I don't do many reviews but this company deserves one.  One of our properties had continuing termite problems for years which our prior termite company could not get stopped.  After interviewing a number of termite treatment companies, I learned the short cuts that caused the prior treatments to fail.  Urban Desert Pest Control was the one company that was committed to doing whatever it took to stop the infestation at this property.  Matt, Codie and Keegan did not hesitate to tackle this treatment in
a very professional way assuring this time the termite infestation would end and doing the hard work required that the other companies did not want to do.  Thanks.

We have been using InsecTek since moving to the Valley in 2014. Their prices are reasonable and service has always been reliable, honest and friendly.  We've had techs who are always willing to let us customize our service, without any hesitation. However the last two visits have been made by a new tech for us, Matt, who has done things we've rarely seen other techs do. He appears to be extremely thorough when looking for spider webs, potential access locations, and application coverage. We really appreciate his attention to detail. Can't go wrong with InsecTek.

We had such a pleasant experience with Simpy Green pest control. I love that they are a local business and use more natural products for their treatments. i hired this company and they agreed to come out on a given day no one showed up or called, called the next day and they acted like nothing happen, the initial response was immediate the owner bill sold his buisness well. but like always actions speak louder than words. i would avoid this company and find another it is not worth any one getting upset.

I have used Bulwark for the past 18 years.  They have always been very flexible with scheduling and their techs are very professional and helpful.  Also, they come back at no extra charge if you see pests in between services. Ciaran has been my tech for some time now and he is very knowledgeable about the product and the pests. He is also very thorough. Bulwark is very good value for the price and I like that their product is safe for pets and people

Steven Pearson with bulwark is hands down the best pest control employee we have had come out. He made sure my entire inside and outside of my house was sprayed. It is important to keep the scorpions away as i have 2 little girls and one is visionally impaired. He went over and beyond to make sure everything was great. The communication with Steven was awesome too! He will be the one we request to come out and service our house every other month! Thank you bulwark and thank you Steven for the amazing service!

I found Joseph through a recommendation on Nextdoor, from someone else who also had an issue with roof rats...

About a month ago, we had a mouse or rat run around the side of the house and I almost died.  When I called Joseph, he answered...and he scheduled a visit for the next day.  He showed up right on time and we walked around the house and he told me his plan.  He came every Saturday morning and after walking the entire property, he went up and checked in all three hatches.  He did this for 4 Saturdays in a row...and I'm pleased to say, his plan worked!  We didn't have any in the attic, TG, but did catch one outside.  On his last follow up, he installed more mesh from inside the attic, to ensure no critters could get up there.  If you have an issue with roof rats or any other pests, I highly recommend Joseph...he knows what he's doing and he's great at what he does!

We've had Blue Sky at 2 of our homes here in the Valley. Blue Sky treated one home for termites. They did an awesome job! We could not tell where they had to drill into our concrete and pavers to treat our house. We currently use their pest control services, which we've been very happy with! I highly recommend having Cindy out to your home for a termite inspection!

Started service recently with Pro Active Pest Control. I've had a couple different service providers before, but Pro Active is hands down the best at their job. They went above and beyond. They let me know who my tech would be in advance and said the tech would call me prior to my scheduled appointment. He called me a hour prior and was on time. After introducing himself, he asked if I had any special or specific areas of concern. We did a complete walk around and he took digital notes and pictures while taking down every concern for all future services. Pro Active did an amazing job and did everything I specifically requested. I'll be keeping them forever and referring them to all my friends and neighbors.

House Doctor Exterminating is the best!  David Ramos is a great guy.  He gave me a very reasonable rate that I could afford to treat my house and take care of a termite infestation with the most activity in my garage.  He checked out my house for almost an hour, and even checked to give me advice on a water leak, also in my garage)!  I needed the service to be done at a certain time, as I work from home and needed to be available for conference calls.  His employee arrived at my house right at 8 am (I needed him to arrive before 9 am to let him in, etc).  They did their work, cleaned up afterwards, and left around 11 am.  I am thrilled and relieved to have this termite situation taken care of, and the treatment came with a 5-year warranty.  They are the BEST.

We began noticing bees trying to get into an opening in our eaves. We couldn't tell if they were starting a hive but decided to call a bee service. We contacted Don's and they were able to come the next day. They arrived as scheduled, pulled a ladder and checked the area and found that the opening was secure with screening behind it so the bees were unable to get in so they had moved on. They only charged a minimal fee for time and travel($20) which we were glad to pay to have the assurance that there wasn't a hive starting and that the opening was secure. Thanks for quick and professional service. I would highly recommend Don's Bees Termites and weeds!

We moved to North Scottsdale/DCRanch area from the West Coast in 2007.  My husband, myself and our 4 very young daughters were quickly introduced to scorpions that summer and were not happy. We were very fortunate to meet Jeremy with Sonoran.  Close to a decade later and still working with Jeremy, we will never change services.  His responsiveness and professionalism is beyond. He has set a standard that can not be duplicated by any other vendors...and he has the scorpions under control.. we have very few to none.

This year has been a continual disappointment with Burns service.  Sometimes the service person does not show up when scheduled or shows up much later.  Today they showed up on an unscheduled day without prior notice.  We used to have better service from Burns but it has deteriorated.  What is going on?
