They did an excellent job - hired them for my move out and my move in, two days in a row. So thorough and super friendly, they even helped us move a few boxes at one point!  For our jobs they had two girls and took about 3-4 hours in each house. I will hire them in the future for sure.

I live out of state and she takes care of my vacation rental in Arizona and I can't express my gratitude to her and her company for being so reliable, communicative, efficient (and affordable).  Without her, the stress of turning over the rental would be overwhelming. Can't say enough good things about Prescott. He's very professional, always kind and courteous. Does a magnificent job of cleaning my apartment every 2 weeks. He's got my more organized and I enjoy my space more. He's always open to my requests for a new task. He's even hung pictures for me. My parents house needed a good deep cleaning. Carole's House Cleaning was the first to respond to my project request. Very reasonable - $250 for 2 people, 3 hours. They were able to accommodate the date and time I needed and were very communicative.

It's tough to find a company that is clear and prompt with communication that also does a great job, but this is one.  They were very good about ensuring every detail was covered.  I hired them for a deep cleaning, but decided to hire them for the long-term based on the quality of their work.  Definitely recommend.

I'm an out of town owner and I asked for a flat rate quote for a move-out cleaning job in short order.
Many cleaning services were reluctant to quote a flat rate, and Mayra was the most responsive and reasonable among those that quoted a flat rate, and she demonstrated a can-do attitude.

In the end she and her crew did an excellent job, and she meticulously sent me photos of before and after on the work that she did as I requested, and was kind enough to clean things that were out of the original flat rate scope, but she cleaned them anyhow seeing the dirt.  She definitely went above and beyond on the work and she left the place spotless!

Mayra did an excellent job and was responsive, professional, and dependable.  I highly recommend them for any cleaning services!

We hired them after we had two other companies no show/flake out. Had an entire team show up and get the job done and more. They did an incredible job including the blinds and tops of fans. Did a great job with communication and being timely. Would highly recommend for a one time cleaning, deep clean or regular service.

Love that you post you can't find me.  You tried to bribe me to take my review down.  Here's proof.  Like I said we used your service until we caught your maid wiping a toilet with a cloth then using that same cloth to wipe other things in our home.  Everyone's worst nightmare!

I'm not going to lie, this was an odd morning.
Confirmed cleaning details & 2-3pm time frame for today's appointment. She contacted at 7am to say that she was on the way to the house, confirmed 6-min ETA for arrival and also said "I'm here" at 7:40.
We arrived to meet her at the house for the cleaning and not only was she not there, but also sent this random picture claiming her son was in the emergency room - but the image is from July 7, 2021.
After letting her know I was confused about the pics, date and all that, she stopped responding and no further texts would go through.
Total waste of time... and I'll be honest, this mercury retrograde  is reaaaallly starting to annoy me.
