I appreciate this company's fast response and willingness to squeeze my project into his schedule. When it comes to electrical, 90 percent of the time, it's urgent. So for those who took 2 days to respond to my request, you just can't do business that way. This company gave me a super fair quote -- not super cheap but not spendy either. He fixed a couple other things he noticed and was in and out. I thank you and I will be referring you to my other friends!

I have been looking for an electrician for a while. Every electrician was very busy, and seemed uninterested in small jobs. I made many calls, and most of them even didn't bother to call me back.

I am very grateful to find Alive Electric. They are also busy, but they responded to my inquiries. They spent time on explaining to me how things would work and understanding my needs. I hired them to replace 2 bath fans.

Originally they scheduled me 2 months ahead, but they gave me a call when they got a cancellation. Therefore we were able to get things done much earlier. They arrived on time. They confirmed with me what we were looking for. Then they started to work. No waste of time! After work, they cleaned up. Everything was done in a quick and proper manner. It was a pleasant experience.

I moved into a house that had a pre-wired Ethernet setup but it was a mess and not hooked up correctly.  The team at HiTek was incredibly responsive over email and text, worked with me to determine what needed to be done, and then came out and executed as they had stated.  All with COvID precautions.  Definitely recommend them highly!

These guys are now my go-to guys for any electrical work. They fixed some switches in my house, and also lighting in my laundry room and garage. They even fixed my air-conditioning unit! This last part impressed me. They quickly realized the problem wasn't the power to the unit, but actually due to a clipped wire inside the unit -- they took it apart, fixed the wire, and restored A/C to my house... something the previous guys I had called (AC specialists) weren't about to find/fix.

I trust them. They give their prices up front. They are courteous and fast. I will definitely call them if I need an electrician. They live up to their name!

The two guys who did my install were professional, and they did a good job - although they left extra chain and (non-electrical) wire on the fixture, which should have been removed.  Unfortunately, there is a discrepancy about the pricing between me/my assistant and the owner, and the price I was charged left me feeling taken advantage of.

CES was doing an install for a fixture I purchased at a major Lamp store (Plus more).  I needed an additional fixture installed at the same time, and was told it would be easy to add that on - which made perfect sense, and I was given a worse case quote for the additional fixture.

The Lamp store fixture went up in 15-minutes (I'm in a brand new house so everything is accessible and wires are great), and the add-on install took about 20-minutes total (mostly adjusting height and angle).  Given that the installers were already at my house for the original install, already had the ladder out, etc., I expected to be charged a modest fee for the additional fixture - with a small add-on because the ceilings are higher than normal (19').  After work was complete I received an invoice for the full worst-case quote - which was almost DOUBLE the cost to install the original fixture, even though they did not incur any additional cost to get to my house, no additional equipment was needed, etc. - it was essentially an extra half hour for two installers.  

I'm disappointed because everyone I worked with was professional, and were it not for the billing issue - or had the owner offered some sort of solution - I would not only have recommended them to my neighbors but hired them again for an electrical upgrade and installation of heaters in my basement; instead I was left feeling as if I'd been taken advantage of.

From the first phone call, I was treated with such professionalism and courtesy that I almost forgot I was in 2023 where those things are hard to come by. They were prompt, highly skilled and easy to work with. I will be recommending MET to any who is seeking an electrician.

Dave and his team did a great job re-wiring old knob and tube in my turn of the century West Seattle home. Great communication throughout, super mindful of cleaning up after themselves, and were able to get the job done ahead of schedule! Good advice about possible future projects as well. I highly recommend Justin Buetow, owner of Panel Pros Electric. I wanted to install a fan timer (instead of a simple on/off fan switch) in a downstairs bathroom. I tried to purchase a fan timer myself but it had confusing instructions about whether the fan was over or under 0.3 amps, and my fan was 0.29, and I wasn't sure what that meant. I needed an electrician's knowledge and advice before purchasing and installing a fan timer. Justin came to my house to give me a free estimate. He didn't have the switch I wanted, so he ordered it, and when that one didn't work, he ordered another special one. Two visits later, it was determined that because my house is wired strangely, I can't have the kind of switch I want without rewiring or buying a more expensive fan, so I will have to go with a different kind of fan switch. However, my point is that Justin would not give up. He wanted me to be happy and to have the kind of switch I wanted, so he kept trying to find one that would work. He went above and beyond my initial request. The information he gave me was honest and accurate. His wife Betty demonstrated great customer service as she answered my questions and managed the appointments. I will definitely hire them again for my next electrical task.

I made an appointment with them to repair a couple electrical outlets in my house. On the day of the appointment they didn't show up or call. I called and left a message for them to ask what and no one ever called me back. I guess they don't need new business.

I was happy with the service that I got from this company. Adam and crew was very professional and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend them.

Most of the wires in my new apartment were exposed, and I wanted them replaced. After researching companies that provided the service, I settled on this one, and I was very pleased. I hired Reign City Electrics to rewire my new apartment and was generally pleased with the service I received. Throughout the entire process, the team was professional, efficient, and communicative. They explained the entire process to me and kept me updated on their progress at all times. The work was finished on time and to a high standard. The crew was very neat and clean with their work, and they cleaned up after themselves.

I did, however, have a few minor issues with the service. Some of the wire connections were not as secure as I would have preferred, but the team was happy to return and fix them. Furthermore, the cost was slightly higher than I had anticipated, but I understand that the quality of work and materials used has a price.

Despite these minor issues, I would recommend them to anyone in need of electrical services. They are a trustworthy, professional, and efficient business that takes pride in their work. For their professional service and high-quality work, I would give them four stars.

Had our heater go out at night on a Friday. Gave Allred a call and they picked up immediately. They found a time that worked for our schedule to send someone out. Chris Castro was an amazing technician! He explained everything well and helped us feel we had made the right choice in calling Allred. I highly recommend Allred Heating & Cooling.

Elmecco is the best! They came out and looked at the job and provided an estimate. No charge for this visit or the estimate. After getting another estimate we decided to use Elmecco. I dealt with Meagan on the phone for the scheduling and she was fantastic; very friendly and professional. I called back and scheduled an appointment for the installation. The day of, they arrived when they said they would and did the work very quickly. Joram is outstanding. Also very professional, and friendly; and he was finished in a very short time. We needed another part that had to be ordered and as soon as it arrived, Joram came back to install it. The cost of the work was exactly what was stated in the estimate.

We are 100% happy with Elmecco and would not hesitate to call them again or refer them to others.

None of the drains in our home were draining, so we had contacted the property manager to get it fixed. Hunt is who they sent out.
We had expressed interest in the proceedings,  asking what the problem was, what they were doing to fix it. All they'd say was It's hard to tell. That was the last we heard. Not impressed with the poor communication.
UPDATE - I've upped it a star because a second team came out from Hunts that finished the job. The first truck didn't have the camera and 50 foot snake to clear the main house line all the way to the city main.  They were a bit more forthcoming with communication. They did much to improve my impression of the company, but the first team not saying anything is a tough customer service gaff to overcome.

Called three times trying to get them to respond to a power problem in my house. They said ,,oh we'll call you back,,, never did. Called again ,,,we'll call you back when we schedule it,,,never did. I fixed the problem myself. They are not interested in residential work.

I have hired Brennan Electric twice and would do so again! They performed outlet grounding, light switch replacements and troubleshooted a problem light.
