They did an excellent job - hired them for my move out and my move in, two days in a row. So thorough and super friendly, they even helped us move a few boxes at one point!  For our jobs they had two girls and took about 3-4 hours in each house. I will hire them in the future for sure.

Jessica from Reliable Cleaners is absolutely wonderful to work with! I live out of state and she takes care of my vacation rental in Arizona and I can't express my gratitude to her and her company for being so reliable, communicative, efficient (and affordable).  Without her, the stress of turning over the rental would be overwhelming. I know that I can count on her to show up and have it ready for the next guests. I am certain that you won't be disappointed.

Can't say enough good things about Prescott. He's very professional, always kind and courteous. Does a magnificent job of cleaning my apartment every 2 weeks. He's got my more organized and I enjoy my space more. He's always open to my requests for a new task. He's even hung pictures for me. I've been his client for about 9 months and can;t imagine my life without him. He's a keeper!

I don't even know what to say. After reading great reviews I thought they'd be the perfect company to clean my parents home. For the first clean, a girl showed up with a bucket & a bottle of dawn dish soap and pushed dirt around for 2 hours. The company sent someone else the following day to clean again and that person did okay. Missed a few spots but still busted her butt. My parents had another clean today and the house was still filthy when the cleaner left. Tons of areas left with dust, only half the kitchen counters were cleaned, floors still dirty, smears on the stove, etc. I was willing to forgive the first time not going well and I respected their willingness to correct the situation, but a second time is unacceptable. There are some serious training and quality control issues going on and unfortunately we will not be using them again.

Service was great.  They were on time, worked solidly and thoroughly, and left the place spotless.

I'm happy to report that Tabitha has been cleaning my house for over a year now. Not only is she super friendly, but she's exceptional at what she does and  one of her greatest strengths is her communication !

In fact, my dog always looks forward to her visits . She leaves my house impeccably clean.

I initially contacted through Yelp. Owner responded to all messages VERY quickly. I was impressed how quickly they had availability. Scheduling was easy. Quoted amount was honored. I paid through Venmo and tipped the cleaners in cash (there is an option to tip through Venmo). Cleaners did a great job and supplied all their own products. I appreciated some of the little touches like folding blankets, cleaning a couple dishes that didn't make it in the dishwasher. I will book again in the future for deep cleans!

We needed a cleaner for a move out cleaning of a rental home. CM-Cleaning was very responsive and worked hard to fit us in within our limited and short time frame. Very professional company. Quote was very good. Although our landlord ended up handling the cleaning and we didn't get the chance to use CM-Cleaning, their responsiveness was what impressed me. We moved out of state but if we stayed, we would have used them.

I'm an out of town owner and I asked for a flat rate quote for a move-out cleaning job in short order.
Many cleaning services were reluctant to quote a flat rate, and Mayra was the most responsive and reasonable among those that quoted a flat rate, and she demonstrated a can-do attitude.

In the end she and her crew did an excellent job, and she meticulously sent me photos of before and after on the work that she did as I requested, and was kind enough to clean things that were out of the original flat rate scope, but she cleaned them anyhow seeing the dirt.  She definitely went above and beyond on the work and she left the place spotless!

Mayra did an excellent job and was responsive, professional, and dependable.  I highly recommend them for any cleaning services!

We engaged Minor to Major Cleaning to do a move-in cleaning of newly purchased home in Anthem AZ. The process went well from initial contact through the cleaning day. Juanita got us on the schedule and Molly, Annette and Dawn did a wonderful job getting a dusty, stale house sparkling and smelling great!  We'll definitely keep them in mind as soon as we get settled into our new home for future regular cleaning! I contacted Juan about giving our house a thorough cleaning.  He and his team arrived promptly with all the cleaning products and tools. They worked hard and efficiently and did the best job.  Juan is a professional who takes his business seriously and aims to please. I look forward to using his company again.  I would highly recommend him.  The price was fair and he was a pleasure to work with.

Just had the best cleaning experience with Team 4! Mindy and McKenna did a fantastic job cleaning the house. They really paid attention to detail and it made a huge difference. The house looks amazing and smells even better. Best part was that it took less time than I expected for how much work they had to do. Beat decision I've made in a long time.

I'm not going to lie, this was an odd morning.
Confirmed cleaning details & 2-3pm time frame for today's appointment. She contacted at 7am to say that she was on the way to the house, confirmed 6-min ETA for arrival and also said "I'm here" at 7:40.
We arrived to meet her at the house for the cleaning and not only was she not there, but also sent this random picture claiming her son was in the emergency room - but the image is from July 7, 2021.
After letting her know I was confused about the pics, date and all that, she stopped responding and no further texts would go through.
Total waste of time... and I'll be honest, this mercury retrograde  is reaaaallly starting to annoy me.
