I highly recommend these guys!  After having had less than stellar results with a different company, we decided to try AZ Termite Specialist based on other reviews and we are so glad that we did.  Our service technician, Robert, was extremely knowledgeable and really took the time to explain what he was doing and why.  He was also very considerate and careful about our dogs, making sure to close gates so they didn't get out and letting me know how long they needed to wait to enter the areas where he had treated.  

The inspector who came out to do the initial estimate work, Heath, was also great to work with, listened patiently as we explained our previous issues and was very thorough in checking out the entire house.  We now feel like we are finally working with a company that will be able to resolve our problems and will follow up with effective measures in the future if need be.

So based on Yelp I Emailed House Doctor. I instantly was emailed back by the owner Dave. I scheduled a estimate for Monday to come take a look. They were on time and went over treatment and findings. I scheduled to have treatment to be done that following Monday. Today right on time Josh showed up. We walked the house again and he began working. I was so impressed by his work ethic through are current weather conditions. Josh also left our house in perfect condition no trace of anyone being here. They did everything they said they would do and more. I'm so pleased with the service we received I wish there were more companies like House Doctors around. Oh and I did I mention they were more than reasonable on the price.

Dons Bees is the best! Answered all my questions and was able to get me on the schedule fast! They took care of all my pest problems. I continue to use them today with the same level of professionalism as day one. I highly recommend them to all my family & friends.

Overall a very good company.  If you aren't using this company for your pest control services than you're doing yourself a disservice.  Jeremy is a good knowledgeable and honest person.  They take care of business.  They do what's best to protect your home.  NO upselling.  They advise you on exactly what they need.

On 8/8/2022 they came inspected my house and report No visible evidence of infestation from wood-destroying insects was observed then we believe and purchased the house. 9/2022 we move in and see termite. We call them go back for warranty treatment. Then they come but don't check anything inside or outside. Just ask me where termite activity and go do a little treatment. I'm very disappointed how they work, look like they don't care, come and gone like a wind. I know the pest control are professional, and they should know what they need to do, but in my case they don't show professionalism, didn't check the house first, didn't explain where termite come from, they only said they spray little 12 oz foam to the wall and termite will die in 90 days. There 4 walls in the room, with termites activities on the ceiling, how do they know which walls to spray and will terminate the termite activity. After see how they work I decided call another company. Yes they come and find out too many area termite activity.

I have been nothing but impressed with these guys. I don't typically use a pest control company, however Scott made it very convenient and provided great customer service. I will definitely be using them moving forward!

Joey serviced my home was very thorough and friendly, he even carried my packages in of the front porch..

Came out quickly and fixed the problem.  Had birds pecking the chimney at 6 am every day.  They installed deterrent spikes and no more noise!

Jim Calhoun did an AMAZING job getting the pest (which I now know as Ground Squirrels) out of my wall. He caught multiple squirrels and I no longer hear them  in my walls. Keep up the Great work! Many Thanks

Being a CA girl, I really freaked when I saw a scorpion in my newly purchased home in Fountain Hills. We called late at night and within an hour I had Jahmaine arrive and come to my rescue.  This company offers 24 hour pest help.  Although this bark scorpion was no more than 2 inches in size I was totally beside myself.  Jahmaine spent a lot of time educating me on scorpions and what I can do if there is a next time and then proceeded to walk my property looking to see if he spotted any more.  Luckily none were spotted and I was left feeling greatly relieved and another pest control company to refer to when needed.  This family company is a gem and if I ever need to change companies, this is the one I would turn to. We have used Moon Valley Pest Control for as long as I can remember - more than 15 years. They are always on-time, friendly, helpful, and professional. They are good with our pets. It can be stressful to allow total strangers to walk through your house (spraying for bugs), but these guys take that stress away. You see the same faces all the time, not a parade of strangers.

I live in a place where Scorpion loves to live and not going away so it takes time to get rid of the scorpions in my area. My tech James H always listen to my concerns and he always being so courteous and always do a great job. I trust James H every time he comes to my house that he will spray the area and taking his time to do it. James H by far the best tech I have.

Ryan always provide excellent customer service!  My wife hates insects especially Spiders.  We have not seen an insect in over a year of having service.  Very Happy Wife...

I'd like to begin by saying I had previously intended to write a positive review for this company. The owner came to my house the day I requested service and is clearly passionate about his product and pest control. The home inspection the owner took on was extremely thorough, and almost over the top. This is not a company that quickly takes care of your problem, but one that spends hours inspecting your home and insisting you take improvement notes. Again, the dedication impressed me, so even though I didn't enjoy the experience, I planned to leave a positive review because the owner cares about bugs.

Unfortunately, the product does not work. The service was guaranteed for 30 days, with the expectation of seeing bugs crawl out from hiding in the first two weeks. It is three weeks later and I have never stopped seeing crickets all over my home.

I tried calling the company to reservice my home per the guarantee, and received a far less than professional response. The owner texted me saying he'd be out in the next day or two to take care of my issue. I requested a more specific time since it would be a smart idea to be sure I was home before showing up some time in a two day window. We set a time for him to come, and the entire day passed without a word from him. He did not show up. He did not call. I contacted him again and he first blamed his technician for not coming to my house then said, I guess I forgot to tell him to go there yesterday... We set up another time for him to come by. Again, I hear nothing. Hours later the technician contacts me and tells me I can either have a refund or set up yet another time for them to revisit my home. I request a refund because I was through dealing with an unprofessional company with a product that does not work. He said he would call the owner and then text me. That was the last I heard from him. $150 and several hours down the drain. Save yourself the money, time and hassle!

Top notch service! Do yourself a favor and just call them first, you will be 100% impressed with every interaction from the office, to the technician. We live in Estrella Mountain Ranch and they came all the way out here to consult and treat our home. We have not had a single bug, scorpion or spider since the day they left (we averaged a spider a day, and a scorpion every other week in the house). We also decided to do the termite treatment the other day, our technician Scott arrived on time and went to work trenching and drilling the perimeter of our house in 110 degree heat, 4 hours later our landscape was restored and the job completed. Scott gave detailed explanations of the procedures and processes prior to starting, followed by an in-depth explanation afterward detailing the what to expect moving forward. Amazing communication all the way around. We highly recommend Arizona Termite and Pest!

I have used this company through the household that I manage, and I can't complain too much.  When I call to make an appointment I am directed through a voice automated call at first but I do not have to wait long to speak to a friendly person in customer service.  They have appointments available next day (not too bad.)  Inspectors and service men have been out to the house several times to do different termite treatments in the large home that I work out of.  Every time someone has come out to the house they have been very professional and honest.  I would recommend giving this company a try.
