I was using a different company when I noticed I had a major issue with some wasps and when I called them, they said they would come out at my next service date to take care of it.  So, I called NuSense and they came out and took care of the problem that day!  I have never used anyone other than NuSense Pest Management since.  They are always on time, easy to schedule with, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and their prices are very affordable!  One thing I also noticed was that with the other company, I had to have them come back and retreat in between services because there were always bugs in the house (and they were not dying), with NuSense, I have never had to call them back in between services.  I would highly recommend NuSense Pest Management.

I wish I could give more stars!  We found evidence of termites in our home and after reading some different yelp reviews decided to give Arizona's Best Choice a call.  They answered right away and put me in touch directly with Gary who handles the inspections.  I was really happy to speak with him knowing that he would be the one coming to my home and the information I was giving wouldn't need to be repeated or get lost in the line of communication with other employees.  We scheduled an inspection within a couple of days and he arrived promptly.  Gary gave the most professional, friendly, and thorough service.  He went through our entire home and sat down with us to explain the step-by-step process of our treatment plan.  When the technicians arrived (about a week later at our scheduled treatment time) they arrived within the window provided and were equally as friendly (we even asked them to wear booties in the house as we'd just had the carpets cleaned - annoying, I know - and they did so without any hesitation).  The areas that were treated are virtually undetectable!  I was very impressed by this because we have some serious eyesores in our outdoor entryway concrete from treatments handled by a previous owner.  For less than $1000 we got an inspection, treatment, and 5 year warranty.  I'm so happy that we hired them to handle this issue in our home and would HIGHLY recommend going with them!

Highly recommend 520 Termite! We were getting floor installed and termites were found so I called several companies and 520 was the best and responded very quickly. We had a very tight timeline and Mike worked very late into the evening so the floor work could continue the next day. He was extremely reliable and efficient. Don't hesitate to go with this company!

Justin came by our house today to do their monthly spraying.  Arizona Pest Prevention really knows how customer service is supposed to be.  Everyone I have met at this company is very friendly and are passionate about what they do.  No longer do I have to worry about what is living underneath my grill as I turn on the propane tank.  I highly recommend making an appointment with this team to see how they can help with your pests.

Johnny is just lovely. He was at my property within a couple of hours of calling. Unfortunately what my property needed was not in the scope of services he offers but he was quick to recommend someone who could help me and he was so very kind and knowledgeable in his dealings. I will definitely call him again if I have a need that falls in his scope.

I've had this company taking care of my property since 2017 (it's 2020). They sealed my house for me because I bought this place and immediately started seeing scorpions inside the house!!! Eeek!!

They gave a free estimate and came out and sealed the house for half of what other scorpion sealing companies charge!!

They provide reduced fees for monthly service if you seal your home with them. It's been almost 3 years and I haven't seen one scorpion in my home or in my yard since they sealed it and started coming here once a month.

We have a 2 rentals in Surprise but live in Colorado.  We hired them to take care of pigeon problems at both properties.  They were efficient and the work looked great.  They kept in communication with us throughout the process.  It was great not having to worry about this work.  They even provided pictures upon completion.

I've been using these guys for over a year to deal with continual squirrel problems.  They ALWAYS call me back and setup an appointment at a reasonable time.  The techs are professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough.  It has been a battle dealing with this issue but they definitely stay committed to doing what it takes.  I really couldn't ask more from a company.  Thank you Critter Tech.

We highly recommend The Beekeepers. They got back to me after hours via email and were super responsive to get a technician out ASAP. The work done by Mariano was fantastic. Marino was courteous, prompt, worked efficiently, and explained all the steps and what to expect well. We had him come back for a second issue on another day and again he was awesome.
I have zero hesitation to call The Beekeepers again if any future bee concerns arise.

We recently had a pidgeon problem on our roof which caused it to leak.  I hired Burns Pest Control to resolve the issue.  I had problems with this contractor not showing up and not calling, not explaining what they were going to do and the products they would use or why, getting our scheduling done, and a lack of communication when contacted.  I had such poor service and the installer was rude, that I was concerned now about the partial work they did on my roof.  This is not a review of Burns Pest Control so I don't want to elaborate on the issues I had with them.  Suffice to say, when I was not happy with their service, I decided I better call some other pest control companies as I was unhappy enough to fire Burns Pest Control and let someone else finish their work.  I live in a large community and saw the Maricopa Bug Busters truck in our neighborhood and remembered I had also seen them before in here.  Maricopa is a small community.  If you're not a good contractor, word spreads, so it meant something that I had seen their truck in here more than once.  I decided to call Maricopa Bug Busters and was lucky enough to talk to the owner, Frank.  I expressed my concerns and he patiently explained to me about the products Burns was using on my roof and gave me his time and attention like I was the only customer he had.  He owed me nothing, but instead of blowing me off because he was busy, he gave me his opinion and told me he would be happy to get on the roof and give me his report.  He took his time to explain all.  He immediately alleviated my concerns about the products being used and we made an appointment for him to inspect our roof.  All I got from Burns Pest Control was NO RESPONSE when I emailed their Customer Service Manager regarding my concerns twice.  He reported that Burns had completed most of the work already and that he felt that they did a good job.  All that was left to do was some netting around the turret.  Since it was a small amount of work left and Frank was obviously busy with a lot of work (even offered to come over on Sunday which was his only day off), I elected to let Burns finish up what they started.  Frank made such a good impression, I was sorry I didn't hire him in the first place.  If I ever have an issue again, Maricopa Bug Busters is the only company I will call.

I highly recommend this company.  Highly professional, yet a family business with a personal touch.  Any problems we have had have been dealt with promptly and effectively, and their preventive maintenance program is great.

After finding a scorpion on my back patio I knew it was time to find a pest control company .. Several of my neighbors use EcoGuard and recommended that I give them a call.. I called them the next morning and they came out the next day .. I was very happy with their service from booking the appointment to answering my questions and giving me suggestions and input.

I typically only review companies that either provide an above average or below average experience.   I have to say, ordering a termite treatment, I never expected to be overwhelmed.  Man, was I wrong.

Environmental Pest & Termite Control provided one of the best service experiences I've ever had.   This company is responsive, professional, on-time, and provided thorough and quality service.   They did a great job explaining their process, what needed treatment and why.  They informed me about what they would do, and then showed up on time and got it done.  They called to let me know it was done and asked if I wanted to review their work.    They emailed me pictures and diagrams of where they did the treatment, so we can refer to it in the future if needed.

Multiple payment options made it very easy for me to pay them.  

I strongly recommend anyone needing a termite inspection and/or treatment, us EP & TC!

We have been a loyal customers since we moved into our house in Arizona 2 years ago. They were great as far as pest control goes- we never had any issues and we live next to a green belt.
We finished landscaping our backyard in July and were having a tough time containing our weeds so the pest control technician recommended for us to have Preventive come out for weed service. We really liked the company and thought we would give it a shot. My husband was tired of pulling weeds so we opted for them to pull them and spray them for our initial service and pay extra for the service. The Friday prior to Labor Day weekend the technician came out and instead of pulling the weeds, he weed whacked them and made a HUGE mess, leaving the roots in the ground. Had I known that they were going to weed whack instead of pulling the weeds the proper way- we would've done it ourselves. I called Preventive Pest Control and spoke with a manager named Mike who swore he would make it right, especially considering we planned a Labor Day BBQ and our yard looked terrible. After calling multiple times, he finally told me he wouldn't charge the initial fee to remove the weeds and wouldn't charge for the first 2 services. I was really impressed and satisfied- until I received my bill and realized that wasn't the case. I called the office again a week and a half ago and finally received a reply today via email that I needed to pay $110 (which wasn't agreed upon). My yard is STILL a mess. So today I paid my bill and cancelled all of my services through Preventive Pest Control, which of course is tough because I was very happy with the pest control services provided. Hopefully they can figure out the weed control portion of their business so they won't lose any more loyal customers.

Biggest rip off ever. Had bees going into house around pipe, called and they were in the area. By the time I got to the house they had sprayed already ( 10 min work) and charged $500. They offered to put some caulking in the hole (30 sec work and 10 cents materials) for another $100. Never ever even think about using these people.
