So far, I called Jennifer and she answered right away. We had a wonderful first conversation. She was very friendly and easy to talk to during our conversation. She is coming out only three days after our first conversation.  I am looking forward to meet her and to get my project completed . Will give feedback again after completion of project.

Tidy & Clean are a professional mother/daughter business. I inquired about a quote and they got back to me that very same day! my house smells amazing! They got all the black stuff off of my oven, deep cleaned my windows, vacuumed my stairs, cleaned every room, and it looks like a brand new place!
I definitely recommend them! They are detailed and efficient!

I reached out to Agai and left a message and within minutes, they returned my phone call. I fell sick and was unable to tidy up my kitchen. I decided to give Agai a shot. Their team was cordial, polite and punctual. They cleaned the dishes by hand even though I had a dishwasher. Their crew was detailed and took the time out to make sure that I was satisfied with their services. I am updating this review because I heard from the owner, April. I explained to her that I did not want to pay more than the quoted regular bi-weekly cleaning charge since I did not get a deep clean. She said they do not offer discounts, but offered to clean my home again to my satisfaction. I declined since I have found someone new to clean my home. She also said she talked with her staff to make sure they hit all the items on the checklist and remain professional.  She said people have off days and I agree. However, my first impression of this cleaning is hard to shake off.

This crew was fast efficient and friendly. I called the night before for the next day and they were on it. Moving isn't always fun but I'd hire Mr Buff again or refer to anyone that is in need of moving services. Thank you so much!!!

Wow Julia did an amazing job in our home! I've been on the hunt for a good reliable cleaner and she was amazing! She mopped my floors 3 times to make sure they were extra clean! She also did an incredible job cleaning my oven and my windows. I highly recommend her. She was very professional and showed up right on time. Thank you Julia!

Really disappointed in the services we received for a move in. I made sure to communicate multiple times that we wanted them to concentrate on the cabinets and drawers and they were horribly dirty when we arrived at the house. They also raised the price we agreed on saying that there were more than normal amount of windows... well they did a horrible job on those also. They only did what they could reach standing and the upper parts of the windows were not done. Very disappointed considering they didn't even have to do the floors, would not recommend them.

Would never recommend. I had them clean my house that was for sale. I let them in at 12:30 pm and came back at 4:30 pm. This seemed like a long time for an empty 1236 ft empty house. Also my garage door was caved in and when I called and reported it the guy said I was lying. Now I am stuck with getting my garage door replaced instead of just repaired. My garage door was inoperable because the wiring on the door popped off. The maids had no reason to even attempt to open my garage door but for some reason did so the middle connection to the door moved and caved in my garage door. I even told the manager this but he still told me that I was wrong.

We had them do a move-out clean on a specific date and they were able to accommodate the request. They cleaned the entire house and it looks fantastic. They cleaned in the cabinets, the floors, bathrooms - everything. 100% recommended Happy Maids! I would absolutely use them again for any cleaning project.
