Best Preventative Services in Phoenix AZ

After asking around on the local neighborhood app for a good pest control company, and not loving what I was seeing, I decided to take matters into my own hands. I researched different places and came across Urban Desert Pest Control. Wow so glad I did!!! They came out the very next day and sprayed for scorpions and whatever else is running around my house. Jose who is one of the owners came out and did a very thorough spray application inside and out !! He explained in terms I could understand what he was spraying and how it's going to work. He even went as far as telling me how the pesky scorpions are getting into my house!!! He was knowledgeable, timely, again thorough and pleasant to talk to. I would highly recommend Jose and his company for any of your pest control needs. He even left me glue traps to catch any stragglers running around!!!

I called many places before picking this one, they have competitive pricing, and awesome customer service. Brittany sold me by being upfront about the service without being pushy at all. The transparency she provided was very appreciated. Parker came to my first appointment (about 3 weeks ago) he explained their companies values and how he does the work he does. He was extremely thorough in his customer service. Parker was very excited about tackling the bugs in our yard and was forthcoming with the products he used. I feel like I'm in good hands with this company.

Needed a wasp nest removed.  Brandon took the time to talk to me about them - showed me other smaller nests in my hedge that I had not seen.  Handled those as well (for same price).  Also gave me good advice about spiders.

West Coast Pest Control is awesome!  I've used Wes, and West Coast, a couple times now and will be continuing to use them to handle my quarterly pest control spraying. Wes is timely, thorough, professional, and has good follow through. I like that Wes presented all the services he offers, and suggested what he thought I needed w/out any pressure or upsell. For the initial inspection, came on time and was very friendly and educational. I had them treat my house and it was just one person! He completed the job in the estimated time. Overall great job and would do business with again.

Jon treated my home for termites this morning. He was professional, courteous and hard working. He worked quickly to schedule an inspection and get the work done. He was very thorough and double checked the interior of my home after he was done treating the outside. Luckily, he spotted some new termite activity and took care of it. Wow, just wow. We had major weeds in our yard after the rains and quickly called Custom Weed. The yelp reviews have it right, these guys are amazing. The  pre-emergent spray controls weeds for so long you forget you had them in the first place.

I highly recommend this company, their professionalism and quality work can't beat.

Had rat activity in our sheds and heard a few thuds in the attic. Tried dealing with it on our own but it was a nightmare and the problem seemed to be getting worse- droppings everywhere! That's when we found Desert West. Within 2 weeks the problem was completely eradicated, and we got rid of more rats than I could have imagined. We were up against more than we could've handled alone, and he made it such an easy fix at a great price. Couldn't thank Joseph enough!

I wouldn't go with Blue Sky Pest Control!!! They have the worst customer service!! I had requested to hold off on my services for a bit for financial reason, just to come home to see that they showed up while I was out and I never approved it!!! Now I am getting a bill for $76 for services I never approved. I also requested to get it cancelled ask for something by mail and get a bill!!! Worst CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!

I just wanted to take the time out to show my appreciation to this awesome company, from the first interaction with the individual who sent up my account all the way down to the services that was provided.
My jaw was left wide open with just how in depth the initial treatment was. Duane was my technician for the first visit and he put my wife and I completely at ease about... the cockroaches in our garage, Duane assured me that it wasn't anything that had to do with my cleanliness (which I was very embarrassed about) he explained what they were and how he was going to resolve the problem. I feel like I made the right choice with going with pro active. Duane even made sure that I completely understood what the service was and made sure I had proper expectations. I can't thank this company enough, mainly because now my wife is happy and not freaking out about going into the garage.
We had the start to our regular bi-monthly service which was conducted by Danny. Danny is an absolute gem, he assured me that if I have any issues or even concerns that I can reach out to him and he will help out, he even let me know that if pest activity spikes up in between that they will come back to address the issue, literally at no cost! We needed the interior treated on this visit... mainly for peace of mind, I felt so bad because I ran out to Danny's service vehicle and asked if he didn't mind treating the interior(totally spaced my mind that my wife wanted that done)  he said no problem and put his gloves back on and grabbed his hand sprayer and did was needed.
These guys go above and beyond! You have a customer for life!

I HATE bugs, insects, creepy crawlies.  We have a house in Arizona that we weren't living in full time so were very concerned about pests becoming a problem in an empty house.  I called Don because we needed a company that was able to work with our weekend only visits to the area and very restricted availability.  The other company we tried kept not showing as scheduled and we had some issues with pests entering the residence so we knew what we didn't want to deal with.  My first question to Don was are you able to guarantee the treatments AND can you work with our limited availability?  He said Of course!  So we scheduled treatment.

Don arrived, on time (huge kudos) and greeted our pets (more kudos) and began the treatment.  Very thoroughly treated the house, the perimeter and the yard.  He was very friendly and professional, answering questions that were asked about a variety of things.  We've since returned to the house a few times and haven't seen a single bug ANYWHERE!  None dead or alive.  PLUS they called to schedule our next treatment, as requested, with ample notification as a courtesy reminder that we were due for our treatment.

I have very high standards on pest control and anyone working in the service industry.  Don's Bees has met and surpassed my standards and is now our full time pest control provider.  Definitely recommend them to anyone!

We have been using Burns' BiMonthly pest control for years now.  The price is reasonable, and the technicians are always professional and nice.   I really do not like bugs, and I rarely see them.  If we do notice a problem, they will come and respray our home for free.
