Jose was very knowledgeable and friendly and educated us on a number of things about our new house as it relates to pest control. We will definitely use Urban Desert for ongoing pest control maintenance.

Since our tech sprayed around our house I havent seen a single bug.

Our tech even offered to spray into gaps in our house where the earwigs and others might be coming out of. Even got some powder type of stuff to put into our drains.

I didnt have to ask him to do anything, he knew what to do and where to spray.

After I was stung by a wasp while doing yard work, I contacted Simply Green via yelp for an estimate. I was impressed by their ability to do a virtual quote, and the speed in which they were able to get a tech out to take care of my situation.

I was warmly treated by Joey, who was following all Covid protocols listed on the site, and he got right to work in removing my pesky wasp nest. While we were talking about the process, we both noticed that there were still wasps gathering at another bush in the yard. Upon investigation, Joey located another nest, and was able to remove most of it. I offered to grab my hedge trimmer so he could get better access to the nest, and in doing so, we located the main culprit, a huge wasp nest the size of my head. Joey was able to neutralize and remove all three wasp nests, address the wasps that were very curious about our motives, and he stayed to make sure we really got them all. I was impressed with his friendliness, his knowledge and the care he took to make sure both me and my dog were safe.

It has been almost a week, and there is not a wasp in sight! I highly recommend Simply Green, and I will be sure to use them for any pest issue in the future.

Had rat activity in our sheds and heard a few thuds in the attic. Tried dealing with it on our own but it was a nightmare and the problem seemed to be getting worse- droppings everywhere! That's when we found Desert West. Within 2 weeks the problem was completely eradicated, and we got rid of more rats than I could have imagined. Technician Rob was friendly and informative. He came and inspected my house first and answered any questions I had. He was available to help when something came up and stopped by to answer questions and place a few extra bait traps out to give me peace of mind. Overall a very good company.  If you aren't using this company for your pest control services than you're doing yourself a disservice.  Jeremy is a good knowledgeable and honest person.  They take care of business.  They do what's best to protect your home.  NO upselling.  They advise you on exactly what they need.

This pest control service was great to explain everything, show up on time, and offer decent pricing. While it is not the cheapest, it is one of those you get what you pay for things. You get a deal for setting up bimonthly service, and breaking that contract is only 49 bucks, not too bad! All the staff was friendly, from people on the phone to the person that came out to the house.

Michael was the technician sent to my house for the drilling.  I have been inspecting since the drilling was done on the exterior of the home.  No sign of termites since.  I still need to prepare for interior drilling on inside of garage.  They are very accommodating to my busy hours and I appreciate that.  Jonathan was the initial tech sent for inspection and he knew what he was looking for.  Thank you.

We started using Andrew Masi with Bulwark Exterminating on the recommendation of a neighbor. He is awesome. Communication is great. They let us know in advance when they are scheduled to come, giving us a chance to let them know if we have any particular area of interest. We don't have to be home but Andrew always knocks to let us know he's here and double check on our needs. When he's finished he fills us in on what he did.

I have used this company 3 times now for weed control. I have been very pleased. They stand behind their work and will come back out should you see weeds within the guarantee time frame. Along with the wonderful rain we've been having also come all the weeds. We had our front and back yards sprayed in March. My neighbors have tons of weeds in their yards. We don't have a single weed  I will continue to use this company and recommend them to people.

I Had termits on the last home I owned. I called action termite off a recommendation from a friend. They were amazing they came out the next day and were very professional and CLEAN. So of course when I saw what I thought was termites I called them out to my new home. They came out and inspected my home and reassured me that what I thought was termites was not. Very honest company and would recommend them to anyone.
