So thankful for this company.  Genuine, honest, friendly, and down to earth. I didn't feel like they just wanted to sell me their extended warranty and only spot treat, like any of my experiences with the better-known companies out there. From their customer service team to their technicians, we have had only positive interactions.  We purchased a home with a termite problem two years ago and these folks have been a God-send.  I have been in Real Estate since 2000 and dealt with dozens of termite companies, via my clients and their shared experiences, and now, I am thankful to be able to recommend Poor Boy Termite exclusively(!!) to any and all.

We are HUGE fans of ORPC!  Tim is always professional, quite personable, and punctual.  DeLane emails us ahead of time to remind us of the visit, allowing us to reschedule or ask for additional services, if needed.  Open Range keeps the critters at bay for us, all year long.

This company is AMAZING! From the moment they engaged me when I called, they were kind, professional and accommodating. They adjusted to our schedule. They were informative and instructive about the necessary treatment. The technician, Hyrum, was wonderful!!! He called an hour before he arrived to ensure we were ready to receive him. When he was here he asked lots of questions that clearly were intended to inform his decisions on exactly what services we needed. It was evident that the company's philosophy is to tailor their services to individual customer needs instead of employing a one size fits all business model. While Hyrum was here he was through, methodical and attentive. He communicated with me about everything he was doing and checked in with me often to determine if we had additional needs. They got rid of our termites! They had great customer service. They took a little longer because their drill broke? But everything was done they were friendly! I would recommend them!

Moved here from CA over 10 years ago. In my first home, I immediately encountered my first scorpion in my house. Was ready to move back to CA until we called in Sam the Bug Man. Their local yellow pages ad caught my eye! Never found a live scorpion in the house after that.

Just moved into a new place and encountered a hoard of bees starting to build a hive right outside my front door. This was after hours, but called Sam the Bug Man and within 20 minutes, had them out to spray and kill the hive.

Great service. Great people. Very reasonable prices.  Nice to have an establishment so local and responsive to my bug needs!

Evidently mowing the lawn -- noise or dust? -- can make a bee colony defensive. My partner got swarmed by bees while he was cutting the grass this past Sunday. He ran and jumped into the pool to get away from them (which worked for him, but, so you know, most experts advise against jumping into water to escape bees).  It turned out we had a bee hive within an exterior wall of the house, just underneath the roof (two-storey house).
I called Arizona Pest Squad on Monday and left a message. I got a call back about five minutes later. The man who called asked if he could have Arizona Pest Squad's bee pro call me shortly to set up an appointment.  I said, Sure, and got another call back within 10 minutes. I explained the situation to him, and he said he would be at my house between 10 a.m. and noon the following day.
He arrived around 11:50 a.m. so he kept to the agreed-upon arrival window, which I greatly appreciated.  I walked with him to the south side of my house.  We could see bees buzzing around a spot underneath the flashing of the roof. He was friendly and explained what he was going to do to get rid of the bees, mostly immediately or within 24 hours, but he was also going to apply an insecticide that would keep swarms of bees away for six months.
Due to the height of the hive, getting to the bees wasn't easy, especially while wearing a bee suit, but he got the job done.  
I didn't ask beforehand what the cost would be, but he applied the discount available through Yelp and I paid what I felt was a fair and appropriate price. He also told me he would return within 30 days for free if the work he did on Tuesday didn't get rid of all of the bees.
I asked about the honeycomb and was glad he didn't try to gouge the cost by stating he would have to rip out stucco or drywall inside the house. He did tell me the importance of covering the entry in and out of the hive to prevent future bee colonization, and that is something we can do ourselves at a minimal cost.
We're 100% satisfied.

This company is a con! Called about bees In yard, tried to convince me it is a swarm following a queen, blah blah, said to fog it would be 795, and a year protection would be $2295. On phone the gentleman did not quote just said he would send out someone. DO NOT FALL for it. Called three other complies after and they all said this industry is full of frauds. 100-200 average price.

We were beyond impressed with Anthony's customer service! We no longer have any bugs, he was very friendly and quick. We will definitely be using them again. Phoenix bed bug expert is the best!

We moved to Arizona in October to a house we had built On an extra large lot... That being said we need a landscaper for the side yards and backyard... all dirt! We needed a sprinkler and drip systems, grass, rocks, pavers, trees and bushes planted... the works! Phil came and sat with us for hours to get our ideas and give us his! Phil is Extremely experienced and knowledgeable, very easy to work with! He does not have a lot of employees so the lack of overhead makes his prices more than reasonable!

Great service! Called in the morning for 3 wasp nests I needed removed and Chris was at my house a couple hours later! Chris was very friendly, personable, and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this business.

Since green mango has been doing my pest control the scorpion and roach problem has been substantially reduced. The technicians are always on time and do a thorough job.

I feel they took advantage of my 94 year old mother. She signed a contract not  knowing or understanding the high cost and thought it was a one  year at $600 not $2 485 . for 4 years.  no bill sent to house. she received a email to pay in full or face collections !  shame on you!
