Panel Pros Electric LLC is a company started by a husband and wife determined to provide premium electrical services to the community. We want our customers to feel like their own family is coming into their home. Justin prides himself on customer service and making sure you are 100% happy with the final outcome. His ethics and honesty are virtues that make him such an asset to your job!
ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER
Justin is a husband and a father of two young energetic boys. They share a love of old tractors and engines, and attend tractor shows together in the summer.
Growing up, Justin has been exposed to several trades in the construction industry thanks to family friends. His capabilities really surpass the average electrician. He is also extremely detail oriented making sure the job is done right!
Past customers have held Justin's work in very high regard. In some cases they would only trust him to complete their job, even if it meant waiting for his schedule to clear.
He is fully licensed and bonded and has spent over 13 years in the electrical field, so he has seen just about everything.

I highly recommend Justin Buetow, owner of Panel Pros Electric. I wanted to install a fan timer (instead of a simple on/off fan switch) in a downstairs bathroom. I tried to purchase a fan timer myself but it had confusing instructions about whether the fan was over or under 0.3 amps, and my fan was 0.29, and I wasn't sure what that meant. I needed an electrician's knowledge and advice before purchasing and installing a fan timer. Justin came to my house to give me a free estimate. He didn't have the switch I wanted, so he ordered it, and when that one didn't work, he ordered another special one. Two visits later, it was determined that because my house is wired strangely, I can't have the kind of switch I want without rewiring or buying a more expensive fan, so I will have to go with a different kind of fan switch. However, my point is that Justin would not give up. He wanted me to be happy and to have the kind of switch I wanted, so he kept trying to find one that would work. He went above and beyond my initial request. The information he gave me was honest and accurate. His wife Betty demonstrated great customer service as she answered my questions and managed the appointments. I will definitely hire them again for my next electrical task.
Great to work with and excellent communication. We had our panel upgraded and added an outlet for AC. Quality workmanship and competitive pricing. The electrical inspector was very impressed with the quality of work. We would hire them again and have recommended them to friends and family.
Justin and Betty are excellent, but he is very timely and getting back to you schedule your appointment answering any questions. Justin is definitely a pro electrician and does a fantastic job, answers any questions onsite, his work is outstanding and the area is always clean & left in order. He did a wonderful job wiring our hot tub. I highly recommend Panel Pros for your next electrical needs.
We had some weird, intermittent problems with lighting and outlets in our bedroom and office. Thought it was probably a faulty breaker. Justin came out and took a look at the breakers.. and predicted the problem was probably a dodgy outlet with push-connectors that have worked loose over 20 years.
Told me how to locate it, check it and fix it myself. Wouldn't take any money from me!
His diagnosis was 100% spot on .. I bought a $10 outlet tester at home depot, and found an outlet that seemed to have a dodgy connection. When I went to remove it, one of the wires on the back fell right out of the push-connector. Exactly as Justin described! lol
I reattached it using screw-terminals, the way he explained to me, and all seems good now. Thanks Justin!
It's always great to find people who are extremely good at what they do, and honest and nice as well. I would not hesitate to give Justin and co a call when I next need electrical work done!
I can't say enough good things about Justin and Panel Pros Electric. Complete professionals, they really know their stuff!!! They did a fantastic job installing 4 ceiling fans with the correct boxes for the weight of the fans, as well as 4 recessed ceiling lights, and they did it all in just several hours and came in under their initial estimate. If you are willing to wait for them to be available (they are popular for a reason!) then I highly recommend this company and especially Justin.
Panel Pros Electric was recommended by my neighborhood Facebook group. Betty scheduled my appointment and was a pleasure to work with. She was very responsive and cordial in her e-mails. Justin installed a 240v EV garage outlet and did an impeccable job. He was very knowledgeable and professional during his time here. Their quote for the project was reasonable compared to other electricians. Additionally, there was a conflict with my original appointment. They were flexible enough to schedule it on a Saturday morning when no other day would work out well. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends/family.

Hooked up my charging station for an electric vehicle, figured out how to do it minimal changes to my garage. Quick work, excellent service. Even set up my charging equipment and cord management, when I wasn't looking. Great folks!
We used Panel Pros to install an outlet above our fireplace so we could hang our flatscreen tv without any cords having to hang off the side of the fireplace. We reached out to several different companies, including Panel Pros, but everyone provided very vague responses, wouldn't setup a date to come look at our home to offer a quote or just didn't respond. I can tell you right now I am not going to approve a job when the quote has the price varying in a wide range.
Panel Pros was very responsive, professional, came to our house to review what we needed and offered an exact quote. The job was done in a timely manner and we were satisfied with the result. I would definitely suggest using Panel Pros for future electrical needs.

Panel Pros Electric installed an updated panel in our 80s built home where dimming lights and slowing fans were the norm whenever certain high powered electronics were used - microwave, dryer, etc. Justin arrived promptly and finished about when he estimated. He even stayed after he was finished, waiting for the power company to return to reinstall the meter. We sent him home after it became apparent that they were running really late. No problems with the install or the new panel. We added a whole house surge protector and an interlock kit for a generator. Pleased with the service and would recommend.
I had Panel Pros install and updated my panel. My home was built 1955 and was overdue for upgrade. Justin was very professional answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable . The job was done in a timely manor and area left clean. I plan on using Panel Pros in the future. Great customer service.

Panel Pros Electric is a professional company with amazing customer service. Had them come out and repair a weathering cap when a storm had brought down a tree on one of our electricity lines. Justin came out the very next day and was on time, fixed the problem at a reasonable rate and was delightful to deal with. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs electric help in their homes.

Best experience in having work done on my house. Everything from the permitting process was handled by them. Great work and extremely reasonable price. Staff was covid aware and kept my house clean and safe. I am planning on having them do more work for me. Highly recommended.

This is the second time I've used Panel Pros...and with good reason. I'm a contractor myself so I know great work when I see it. I'm also a believer in supporting local small business owners. I had an emergency with my panel and Justin got to my home as fast as humanly possible. Identified & fixed the problem immediately. This guy knows his stuff, he's licensed & bonded & the price was exceptionally reasonable too...
