Hands-down, the best pest control company we have ever used!  Matt is, yes, friendly, and does a painstakingly thorough job determining what needs to be done to get your home pest free.  Friendly Pest got rid of bats, mice, and annoying birds at our Payson home in one day.  Friendly Pest Control is not only efficient but they make your home sparkle after cleaning and disinfecting areas contaminated by animals. I only wish that Matt and his crew could service our home in Mesa! I would give this company 10 stars if I could.  Thank you Friendly Pest Control - well done!

Josh should be your first - and only - call for termite treatments. He knows his stuff, has all the right equipment, and is super friendly/punctual/conscientious/thorough.

On top of all that, he's by far the best value (he was half the price of the big guys.). After treatment he will send you a couple maps of your structure and what he did in each place.

Could not reach our previous pest control company and aren't even sure if they are in business anymore (no answer when calling). Had a bees nest in the ground in my back yard and wasn't sure what type of bees they were but needed it treated before I could do yard work. Steve replied to me quickly and was out in about an hour. He identified they were ground bees and treated the nest and covered up the hole to kill it. He didn't charge me for this which was a pleasant surprise but gave me his card so we can call him for future spraying to keep the bugs at bay. He briefly mentioned his pricing for treatment and it sounds very reasonable. I was grateful for his treating the problem we had in a friendly and professional manner and we will be calling him back for the other needs we have (spiders mainly). I would add a pic but there is nothing to take a picture of since the bees are no longer buzzing around. Recommended!

I try to use locally owned businesses to keep it in the community.   I've used 911 for 3 years now.  I never was satisfied because they would only come out in the early morning before my massive ant infestation started in the early afternoon thus not giving them the chance the properly address the problem for which we hired them for.  I decided to change service this last month, moved to another company that has drastically changed the infestation in one month.  I now received an email for overdue $$$.  The email stating that they had a rate increase at the first of the year which I wasn't informed by any 911 peeps!  Gary even came and serviced my home and took payment with no mention of rate increases.

This past Friday we had this company come out to spray both front and back yards for weeds.  What a great company.  Came out on time gave quote and sprayed same day.  We have 3 dogs so a lot of work to keep yard clean.   So glad we called this company.  Great service; great response and the price was great because the weeds are already dying

Sam and Leona have taken care of my family's properties for years. I've seen only a handful of scorpions at my house in the past 7 years and the ones I've seen look like they're knocking on death's door. There are very few people I trust with access to my house and Sam is one of those people.

Jim (the owner) services our 8-plex in Wickenburg and is thanklessly thorough and extremely knowledgeable to boot.  

Prices are extremely reasonable and its nice to deal with a locally owned small business instead of these huge pest companies that are layering in sales and administrative staff costs into all their charges.

David sealed the entire house for us at a very reasonable price.  He was very professional.  He also told me many things about sealing, and we were very happy with the work.  Two years later we started seeing one or two scorpions in the house.  So I asked him to come take a look, thinking it may be time for another seal.  He looked through the entire house and re-seal a couple of doors.  I was floored when he said good-bye without giving me a bill!  What can I say?  The man stands for his work.

I've been a customer for a few years now. Whenever I call if I have problems they are quick to respond.  Last year I had a lot of scorpions- tiny ones. I called the office hysterical and the next morning the technician was there. At that point I looked into getting my house sealed. My technician came and sealed the house and knock wood no problems since. The technician who serves my area is Jake. He is the best. He's polite, he listens to me and really takes wonderful care of us. He answers our questions and works with our schedule. He's a keeper for sure. The folks that answer the phones are great as well special shout out to Monica who I seem to mostly speak to when I call. Keep doing what you are doing because in my book Jake and the others are Truly the best!

Also I saw another post where someone mentions  Josh is their technician. He used to be mine another superstar as well.

They sent 2 people to the house to spray insecticide for the entire front, side and backyard and they sprayed less then half of the property. I stood and watched from the front bedroom window and the back bedroom window that have screens on them that prevent anyone from seeing in and I observed from the time they walked into the yard and when they left the yard. They got in their vehicle to leave and asked if they were finished, of course they said yes, I told them I was watching the entire time and they did not finish. They went again to the backyard and again missed the same area, I confronted them again and their response was do you have cameras up to prove we didn't do it. So of course I do not recommend this company, if you do use them walk the entire property with then as they work. Pathetic!

I'm from NY, which most people won't like, but we are very tough on merchants. We think we know when we are being 'scammed; or not. I moved into a new home in August 2018. I have always used Terminix for my other house (which I still own. wanna buy a house??) Anyway, the former owner had Phoenix Pest who she used for termite control. We had 2 mos left on her contract. we found three termite strands, They came within a few days and treated it. They said the last FULL treatment was 15 years ago. Their estimate was $300 less than Terminix, The story here is: Terminix came and the guy quoted me $400 more and said: If i don;t come back with a contract, I'll just say you cancelled the inspection. really??!!! a quota? So when they treated the threads on Monday, he asked about a full barrier treatment. Price was great and they were here within four days. Today, they drilled, sprayed, sealed and did even more stuff. Aaron and Gerad were amazing. Professional..and I know posers when I see them. This is not my first rodeo. I highly recommend them. They need better digital social media help. There are bad reviews and they do not respond. They should. I had a GREAT experience.

I scheduled a termite treatment and was given a window for the service tech....12-4pm.  At 4:15 I called the office asking where the tech might be. I was told they would reach him...said he's probably behind schedule but he'll call you. I said ok. Again I waited. At 5 pm the sos office called and said the technicians truck broke down and wasn't coming today and asked if I could do another 4 hour window tomorrow?   Don't you think If his truck broke down I might have gotten a call sooner than 5pm?  This is just not acceptable for a company.   While the technician was waiting for help for his truck he could have called me to let me know. Or call the office.
