I highly recommend Finish Solar Electrical. One of the circuits blew for the lights in my daughter's room and our bathroom. Darrell was able to identify and fix the problem promptly and for a very, very good price. It took a while to get Steve and Oreo out to my house only because their demand is so high, and now that they have completed their work (for now), I can see why. I plugged in a leaf blower to an outlet and one whole section of my house lost power. One handyman, two handymen, three handymen (chaching, chaching, chaching) later the problem persisted. Derek was brilliant in troubleshooting the (simple) loose wire in a outlet that was functioning itself, but not allowing the electric to continue to produce electricity on down the line (technical jargon). Derek was so professional and frugal. I have had other electricians for other tasks, but ALIVE ELECTRIC is now at the front of my rolodex. Thanks Jeff and Derek.

We bought a house that was in need of updates to its network setup, and we also wanted to get security cameras installed. We called Alee to schedule an estimate appointment, and he was able to come out that same day since he was in the area! We knew we wanted to go all-in on the Ubiquiti / UniFi ecosystem for both networking and security, but Alee's guidance was extremely helpful in narrowing down the exact equipment to order.

On install day (which, again, was scheduled extremely promptly), Alee and his team came and did the installation. We were lucky because the house was already well-wired with CAT6 everywhere, but the installation time still ran slightly over because of the complexity of some of the install sites.

The end result was fantastic. All the access points and cameras were installed very cleanly. We have a beautiful network rack set up in the garage with wires very neatly bundled up and plenty of room for expansion, and our security camera and wifi coverage is perfect.

Greg was very responsive and easy to work with.  We had a deadline with a new deck project and he jumped in to fix our outdoor electricity right away.  He even came out on Memorial day to finish up.  We are happy with the work and will definitely be calling Greg again for the next project.

The owner Kyle contacted me soon after I requested a quote via Yelp for an electric heater issue. Despite a busy schedule, he made time to come give me an estimate for my small project within a day or two and clearly explained all my options. He was upfront about pricing and also fit me into their schedule on short notice as the work I needed was time sensitive. His employees Ethan and Aiden arrived right on time, worked efficiently and were courteous and knowledgeable. I used Bayless for a permitted upstairs down to the studs remodel (2 Bed, 1 Bath).  Work involved removal of existing non-grounded wiring (house built in 1945) and install of new circuits pulled directly from panel.  They worked extremely fast, rough-in done in one day.  Came back when remodel work was done to do trim (outlets, switches, smoke/CO2s), again working extremely fast, finishing trim in a couple hours.  Work also included installing a Nest thermostat and adding a new outdoor service outlet for the new upstairs ductless units.  Greg is very knowledgeable of electrical code, which I appreciated, and overall I am happy with the outcome.

The staff at McCarthy Electric & Technologies is top notch! From the first phone call, I was treated with such professionalism and courtesy that I almost forgot I was in 2023 where those things are hard to come by. They were prompt, highly skilled and easy to work with. I will be recommending MET to any who is seeking an electrician.

Great Service & Affordable!

Exceptionally professional and great service! We needed an electrician for our ceiling fan installation before the summer, so we contacted a couple of local electricians to see their service availability and pricing. Tony from the Polarity Electric reached out to us within 30 minutes while the other company took 3 days to respond. We decided to go with Polarity Electric based on the estimated cost, availability and professionalism. He reached out us to confirm our appointment the day before and told us what time he will be here and how long it will take! It made the process much easier because we didn't have to just sit and wait.

The day of the installation:
We were so happy with his work!!! We are very picky about the angle and location when it comes to lighting because we both have eye problems lol. Tony asked us how we wanted the install, and we really appreciated that. All of our ceiling fans were installed perfectly and exactly how we wanted it.

After the installation:
Not only does our living room looks brighter and nicer, but also we can feel a breeze now!! We are ready for the Summer;)

Dave and his team did a great job re-wiring old knob and tube in my turn of the century West Seattle home. Great communication throughout, super mindful of cleaning up after themselves, and were able to get the job done ahead of schedule! Good advice about possible future projects as well. Panel Pros Electric installed an updated panel in our 80s built home where dimming lights and slowing fans were the norm whenever certain high powered electronics were used - microwave, dryer, etc. Justin arrived promptly and finished about when he estimated. He even stayed after he was finished, waiting for the power company to return to reinstall the meter. We sent him home after it became apparent that they were running really late. No problems with the install or the new panel. We added a whole house surge protector and an interlock kit for a generator. Pleased with the service and would recommend.

I had Varsity to give me a bid on the work I needed. They came out spent a hour, and left, they would not return my calls and I never received a bid for the work I needed accomplished.  SO, I HAVE HAD VERY POOR QUALITY FROM HOME ADVISOR SENDING ME DEAD END CONTRACTORS.

We have been searching for an HVAC company to install AC in our house. Prior to working with Allread, I was consumed with frustration. Most companies couldn't come out for a month or two to even give us an estimate and then we were told that it would be 8 to 12 months to actually have installation completed. Allred Was a complete game changer. Their communication is stellar. I received email confirmation of the appointment, a text message reminder and a phone call about our appointment. The text message even contained a picture and name of the representative that would come and do the quote. They gave me four different options for what to install, but they really took into account what our goals for the house were. We have a 10 to 15 year plan and he tailored his recommendation based off of our needs. I had not experienced this with other companies. They offer a 30 day price guarantee with price matching , plus they will even give you $100 if you find a better quote. They offered 10% discount for having flexible installation date, and with options for installation as early as June. They also offered a variety of financing options through Wells Fargo.

Hunt's quoted me over 2k for about 3 hours of labor. Luckily I found not the company to do the job at 1/3 of their quote. However, they did happily take my $99 service fee to give me that insane quote.  Be wary.

Had my problem diagnosed and solved in less time and cost than I had anticipated having previously used other companies. I read the other online reviews before calling them but I will definitely recommend them. Courteous, friendly, knowledgeable electricians... Give them a call.

Tony (Anthony) from Brennan Electric is fantastic! He did the entire knob and tube rewiring of our house plus the new electric panel change - effectively putting our 1920's house up to today's standards. His work is meticulous and clean, he explained everything in detail and made everything go as smoothly as possible. He showed me our hot tub outlet on the back porch that I didn't even know existed and even hooked it up for us! He also did such a great job filling in the holes from light fixtures outside to keep out the bats and rodents.
