Best Bed Bug Extermination in Phoenix AZ

Benjamin was AWESOME!!!! Very friendly and informative. I requested a onetime cleaning for my parents house. The service was affordable and they were able to work with my limited schedule.

We are looking forward to setting up regular appointments with our house in Peoria with this company!

I have been using Green Magic for a little under 2 years and everything about them is fantastic! They are super responsive, extremely thorough with each cleaning, and I haven't seen any bugs or creatures since using them. Nathan has been awesome to work with and I look forward to using them for years to come!

We just moved to Arizona 3 weeks ago and we saw some activity of pest and reached out for support. The Arizona pest team was patient with answering questions and sent a tech out the next day. Vincent was truly courteous and respectful when completing service. Awesome!!!!

We recently used Arizona Heat to get rid of our bedbugs.  While the technician thought our infestation was small enough to be treated with just chemicals, we elected to do a heat treatment in the bedroom in addition to the chemicals (I didn't really like the idea that we would keep getting bites for the next month with just the chemicals).  

Pros:
-They killed all of the bed bugs.  It's been more than a month so I think we're in the clear.
-They showed up when they said they would and were always polite and professional.  They were also able to accommodate our schedule pretty well and get us on the calendar within a few days.
-I like the 1 year warranty that comes with the heat treatment.  I always like to do business with a company that stands behind their work.  
-The heat treatment did not do any damage.  I read some horror stories on the internet about people who don't know what they're doing causing significant structural damage so I was a little nervous about this part.  

Cons:
-It took me 3 emails/phone calls over several days to get a check list of what needed to be done in order to prep for the treatment.  By the time I got someone to email it to me, it was 6 PM the night before our service which meant that I was up super late preparing.
-We were instructed to put items that could be damaged by the heat treatment into boxes which would be removed from the room by the tech and placed into chemically treated boxes in the garage.  While we boxed everything up and pointed out the boxes to the tech, they were never removed from the room.  I had all of my photo albums and some electronics in there and would have been devastated if they got destroyed.  Fortunately nothing super important got ruined but I feel like we got lucky.  Please don't promise me one thing and do another.

Overall, I feel like the good outweighed the bad for our experience but as I selected AZ Heat because of the reviews/careful process that they outline, I was a little disappointed in the execution.

I called West Coast because we have seen lots of spiders, crickets, and few roaches. Last week I found a black widow and knew it was time to get treated. I called on Thursday and they came out the next day! Wes was extremely friendly and professional. He is owner the of the business and you can really tell how much he cares. He spent extra time and went above and beyond spraying inside the house, outside around the foundation, and even took extra time to spray around edge of the yard/fence. I now have peace of mind that we will have less critters around, thanks to Wes.

Excellent service, top notch. I would recommend West Coast to anyone in a heartbeat.

PS - They are having a great deal right now for a great price!

Alex is great, when I called him for service he was responsive, and came out quickly. I had a pretty minor exterior cockroach infection.  After doing a small inspection, he explained how he was going to do his thing, gave me a very reasonable quote and a warranty. I said okay! And let him do his thing. I haven't noticed much cockroaches since, months later, but I did see one belly up yesterday.  Not only that, but I even text him with small things like pests in my garden and he gives me very helpful suggestions. I recommend him for sure!

Cody was great today! He explained everything, answering all my questions. Called and was here within 10 minutes at the beginning of the appointment window.

I can always count on Truly Nolen. Shane has treated our current home for the past two years and we never have any issues with insects in our house. He will go the extra mile to make sure there are no insects in the yard as well. He once noticed a small hole in the house that went into the attic from the outside, and was concerned about critters getting into the attic. He offered to plug the hole at no charge. Excellent customer service!

We had a pest issue that turned out to be far less problematic and pervasive than we initially thought. They could have sold us an extermination plan, but the tech (I'm such a jerk that I already forgot his name!) that came to do the job gave me a MUCH cheaper solution for taking care of it on my own. I REALLY appreciate that kind of honesty--especially since it cost him time to come out, inspect the place, and answer all of my questions. If I am ever in a position to recommend a pest control company, this one interaction was enough for me to recommend Responsible Pest Control enthusiastically!!

Art was great!! I called this morning, got an appointment same day. They called & communicated their timing very well. Art showed up on time, he was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He was honest that I didn't need to spray inside my home- which is really nice since I have a young child. I really appreciated his genuine care and thoughtfulness, and of course his expertise. If I have any issues with pests in the future, these are the guys I will trust.

Came the day I called and blasted the perimeter of my home!!  David was awesome, He explained everything he was doing. It feels good to have a pesticide service that gives you the best product and service. I would recommend this service 100%!!!

This is my first experience with this company. Decided to give them a try based on reviews. I needed a mobile home inspected for possible bedbugs. Anthony responded to my message within minutes on a Sunday and quickly fit me into their busy schedule within 48 hours. Anthony and Didi arrived on time, were very professional and did a great job of inspecting the home while carefully moving and handling my furniture and personal items. Their high level of customer service will allow me to recommend them to friends and family in the future with confidence. I will definitely use Phoenix Bed Bug Experts for any future bug needs.

We moved to Arizona in October to a house we had built On an extra large lot... That being said we need a landscaper for the side yards and backyard... all dirt! We needed a sprinkler and drip systems, grass, rocks, pavers, trees and bushes planted... the works! Phil came and sat with us for hours to get our ideas and give us his! Phil is Extremely experienced and knowledgeable, very easy to work with! He does not have a lot of employees so the lack of overhead makes his prices more than reasonable!

Very unsatisfied with this company. The salesman who arrived at my door was very enthusiastic and passionate about this company so I made the switch from my previous company, only to find out that two months later everything would go downhill and my salesman who promised to take care of me was no longer their. They never get back to me when I call but are quick to charge my card for services that I am not even notified of.

The technician was helpful and always polite but I am happy to say that I am no longer a customer with Blue Sky Pest Control.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The level of unprofessionalism is absolutely mind boggling. These home inspectors came to do an inspection of my home which was offered for sale. After the inspection my wife came home to our home which had all of our pots and pans out on the counter from being stored in the oven, all of our windows open, in the middle of summer, our AC set to 72 degrees and something that we just found out... left our smoke detector unplugged. I tested all of our smoke and carbon monixide detectors before the inspector to insure they were working. Everything was fine. I never once needed to or would have unplugged them. God forbid our house caught fire our lives could be destroyed. This is not all, there were so many items in our inspection that were listed so I hired a general contractor to come out and give me a quote to repair these so called issues more than half the items on the inspectors report from Trojan home services were all false. You would think a general contractor would want to sell you his services and find some things to repair but the contractor was honest and stated repeatedly that the inspector was wrong about so many things. I would NEVER recommend any one use Trojan for any home inspection services. STAY AWAY! Any sellers reading this review, if your potential buyer hires Trojan stay home for the inspection and watch their every move these guys cannot be trusted.

Greenleaf pest control is an unprofessional and predatory company. Their sales person will lie through their teeth to get you to sign up. If you're considering working with them stay far, far away and hire someone else. Would not recommend.

The BEST pest control out there.  I researched a ton and this is the one! We have used them for several years around the valley. Love the safety of their products for our pets and kids and they REALLY work.  Superior services great price. Reps are super knowledgeable and have helped us with our scorpion issue as well as spiders.

Promised to call before coming between 1-4p and she didn't. I called the office at 3:45p and said she had done inspection already. No email, no text and no phone call. I don't even know what happened unless I have called the office. I have the technician came back. She said she did all outside and asked me if I want any paper work. How can I tell if they have done their job if I haven't received anything. One side wall needs to go thru our neighbor's gate. I was suppose to show her. She sent me the paper work. It's just the picture of the front of the house and 3 words in description: Terminate - renewal inspection. I don't even want to put 1 star in here. The reason I put star is to have this posted.
