Technician very professional and friendly. He was on time, actually early and called to make sure that was ok. He ensured I knew exactly what he was doing, and also was concerned for my dogs and that we had them in areas so they wouldn't be harmed if they happed to lick, which made me happy!

I called this company based on the reviews here and was very satisfied with my service. I was able to get a $30 off coupon on Yelp for $15 which was a really nice perk.  I had used another pest control company a few years ago who charged me twice as much as this company for the same service.

Gerrit arrived at exactly the time scheduled for the appointment. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful.

Friendly and affordable service! I have used them 3 times now and have nothing but good things to say about West Coast Pest- they quickly got rid of the cockroaches in our new house 2 years ago and we've just had them do general sprays since then- no other bug issues! I called copper state on a whim and when alexes answered I told him my situation, I told him my worst nightmare came true and I found bedbugs on my sons bed.
I am already going through so much and now this!!
Alex helped tremendously! He was kind, he listened, he helped and squeezed me in same day!!!
When he came to my home I had a few heavy bags I needed to take to the trash (I didn't risk keeping anything so I had lots to throw away) anyways, he helped me take those outside!
He treated every room , every outlet, every corner of my home and gave me warranty AND is coming back in 3 weeks for another inspection and treatment!! Did he have to do all this?? No, probably not, he saw how anxious and scared I was and he helped me finally calm down with lots of reassurance and of course treating my home!!  he truly cares about his clients and he will care about you as well. I will be recommending him to everyone I know!!

The only reason for -1 star is the edges of the carpet weren't all properly tacked down after the tech finished treatment.  (I know how to correct that, so did it myself.)  Otherwise, an excellent job.  Satisfied customer.

I highly recommend Don's Bees. We had a bee infestation in the parapet wall of our house. I called Don he called back the same day and scheduled a call for the following day. He was right on time. He checked out the bee problem, told us what needed to be done and what the cost would be. He was very knowledgable and very nice. He scheduled the hive removal two days out. He called the next day with a cancellation asking if we wanted to do the removal that day, we said yes. We were gone when he did the work but sent us picks of the hive in the wall. 40 pounds of honey and honeycomb was removed. He called and let us know he was finished we paid with a CC. When we got home the bees were gone the wall was patched and they did a great job of cleaning up.

You have provided service at two of my homes here in Maricopa for about 4 years now at what I consider a reasonable price. I like your guarantee that you will re-treat as needed between normal bi-monthly applications. That has happened a couple of times to treat for ants. I rarely see bug activity which tells me your products and applications are working. I have referred you to a couple of my neighbors and they are happy. You also successfully treated my home for termites about 3 years ago. Excellent!!!

About a week ago, we discovered what we thought to be a termite track. I contacted Bill's and they had someone come out today. Low and behold, it was not termites! They were very thorough with the inspection. They didn't try to sell us anything. Best of all, the inspection was free of charge! Nothing in this world is free, so this was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend this company.

Matthew Henderson was great. He arrived on time and texted me when he was on the way.  He serviced the exterior and garage and even sent me a reminder to close garage and lock the gate.

Great customer service and their pre-emergent absolutely works. Hired them after we moved into our new place in Feb of 2020, not one weed for an entire year and just had them treat again in April. Great value and will be hiring every year.

I just moved to Arizona and finding a pest control company that I trust was too priority.Frontino Pest had excellent service! Brandin was so polite, patient, and  his products are pet friendly.

Technician never showed up for appointment. Called at around 5:04 after appointment wanting to stop by. We refused them cause we went with another company. The only reason I gave a 3 star is because they have provided good service in the past. The technician they sent needs to be revaluate and her no call no shows.
