Shout out to Allred - Heating and Cooling. After a little miscommunication in scheduling, the crew that installed our new HVAC system--Kyle, Cassidy, Lyle, Sean(?), and more--made an impossible install not only possible but looking like it was designed for the space. Respectful, thorough, responsive and thoughtful, they did a terrific job. I've used Allred since a neighbor recommended them a few years ago, and it turns out that Matt Allred serviced our old furnace 15 years ago before he and Dan started their company.

Jake came out to give us a quote on a heat pump installation, and I can't even begin to describe how thorough he was with us. He asked us questions about components in our house that he then factored into the systems he recommended for us and all aspects of the system were very thoroughly explained to my husband and I. We had LOTS of questions, and Jake was able to answer and explain everything to us so it made sense. We were presented with different options tiering from your lower cost and standard systems to higher/efficient systems. He also showed us some rebate options from our local power company that we could look at after installation to help save on costs. Definitely felt comfortable going over all the systems with Jake and again can't say enough to the thoroughness of the whole process.

Had our heater go out at night on a Friday. Gave Allred a call and they picked up immediately. They found a time that worked for our schedule to send someone out. Chris Castro was an amazing technician! He explained everything well and helped us feel we had made the right choice in calling Allred. I highly recommend Allred Heating & Cooling.
Highly recommend All Red! When getting initial quotes about my heating system repair thru Yelp, they were the quickest to respond with the most reasonable rates. Communication was very effective with the dispatch team and my technician, Chris Castro. I appreciated the text reminders and updates, along with the informational emails.
My appointment got pushed back into later in the day, understandably tho due earlier appointments running longer than expected and traffic which the whole team was very apologetic for.
Chris was kind, respectful of my home and baby, and professional. He was quick to call manager Ken when i had questions he didn't have answers to and got things clarified right away. They even offered me military discount which I was unaware that they did. Chris went above and beyond what was required of him to ensure the safety of my home- he treated my home and my family like his which I highly value, respect, and appreciate.
Will definitely use All Red again, 100/100!

I'm a member of the excellent Allred subscription service that provides for consistent maintenance checkups for all installed equipment. I scheduled a tune for my heat pump, Allred was thorough and quick in setting the appointment, and communication of status and pending arrival time was on point. Raphael arrived, walked me through the maintenance steps he planned to take and the sequencing of the job, gave me an anticipated time to complete, and was at work immediately. All stated deliverables were met, and he provided a thorough after service report complete with pictures to show the work that was done and the recommended additional maintenance that would be wise to do to extend the life of our equipment. He was courteous, pleasant, clean and well-spoken, and I felt completely comfortable with him working in our home. I will continue to recommend Allred to my friends seeking HVAC services, and have sent several folks their way already. Very happy customer, exceptionally positive experience.

it's dead winter and my heat did not work the tech came out on a sunday. And was super nice. After he was done he found the problem and told me maybe running the a/c this summer put stress on the Fan Capacitor and now it's given out. Unfortunately it was not the a/c systems full fault so I would have to pay for today's repair of $850.00.After examining the bill realized it was a total of ($850) $269 to diagnose and $550 for the part and rest taxes or so. I put in the part number that I was paying for and realized this part only cost $9.00 on Amazon. But per the tech it's because it's after hours on Sunday I'm paying so much more. Consider myself pretty easy going but did not see myself paying 6000% more for a part. Something felt icky about that. A $9.00 part for $550???? Tech was cool...said he would still have to charge me the $269 plus tax for diagnosing it but I'm able to get the part my self if I don't want to pay that much. Understandable paid the $270 he took the part out.
At the end of the day was kind of left feeling sad that the human thing did not happen. Just spent 11-12k with All Red 5 months ago. Went through the hoops with them over getting city inspection done. And now it's 30 degrees outside and they unscrewed a $9.00 part and left me and my family in the cold. Just had a hard time swallowing that. But totally understandable it's their business and they technically did nothing wrong but would have loved to see some humanity. Nothing against the tech he's just following the rules but they should sometimes let them do what feels right not what the book says. And if the A/C put more stress on the fan capacitor then really it could have gone both ways. But I liked the technician and did not want to argue that fact. Totally feeling bad about this it's my first 2 start review I have ever given. Like they say it's always the service after that sets a business apart from the other.

Let's begin with pointing out that this review is coming from the perspective of a tenant and not a home owner. Having said that, the service we received from this organization has been subpar at best. Unfortunately we were out of town when the work was done. They left the work space a complete mess, with what appeared to be little regard for things they moved made dirty. The left behind things, and I'm having a hard time tracking down a couple of the things that were moved.. Then, inspections needed to be scheduled and I told Veronica I didn't like the options and would schedule myself.. Only to have her write an email to our landlord suggesting I was being uncooperative. Our landlord then insisted we schedule with her, and today both inspectors coincidentally no call no showed. My landlord paid an exorbitant amount (over $10k and not a big house!) for central air and these guys didn't even include a thermostat or show anyone how to set it on the old one. Needless to say, it's obvious they care more about the bottom line then providing their customers with good service at a fair price. Buyer beware.

Out of three AC companies, Allred was the only company who was able to get our air conditioner unclogged. Jesse took his time, got it figured out, and was professional and polite through the whole experience. They definitely have our business moving forward.

We have been searching for an HVAC company to install AC in our house. Prior to working with Allread, I was consumed with frustration. Most companies couldn't come out for a month or two to even give us an estimate and then we were told that it would be 8 to 12 months to actually have installation completed. Allred Was a complete game changer. Their communication is stellar. I received email confirmation of the appointment, a text message reminder and a phone call about our appointment. The text message even contained a picture and name of the representative that would come and do the quote. They gave me four different options for what to install, but they really took into account what our goals for the house were. We have a 10 to 15 year plan and he tailored his recommendation based off of our needs. I had not experienced this with other companies. They offer a 30 day price guarantee with price matching , plus they will even give you $100 if you find a better quote. They offered 10% discount for having flexible installation date, and with options for installation as early as June. They also offered a variety of financing options through Wells Fargo.

We recently used Allred's for duct cleaning. From the initial contact to the end of service, they were professional, efficient, and personable.
Their communication was excellent. They kept us appraised as to when they would be to our home, and of course who to expect. When the service representatives arrived, they were extremely polite, explained the procedure, and asked if we had any questions. They followed all Covid protocols. Their pricing is extremely competitive and reasonable.
Allred-Heating Cooling Electric is now our go to for not only duct cleaning, but our furnace repair and maintenance.

This company was able to fit me into their schedule almost immediately. They not only responded quickly to our initial request for a quote, they were also the only ones to follow up, answer our questions, and make an appointment for us. Every other company responded initially and took days to respond after. Keaton Cruver was very kind and explained everything very thoroughly. He was also able to get us an all inclusive quote within a few hours.
We love our new AC and I have been wanting one due to the heat wave. I worked with Cameron and Cameron was really nice and answered all our questions. It was easy to communicate with him and get everything figured out. Our installers and electricians were friendly and helped us to install everything quickly. They are experienced and professional. I highly recommend Allred and it has been great working with them. I plan on getting others around me to install AC with them as well. Thank you, I can finally stop dying in the summer heat.
We worked with Allred through Lowes and although I don't really like Lowes, Allred has been fantastic!
AllRed has been amazing at helping us clean up a mess made by another company that mis-installed a mini split in our upstairs apartment. Their technicians went above and beyond to try and fix the mis-installed unit and when they were unable to (as were two other companies before them), they set us up with a new unit. The installers went above and beyond to cover the mess left when the old unit was taken out and even sawed a branch that was in the way. Everyone from repair technicians to sales staff to admin staff to the install crew have been professional and gone above and beyond.

Loved the entire process! Super easy from start to finish. Cameron was great answering all our questions and keeping us informed throughout the process. Installers Colton, Bryan, Brandon, Kyle were all great and professional. No issues with anything and we love our new system! Definitely recommend !

Reached out to Allred through Yelp for a quote. Their communication was a bit slow to get an estimate appointment scheduled. We finally got it scheduled and they no-showed for the appointment. I appreciate that this industry is very busy right now, but that's no excuse for bad customer service.
Good competitive quotes. They worked with me and were responsive to my asks and considerations.
