Excellent marks across the board for this company. I needed a general inspection for a house we had bought, and to troubleshoot some areas of concern.

I found them to exceed my expectations across the board. Professional, timely (were even able to show up early!), personable and knowledgeable.

I'm not very experienced in this area and had concerns that this might be taken advantage of. This was far from the case. I was presented with a diagnosis, given ranges of reasonable options and never nickel and dimed.

The entire staff were awesome. From Sydney on the phone, Nathan doing the original inspection and estimate to Daniel and Marshall who did the work on time, on budget and with transparency.

I have a few more projects to do now that they have taken care of the basics and will 100% be coming back here!

Parker Bros installed an automatic generator system that runs my whole house automatically when power is lost.   Nathan did an excellent job!  They provided information about the best system for my needs, and the installation was timely, smooth and professional.  My system works perfectly, and I have no regrets about my decision to move forward with it.  I highly recommend Parker Bros Electric.

Trying to utilize home warranty for appliances and the company made me find my own electrician and I ended up going with Parker Bros frankly because they answered their phone. Friendly helpful electrician came to our home evaluated some of the appliances from our claim and included additional things he was interested to repair in estimate I received after I paid the $200 for his visit. He mentioned having the knob we needed to be able to control one rooms wall heater, sounds great right? Also, he assured my other half that he works with our home warranty company all the time.
About after a week, I called Parker Brod to inquire if they had sent the estimate to the warranty company because I only had two weeks before my claim was closed. I also mentioned that we needed to make sure the estimate sent to them pertained the the appliances in my claim. More time passed and I realized that nothing was going to be accomplished unless I acted as the middle man.  
Warranty company told me that they had to communicate with Parker Bros for more information. Next thing I heard was that Parker Brothers told them that my appliances were damaged and so both my claim and coverage was dropped for each of those appliances under I buy new ones and have them professionally installed. This whole situation was an enormous waste of my time and money.
If you have a knowledgeable buddy and/or YouTube, just do it yourself. The lack of professionalism and inability to follow instructions makes Parker Bros a very poor choice. Oh and by the way, the quoted price for 1 replacement knob from them costs $245...

A little snafu with the inspection: dissimilar metal connector used on high amperage connection.  It's an understandable mistake.  They came and fixed promptly.

Asked for an estimate for some heater replacement was told I need to email photos which I did. Never heard back from Parker Brothers. So I went with blue flame and probably was more expensive but at least they follow through when they say they will.

Excellent response from these folks. They're quick and get right to it. We got an automatic generator system from them and glad we did. The job has been inspected and passed with complements on the their workmanship. Their organization is filled with competent, responsive service and employees. The technicians that came out to install were top notch, fast and knew what they were doing. They were good at explaining what they were doing and what I needed to know. I highly recommend these folks and will use them again.

It's difficult to write this review because the more people know about how great these guys are, the tougher scheduling will be for my future electrical projects. But, I won't be selfish...

I called Parker Bros for a full kitchen remodel re-wiring project and 30 new recessed/canned lighting fixtures. They put me on the schedule and showed up on time the day of the first appt. Although there was no email or confirmation from Parker Bros of the appointment in any way, I had noted it on my work calendar so I wouldn't forget.  

Adam and Ryan are probably two of the nicest 'contractors' I've worked with.   I needed to find a place for 30 new canned lights and they helped through that process. They covered furniture with plastic (I provided sheeting from a prior project) when drilling/cutting, and took the time to clean up any debris afterwards.  

My project isn't even finished, but I'm already looking forward to working with Parker Bros on the next one.

We needed our new light fixture installed and there was never a doubt in my mind on who to call. Parker Brothers electric does amazing work! They are mindful about cleanliness, and even wore gloves to install the glass on the new light fixture so as not to smudge it! My wife and I are always grateful for their excellent work.

Gary came out and walked me through the installation of my Generator and what needed to be done to do the install. His guys worked all day and night in the rain to get everything done before they left.

I unfortunately paid for an estimate to occur on my home, thinking that it would be worth it, but in order for me to even receive a cost estimate I had to call 3 times for it, and it took 2 weeks to get. Knowing this, I will not be going with them. If they wanted my business they would have contacted me sooner and if they had outstanding customer service they would have offered a discount for all the calls I had to do. It's ok though....they got my $$$ for the estimate to happen, what a business.

Parker Bros was great! He called me as promised and even asked if he could come earlier! Of course! Friendly and professional. I was able to understand what they were doing and had complete price transparency. I would recommend in a heart beat.

I called Parker Bros Electric because of their high reviews. I scheduled an appointment for all of my tenants a month out. A week before the initial appointment, they called to let me know they had to reschedule due to jobs being pushed out. No big deal, it happens.

We scheduled it for the following week. I didn't get a confirmation call or email, so I called them on the day of our appointment to confirm they were coming. The receptionist told me that they couldn't and needed to reschedule AGAIN another week out! My tenants have taken off work to accommodate the appointment not once, but twice! This is unacceptable!!

I pushed for her to honor our appointment. She calls the electrician, and calls me back to let me know that they have an availability within the hour. Ummm... no. My tenants are at work and they can't just leave at a moments notice. After pushing harder, she then had the audacity to tell me that I need to be more flexible and this is just how business is done. No lady. That's NOT how business is done. Not successful ones anyway. You make an appointment with a 2 hour time window for exactly this reason! Time windows ARE showing flexibility. I've taken my business elsewhere - where my time is honored and respected.

Very professional had concerns with my ac unit came out quickly during the heatwave and made sure it was working properly! Appreciated the knowledge of the technician explaining exactly how and what he did.

Marshall and Nate are fantastic!!! Showed up right on time and completed the job efficiently. Super clean install and even went above and beyond; installing a charging outlet for my car on the spur of a moment.

Parker Bros. Installed a heat pump in my home.  They did the whole installation in two days.  They were thoughtful and courteous to me and worked together as a team very well.  I recommend them for all your HVAC or electrical jobs.

Nate came out to do my electrical job.  I had a short & he was very nice & professional & thorough in finding the problem.  The problem seemed to right itself when he pulled out the outlet - so he explained the problem was still there even if it seemed to fix itself, so he checked all possible causes & did a couple things where it went out again - because he didn't want the problem to occur once he left.  Nate really has (had) my confidence in eradicating problem without overcharging me in the process.  I've been looking for local, honest, fair pricing, especially in the middle of a pandemic when all businesses are feeling the crunch of not working steadily.  Parker Bro's Electric I'm keeping as my new Go-To for all electrical needs.  Thanks Nate!!

Marshall & Nate were fantastic today. I gave them as much details of my issue as I could over the phone, and within 20 minutes they troubleshooted & asked asked enough thoughtful questions to figure out the root cause. The fix was completed within an hour, and it ended up being a very reasonable cost. Throw in that Sydney was great to work with in our 4-5 scheduling phone calls, I will 100% call Parker Bros for any upcoming electrical work.

They were quick to come out and fix an electrical problem we had with our outlets. Really personable and professional.

I think the electrician is very knowledge. The GFCI switches are not working in the bathroom, even after reset. We had a handyman over he wasn't able to fix them. The electrician was able to fix the issue and also fix the incorrect wiring for them.

We are very pleased with our service. The company we initally hired no-showed us twice. The woman from Parker Bros. who called us (I apologize for forgetting her name) to coordinate scheduling with us was extremely helpful and polite, which instantly let us know we had found a better company. Adam and crew completed the installation in less than an hour. They were efficient, timely, and did a great job. My family is going through a lot right know, so I can't express enough how grateful we are to find a team that's so well-roundedly amazing!

Parker Bros is an outstanding organization! I had bought a doublewide in which the electrical work can be fairly tricky. In fact I had called other places previously, no one answered, and they never returned my call.

The previous owners had done all sorts of funky stuff, a crazy looking breaker box, outlets with masses of wires hanging out of them, no way to access the junction boxes without cutting a hole in the ceiling. It wasn't a problem for Parker Bros at all. They came out quick, handled it all within two hours, and the fee was extremely reasonable. When there was a follow up issue they came right back out and fixed it in no time.

In a world filled to the brim with swindlers and scammers it was really nice to work with people as professional, reasonable, and effective as the Parker Bros. I recommend them without reservation for any electrical issue you have.

If you are looking for knowledgeable,  efficient and reliable electricians you need look no further, Parker Brothers is your answer! This company went out of their way to be helpful and complete the job quickly.  If and when I need electrical work in the future, this is the company I will contact. Definitely 5 stars!

My smoke detectors have been beeping even after battery changes. I had another handyman come take a look but he was not a certified electrician so he did not feel qualified to assess the problem. I tried a different professional matching service that never showed up. (Do not recommend that process BTW unreliable or professional.) After researching on Yelp, I reached out to a few different places. Parker Bros was professional and helpful through both Yelp and their front office. Very quick response and informative. They came today, called half hour before they came as promised. Marshall and his partner (forgot his name sorry!) were both very professional, nice and fast. I appreciated the quick work and explanations as they assessed the problem. No more beeping. :)  Highly recommend and would definitely use Parker Bros again.

Gary came out and installed the panel cover to accommodate for the larger panel. He also did a walk through and explained everything in more detail. Thanks for your great service.

These guys are the best! They ran power to our guest house and helped us with multiple fixes around the house. Great value, quick scheduling and communication, extremely knowledgeable, and all around great to work with. Will definitely be going with them next time we have electrical needs.

Highly recommend working with Parker Bros! Trent and Vince came out to our house this week to replace and install new can lights as well as a new chandelier, and we couldn't be happier. Prompt communication overall, and they even showed up earlier than planned (called first to make sure that was ok) which was awesome. They did fantastic work, cleaned up after everything, and were very nice guys to work with overall. We are already thinking of what we want to do next in our house to work with Parker Bros again.

Had a few hiccups in the beginning, the staff was apologetic and fixed the issue promptly.  The electricians showed up early and were both were pleasant and very knowledgeable and fast. They were able to correct several issues within a short amount of time. The price was very reasonable, if I need anything I would definitely return.

We had a new build and with all good things come some tweaking and challenges.  We have learned that not all LED fixtures are created equal, smart switches aren't as dumb as you think, neutrals are important, outlet holes and drywall don't always play nicely, and so many other things that these professionals have helped us learn the easy way.  

On top of this knowledge base that Parker Bros. has, they brought strong work ethic, we made some changes, adding exterior lights, changing layouts, and even replacing/reinstalling fixtures.  Without skipping a beat they pull out a shovel or climb a ladder to get the job done. My experience in the past has not always been so positive with other companies saying you need to do this or that, we will just connect the power, but not these guys!

The latest positive thing has been that my wife came to me and said, I think there is something wrong with the generator, it's running and we had a power surge.   Well our power did surge, the whole neighborhood went down, but our generator was set up for nearly no delay and it worked like a champ.   So here I am, writing a review in generator power with only one worry, how much does gas power cost?.

I am a satisfied customer.

Parkers Bros is awesome!  Gary provided me a quote, fast, for two different things: one for running a 220 for a hot tub and another for running a 220 to power 2 outdoor heaters.

His crew Adam and an apprentice, Trent, were great, super respectful, got the work done and cleaned up our place after they were done.

Pricing was reasonable, and the service was fast.  Would definitely call next time I need electrical work done.

I was so happy with this company. I had a relatively small job. They were out at my house within 24 hours. They were very efficient and fast. They got the job done, left everything very clean, neat. They did a really nice job, straight edges and clean work. The team that came out was very polite. The scheduling desk was also very kind, responsive and efficient. I am very happy to have found such a responsive and accessible electrician. Will use again.

I called six other electricians. Most of them couldn't even answer the phone. I ended up speaking to a representative at Parker Brothers and they not only stopped what they were doing and came down and help us but they also did it on budget and on time. The job was clean the workers courteous and helpful and the price was well within my budget. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality electrician at an amazing price. You just don't find companies like this anymore.

Fast and reliable. Had them come out to install a new line for my car's charger and they were faster and less expensive than everybody else I got a quote from. My electrician and his apprentice did a great job!!! Took about half an hour and they went out of their way to fix the holes in my garage from ANOTHER electrician. Amazing service.

The guys at Parker Bros electric were great! Really did a great job. They were very friendly, and were open to input from a passionate DIY'r. Worked efficiently, cleaned up after themselves, and really took the time to figure out the best way to install my outlet and coaxial cable. I would hire em again if the need arose.

Gary and his team did an excellent job on multiple electrical jobs throughout our home (data jacks, smart switches, ceiling fan and light fixture replacement, etc.).  They were thorough, exacting and fast; explaining every detail as they went along.  They isolated and described the effects of a deficiency in the home's original wiring and options for fixing it.  Gary also spent the time to discuss what it would take to add a whole house generator when we add a future freestanding RV garage; including the relocation of the electric meter, and house electric and propane hook-ups.  We will surely use Parker Bros Electric again!
