Wow. Where to begin? My wife and I had a pretty terrible time with roof rats. We tried working with other pest companies, but with no luck: just traps and no permanent fixes. Finally I stumbled across these guys and the experience was like night and day. They were confident from the beginning that the root of the problem was a hole in the pipes: they brought out their smoke machine (I think they're the only pest control company in Phoenix with a smoke machine), ran a smoke test, and figured out precisely what the problem was. Now it is all fixed. Very reasonably priced. The team was absolutely fantastic. Chad is a master with the smoke machine, and Brad especially was a really big help. Cannot recommend these guys enough

Hands down the best insect control business.  We have had a number of pest control business to spray at our 3 homes and Insectek is the best.  We have been customers for 2 years and I cannot recommend them enough.

Our tech Brandon is always on time and communicative. He does a good job, he is friendly and nice to my dogs. He's always willing to give advice.

Jason has been servicing our house since fall of 2016 and does a great job.  Very friendly and professional.  Takes time to listen to any concerns and address them. Always on time and sends email before showing up. You will be happy with him.  Highly recommend!

I have been using Green Magic for a little under 2 years and everything about them is fantastic! They are super responsive, extremely thorough with each cleaning, and I haven't seen any bugs or creatures since using them. Messaged for a quote this morning about some possible rodents in the walls of my home. Jonathan came out by mid day and we discovered some birds had taken up residence in the rafters. He provided some tips on resolving the problem and was very helpful and friendly. Will certainly be contacting them again to set up bi monthly pest control soon. Thanks for the help Jon.

I found Joseph through a recommendation on Nextdoor, from someone else who also had an issue with roof rats...

About a month ago, we had a mouse or rat run around the side of the house and I almost died.  When I called Joseph, he answered...and he scheduled a visit for the next day.  He showed up right on time and we walked around the house and he told me his plan.  He came every Saturday morning and after walking the entire property, he went up and checked in all three hatches.  He did this for 4 Saturdays in a row...and I'm pleased to say, his plan worked!  We didn't have any in the attic, TG, but did catch one outside.  On his last follow up, he installed more mesh from inside the attic, to ensure no critters could get up there.  If you have an issue with roof rats or any other pests, I highly recommend Joseph...he knows what he's doing and he's great at what he does!

Started service back in October while I was heading out to Korea for vacation. All correspondence was done via email and he was quick & responsive.  I signed up for service based on his responsiveness, the fact thats he's a Veteran (I'm a military mama) and that he's a local small business. (I love to support local).  Pricing was reasonable so I went with it. Here we are five months later and I honestly don't regret it. Service is great, communication is outstanding and billing is super easy.  Highly recommend!

Mike Ward is so knowledgeable and super nice! Did a thorough spray of our rental home inside and out, and we are using them for monthly service. If you see a snake or bees he wants you to call him right away! Great service and I highly recommend.
