Best Preventative Services in Phoenix AZ

I used Urban Desert to spray my property for pests yesterday.  Jose did a great job. He even got rid of some spider webs we had around some of the windows. He was very nice to work with and did more than we asked. We will be using this service again. This has been the best ever experience I have had with pest control.

We moved to a new place in downtown Phoenix where roaches are plenty! SO GROSS.
We called Insectek and they were able to come out that day!  Lucio was professional and friendly.  He spent time looking into where they could be coming in and talking about how to fix those problem areas first.  He then spent over an hour spraying the house and cleaning the eves and windows for spider webs.  He saw we had young kids and was confirmed the products were safe and how long to keep the kids away from certain areas.
They did a followup call to make sure we were happy with the service and if we needed anything else.
They just called to confirm our next appt and again see if we needed anything.

Simply Green has been amazing since day 1! We went from having dozens of scorpions on the back wall and small ones inside after we moved in to nothing! Great customer service and quality.  We had a roach infestation at an apt. complex we bought.  Bill's sent out their best pest control person and she did a full assessment, baited, sprayed and retreated 2 weeks later.  She followed up with me regularly by phone to retreat any problem areas and within two months, the roaches I had been trying to bomb were gone!

I wouldn't normally write a review for a pest control company, but they were that impressive.

We used Bulwark for many years when we lived in Texas so when we moved to Trilogy at Vistancia in Peoria four years ago we knew we wanted to continue the relationship.  Our technician, Joel Robertson, is terrific.  He has kept us bug-free (which is hard to do when living on a wash in the Sonoran Desert!), arrives when he said he would, and educates us on local insect and pest issues.  Thank you, Bulwark, and thanks, too, to Joel.

It was a beautiful day when I woke up and heard a buzzing coming from behind my reading chair. Insert creepy flying critter. Green Magic Pest Control to the rescue and for the last year Atleast, they've kept the creepy critters away. I highly recommend this company. Their response time is phenomenal, they have worked with any rescheduling I've needed and are compassionate. I reached out to them to assist one of my patients as a hospice volunteer and they came to the rescue for her. This is a company whose professionalism is backed by compassion, heart and kindness. Their product is quality as are there people. Major thank you to Jordan especially who has made my pups look forward to our appointments and who makes it feel as though a friend is here. There is a level of trust with this company that is seldom found. You will not be disappointed. Thank you to the team at Green Magic....in an effort to sound completely pun intended: you are simply magical.

I found a dead pigeon on my roof. No one in my household is willing to bring it down. Therefore, I posted it on Yelp to see if any company could come to recuse. I got plenty of feedback. Some didn't have that service; some would not do just that service and offer me some other services; Some were too expensive. Why do people make things so complicated? I just want that damn dead bird to be removed.
Then I got a message from Mier from Green Arrow Pest Control. He gave me a quote and told me he would be available later that day. I was skeptical at first because there was no review or information about this company. I asked Mark if they have Facebook or any other social media. Mier understood my concern and sent me a copy of his business license and proof of insurance.  
Mier showed up at my house on time. He removed the dead bird, sanitized the place, and walked around my roof to see if there were more dead birds that I didn't know of. He also removed a bird nest under the roof without extra charge. Mier is professional, did a great job, and was very efficient. I requested the Pest Control and Bird wire quotes from him and got the information on the same night.
His price is reasonable; however, my husband and I have decided not to proceed. If we change our minds, we will definitely contact Mier

I was serviced by Brandon Tyson this afternoon. He not only informed me that he saw some ant mounds and would take care of them for me (I hate ants), but took the time to remove the food and water bowls that I had forgotten to put up prior to service. He was so thoughtful to pick up my pets food and water dishes and place them on a shelf outside for me. It's those kinds of little things that make us never want to work with any other company. Thank you and keep up the fantastic work!

My neighbor uses arizona pest solutions as their pest company and I see why, I spoke with the young man who was spraying my neighbors home and explained to him that I have some pretty bad pest problems but that because I am an elderly man on a fixed income that I can't really afford monthly service and if there was anything I could do to get rid of my problems. Well the serviceman (will) was very polite and was more than happy to take time out of his day to walk around my home with me and show me some tips on how to fix my pest problems and also mentioned some fairly cheap products I could purchase and use on my home from the store and I have had almost no pest problems since following his instructions, he was so polite and helpful to me eventhough I am not a customer and if this is how they treat strangers I can only imagine how great they treat their customers! Great company!

I appreciate how quickly they were able to schedule and treat for weeds. I have 0.6 acres of irrigated lawn. Other companies wanted me to wait until a truck was in the area, which would have been into March.  Custom Weed scheduled me within two weeks of my call. They were more expensive than others I spoke with for the same treatment, but Custom Weed warrantees their work. The others did not. If for some reason my weeds insist on growing three weeks from now, Custom Weed will re-treat. The warranty is good for three months. In the business of weeds, that is many lifetimes and worth the extra $40.  
Glad I found them.

It is not very often (for me) to be treated with world-class customer service. Yet, here you are killing it!

Alex was and his team are absolutely amazing. My wife and I moved to the area 2 months ago from out of the state. Coming from a high-rise, my wife was alarmed when she met her first cockroach. I figured it was normal to find these critters inside every once in a while, but 5 or so a week seemed excessive. We reached out to several companies who had just wanted us to start with a basic spray. Alex was different. He came out for a FREE inspection of the area. He was able to not only find an open sewer drain in the house, which operated as a front door for the roaches into our house, he was able to identify a potential water leak near this open drain. He explained to us why this was a problem, and how this is what is attracting the roaches. Unlike other companies that just wanted to spray the perimeter of the house, he worked inside out. Alex sealed the open sewer, and because of his water leak identification, we were able to eliminate what attracted the roaches to us in the first place. Had we just treated our perimeter, this would have done nothing to fix our problem.....and of course we had Alex do our perimeter as well. Haven't seen a bug, of any kind, at all since his treatment. Go with Copper State Pest Mangement.

Hired this company in February to help me with a roof rat problem in my Phoenix home.  After 9 months, I have paid Blue Sky over $2,000 and still have as many rats as I had on day one. The last straw was when Matt (the rat expert) came to my home and told me that we needed a smoke test which would cost me an additional $1,200.  That afternoon I contacted another pest company and told them my story. They came out today with a contractor, and for $275 they did what Blue Sky couldn't do in 9 months. They found two broken vent pipes inside my walls along with a rat's nest.  Problem solved. This is definitely one of those moments when I wished Yelp would allow someone to give zero stars. One star suggests they did something other than take my money and laugh.  

Maybe call these guys if you have bugs, or other pests, but if you have rats, look elsewhere. Waste of money.

Nick came out to spray our interior and exterior. He has come before for our routine maintenance. He is professional, prompt and always does an excellent job.

Antonio came out today after I called about my tenants complaining that they were hearing noises in the attic. I asked Pro Pest to check for entry points around the exterior and a few hours after he completed his inspection I got a well documented photo report of the possible problem areas. He also set traps and will reinspect them in the future.

The service was efficient, appears accurate and thorough.

House Doctor Exterminating has been taking care of our properties for several years.  Their service is never anything short of fantastic.  I have also have the opportunity to use their services at my personal residence.  Their technicians are very professional and courteous.  David and Tracy run a great crew and I am happy to have them as part of our team!

Tried a couple other local pest control services before I finally found out about Don's Bee and Termites.
Had roof rats, hired Don's = GONE!
Had Scorpions, hired Don's = POOF.....SCORPIONS GONE! Honest, Kind, Friendly, Reliable Service and.... They get the job done! Been on their monthly service now for 11 Months! Glad I made the switch!

We moved to North Scottsdale/DCRanch area from the West Coast in 2007.  My husband, myself and our 4 very young daughters were quickly introduced to scorpions that summer and were not happy. We were very fortunate to meet Jeremy with Sonoran.  Close to a decade later and still working with Jeremy, we will never change services.  His responsiveness and professionalism is beyond. He has set a standard that can not be duplicated by any other vendors...and he has the scorpions under control.. we have very few to none.

Thought I'd give them another shot...don't bother! They have so much business they don't need yours. Save your time and call another company. There are so many needing your business right now.

After 2 weeks of calling (Since May 27th) no returned calls. I just had to keep calling and told someone would call me back. The people running this place, simply do not care at all. Clearly they have enough customers.

Shame on me for trying to give them another shot. The bottom line...Run very poorly. Will tell you one thing and then change it because the right hand doesn't know what the left had is doing. Employees can't get a hold of the the person in charge. Mike doesn't return calls to his OWN employees because he's traveling so much. Weak excuse in my opinion. There is this thing now a days called a cell phone, use it!

Why in the world did I think I'd get better service the second time around? Zero customer service. Do not spend one penny here. Pick up the phone and call a competitor. Lots of businesses are in need of the support and would welcome your money right now---call them!

By the way, your welcome. Had a balanced owed which I was not aware of because I gave my credit card last year--never charged my card. Had I not called to schedule an appointment you would never have known it! The guy in the credit department, one word---terrible. Obviously not doing his job effectively. I called you don't forget and yet I did the research to discover you never charged my card. Poorly managed. Sad people don't care about customers anymore. Businesses are run from the top down--if the top isn't good, neither are the ones under them.
