Best Preventative Services in Phoenix AZ

I requested service on yelp and Suttle Air Was the first to respond late one Sunday evening. I booked an air vent/ dryer vent cleaning and they came out a few days later. Chris was the service tech and was super friendly and professional. He did a thorough job and walk me through the whole process. Thanks for the wonderful customer service! I've been extremely happy, using Top Gear cooling and heating. It is so hard to find an HVAC company that is 1) honest. I've had So many bad experiences throughout the years with crooks before I found Chase (owner of Top Gear Cooling & Heating ) 2) professional, high quality workmanship  3) On time 4) all at a fair price.   When I first met Chase, it was because I hired him to fix a botched job that another HVAC contractor messed up all the duck work in the installation of my custom home. Chase came out and fix the problems right away. Been using him ever since.

Had great service from Heat Slayer last month. We had purchased a home warranty when we bought the house    and our a/c started acting up. The warranty company assigned Heat Slayer to repair it.
He was very prompt, kept us informed on repairs etc;
We had him work up an estimate for some duct work for the back bedrooms which turned out better than expected and at a very reasonable cost, he also serviced all of the HVAC system.
We will definitely use him for our annual maintenance
