks john!

Fantastic work! We needed a deep clean for moving out, and they did an excellent job!

I just moved my mom out of her house and it needed a good deep clean so we can sell it. They responded right away to every request for a quote, information, every question, whatever I needed they responded within an hour. Met up with Russell and Miguel today and they did an outstanding job cleaning everything, shampooing carpets, deep cleaning floors. I couldn't be happier or recommend them more. They were awesome.

I'm an out of town owner and I asked for a flat rate quote for a move-out cleaning job in short order.
Many cleaning services were reluctant to quote a flat rate, and Mayra was the most responsive and reasonable among those that quoted a flat rate, and she demonstrated a can-do attitude.

In the end she and her crew did an excellent job, and she meticulously sent me photos of before and after on the work that she did as I requested, and was kind enough to clean things that were out of the original flat rate scope, but she cleaned them anyhow seeing the dirt.  She definitely went above and beyond on the work and she left the place spotless!

Mayra did an excellent job and was responsive, professional, and dependable.  I highly recommend them for any cleaning services!

No need to search further Juanita and her crew are the BEST, thorough, reliable and dependable.  Communication was easy as to what was to be expected, my home was cleaned from top to bottom.  Best choice I could have made!!

Juan and his crew deep cleaned our home after a full house renovation .
They were on time, polite and ready to work. They did a great job.
A few days later, I was moving back in, I required more help in moving furniture, putting rugs down, cleaning floors, (yet again), because living in the Valley, going from outside to inside,  floors get dirty/dusty very quickly.
Their communication is great. and in my case, Juan was available on very short notice.

The team that came and cleaned my house for a move in special was Great!!! There was a delay with the 2nd person but they were able to finish in a timely manner.

I'm not going to lie, this was an odd morning.
Confirmed cleaning details & 2-3pm time frame for today's appointment. She contacted at 7am to say that she was on the way to the house, confirmed 6-min ETA for arrival and also said "I'm here" at 7:40.
We arrived to meet her at the house for the cleaning and not only was she not there, but also sent this random picture claiming her son was in the emergency room - but the image is from July 7, 2021.
After letting her know I was confused about the pics, date and all that, she stopped responding and no further texts would go through.
Total waste of time... and I'll be honest, this mercury retrograde  is reaaaallly starting to annoy me.
