I have used them multiple times now. AC outlet installation, new outlets and security cameras. Among the three companies I have used, these guys know exactly what they are doing and have a much better understanding of the local code. Their price is very reasonable.
In my case they also took time to find a way to do the work without needing drywall repairs.

Don't want to ding a star for this but scheduling is not as easy with them as others. You have to use the online website, I could never get an actual person on the phone. So I have never been able to get them to come for an urgent call. Appointments are always 2-3 weeks out.

We had some circuits that were overloaded and some wiring that was not up to code. Tony and Dane were great- they came out twice and both times I could not write a better review. They were professional, sociable, explained things so I could understand them, and cleaned up well. I would definitely recommend Black Sheep Electric- and I really liked Tony and Dane- so bonus if you get them.

Online booking and ability to see availability was a huge plus (through their website, I didn't use Yelp but assume it works similarly). Sorry for the late review. Two men came by via Black Sheep Jan 3rd 2022 in Fremont and were incredibly helpful. Unfortunately, I can't remember their names. After experiencing multiple companies bailing on my landlord and I, these guys were very reliable, communicative and knew what they were talking about. They presented me with multiple solutions to my issue and ended up installing new 20amp circuits. If I can remember find their names I'll add them. They came out from two different towns...I felt totally safe and supported by their presence in our home

They responded, gave me an estimate, then vanished with no communication. I emailed and called, but no response after over two weeks. If a company finds the job too small, etc. just say so. It leaves one hanging for days not knowing whether to call someone else or not. It's just common decency, not to mention professionalism.

I did not leave a message. I spoke directly to Tiffany by phone and then made a follow up email a few days later when I did not hear back.
She did leave me a message yesterday, but still had not asked you about my question. She said she believed she knew the answer. I conveyed this to you and your answer was simply you were sorry I had issues with her, nothing more. This is a terrible way to conduct business.

I got a Gen 3 Tesla Wall Connector installed on 7/10/2020.

These guys made everything really simple. I used their online tool to submit my request to them. Was in touch with Aaron and Ryan throughout the process. After I got the quote, I scheduled a date using their online bid system. The technicians Tony & Ian, showed up on the day of (in masks) and were in and out in a couple of hours.

Everyone in their company I spoke with was very nice and still to the point. The techs mentioned they had installed a few chargers before, and also were kind of enough asked me if I had a preference for where I wanted it mounted.

I got a receipt from Toni within minutes. They took payment using the Square POS system.

Will definitely put them in my maintenance book for any future electrical projects.

We needed to have 4 bathroom ceiling fans, and a bathroom lighting fixture replaced throughout the house. Ian can out and did an excellent job. He was very courteous, professional and capable. He laid down tarps to avoid ceiling excess debris scatter and even had to crawl into the attic to dislodge the old fixture in one case. I thought the price for 5 hours work was quite reasonable.

I could not be more pleased with the results and would definitely hire Black Sheep Electric in the future.

We needed to have our smoke detector system rewired. Most companies wanted to come out before giving us a quote for what is a very simple fix. Black sheep gave us a quote online and allowed us to schedule online. The electricians who came out were very kind and knowledgeable. They answered all of my electrical questions, even those unrelated to the job they were hired to do. I would definitely hire them in the future!

The electrician came out to the house to fix flickering lights in three rooms. He could not find a cause but tightened the ground wires. The bill was over $200. The lights continued to flicker and they told us by phone to buy all new Philips brand lights. We did and they still flickered. They say that they will come back if the problem persists. It did and they were unable to find a cause (in part since the flickering is intermittent). However they again billed $230 for the follow up. I understand these things can be difficult to identify but charging twice without finding a cause seems unreasonable. We paid the bill but would not recommend them.

These guys ROCK. We needed help installing lights around the house, called the office, they sent Logan who was awesome, priced the whole project got it booked, and did it in 2 days. No pain, quick, great price, awesome work. We were over the moon happy with the craft. Currently, we have them back to price a bigger project that will include some outdoor work and many more lights in this old home. Amazing service - i had an EV charger outlet installed in my garage!! Shout out to Toni (Office Manager) and Eddy (electrician) for their help. Toni kept me informed every step of the way from initial scheduling to the permit inspection. She was very friendly and accommodating. Eddy showed up on time and completed quickly. He also took the time to explain everything. Would definitely use their service again!!

Oh and their online estimate and scheduling system is amazing! Very easy to use and they follow up promptly.

I was in a scramble to find electrician to clear some outlets out of way in preparation for some renovation work. I must have contacted at least half a dozen companies and learned first hand how challenging it is. Some companies are queued up with several month of delay, and then there is this other company that came up with a quote that I thought I heard wrong, I guess they figured they could get away with anything when people are desperate.

I am so fortunate that I finally found Black Sheep, I couldn't believe I can actually see their schedule online and book a slot, which is efficient. It is smooth communication all the way with their manager Aaron. Ian and Zach, two young guys who came to do the job, were both courteous and professional. Ian is a skilled leader who thinks clearly and acts fast. At the end, we got great results in less than expected time, for a very fair price. I'm also grateful that I've found a dependable company to go when I have need for electrical work.

Got a reasonable quote from Ryan, who quickly grasped what we wanted. Our old house has plentty of issues. He advised what needed fixing, and what could be left alone. Eddie and apprentice Sam showed up and quickly reran 2 220 amp circuits in conduit, added a grounf fault circuit for the bathroom, and added a much needed utility room circuit. We were impressed with Black Sheep Electric and recommend them to anytone needing home electrical work. Knowledgable, thorough and professional.

I've replaced outlets and other electrical stuff in my house before, but one in our bedroom stymied me: three blacks wires and one brown one! After reading all the positive reviews of Black Sheep, sent them a request for an estimated. The response came in within ten minutes for what would probably be a one-hour job. I scheduled at their earliest appointment in February, but they called me later in the day and were able to slip in our work this morning--literally the next day! The electrician was quick and did a neat job, and explained what he'd done. Delightful!

We bought a new house last year and needed several things done:
* Upgrade an existing circuit for EV charging so that the wiring is rated properly for the outlet
* Add another circuit for EV charging
* Add outlets in the kitchen
* Add circuit and outlets to bathrooms for washlet (bidet) power
* Upgrade circuit for kitchen range

They were (and probably still are) extremely busy but they still found the time to come by to give an estimate for the kitchen range, which was urgent since we had a new one being delivered. And they were able to upgrade it as needed before the range came. Outstanding work scheduling that and getting it done while they were super busy.

And they came back not too long after that for the rest of the work.

The crew was professional, friendly, and definitely went above and beyond getting the job done - they ended up rewiring a lot of the breaker box because it was in bad condition, and even replaced a whole bunch of breakers. They ended up working a bit later than anticipated, but I was happy to have them do so since they were working really hard to leave the breaker box in a much better state than how they found it.

They also scheduled inspection after the work was done, and that inspection was shockingly quick (pun intended) and it passed, with the inspector also remarking that they did good work.

I just reached out to them for some more work, and figured I should leave them a five-star review here, so here it is!

Since COVID hit, the realty industry and any industry having to do with home maintenance have been incredibly busy. Black Sheep were the only electricians that could schedule us before November. I loved that they were friendly, prompt, knowledgeable, and the price was reasonable. I wasn't a huge fan of them leaving in the middle of the day to work on another job, and then coming back to work on mine. BUT they did come back when they said they would.
I also wasn't a huge fan of them not having enough outlet covers, so I had to go out and buy some and finish the job. I actually don't mind it, but if I'm going to pay for a job, I'd like the job to be completed without me having to go out to the hardware store and do it for them.

Since the hard part of the job was well done, I would still use them again if I needed an electrician.

Exceptional! After a terrible experience with another electrician doing a panel swap as part of our house purchase we decided to go with Black Sheep Electric for the remainder of our extensive electrical updates/upgrades. They were quick to respond and provide a quote, upfront about what can and can't be done, are very fairly priced and did excellent quality work! We are really happy with all the updates to code and all the new lighting and circuits installed. Will be working with them again when we are ready to upgrade the downstairs lights too. I was in a time crunch (house going on market soon) and they were the only place that had availability soon and visible online. Aaron contacted me to confirm if the one hour appointment I scheduled would be enough time for the tasks needed. There were two electricians that arrived, Kameron and I can't recall the other's name but he was tall enough not to use a ladder when replacing the ceiling smoke/carbon monoxide detector. They kept me in loop about their arrival time through texts as I had requested since I had to meet them there. Both had masks on. They got all work completed in an hour, including waiting for us to bring a new fixture to replace. This is after they gave us several options after discovering the original fixture was broken (terrible track lights). They even cleaned up after too (brought a vacuum). I would do business with them again.

I also received a follow up email from Aaron a couple days later. This shows they care about my experience. Excellent customer service!

Con. Over a month later, we have no updated estimate. Does not include a referral for a plaster/dry-wall installer.
Background.
Last year, during the peak of the pandemic, I sought someone to provide a bid on work to update the wiring in our house. Upon arrival, the engineer wore a mask, reviewed each outlet, told us about the work that was going to be performed, and even supported additional options for our outlets. Overall, it was a positive experience, and we looked forward to other bids before choosing.
Choosing personal security over an installation, we thanked them for coming out and this year followed up with a request for an updated invoice, as we recognized costs have gone up.
Instead of providing an updated estimate based on material and labor, the engineer returned and surveyed the property. Promising an updated bid, we have been waiting ever since. That was several weeks ago.
In recognizing a. contractors are in high demand, we don't expect a 24, 48, or 72 hour turnaround for an estimate. Even a week would be ok. But over a month?
+1 star for providing a positive inspection, for the first time.
+1 star for providing a positive inspection, the second time.
+1 star for providing helpful answers to questions, for the first time
+1 star for providing a referral, after asking for one.
-1 star for failing to provide a timely, updated, estimate.
I'm sure the work is exemplary, but right now, I'm rating the business for failing to provide an updated estimate. For the record, if a business values customer service, they will prove it without a required followup from the would-be customer.

These guys are awesome. I held on to 6 little electrical projects and had them come out to knock them out in one trip. Their estimator came out and took extremely detailed notes and instructions for the four man crew that showed up about a week later - perfectly on time when they said they would. Eddie who led the crew was awesome, came up with a creative work around for some ceiling lights I wanted installed where the beams were running in the opposite direction of how I assumed they were. They also installed track lighting, replaced some switches, problem solved an entire wall that had failed, and did a tricky install of our TV that involved rewiring the project through the garage ceiling. Gave me plenty of options to decide what to do and how to save costs.

They also did some work for a neighbor on my recommendation.

I contacted Black Sheep through Yelp -- they responded right away.

I got a call to find out additional details about my job. I was able to snap and text a few photos.

The *next day*, 2 professional and skilled electricians showed up promptly at the scheduled time. They made quick work of the job (upgrading a 3-prong dryer outlet to 4-prong). There was needful drywall removal, but they did it in such a manner that it was easy to repair.

Their pricing was very reasonable (lower than other quotes I was offered).

I think I've found my new go to electrician!

I wish I could give these guys ten stars. They replaced my electric panel and I cannot say enough great things about them. The first time I contacted Black Sheep I had a response from the owner within 10 minutes. And, let me say, I emailed him after business hours.

Within 8 hours, I had received a detailed quote and explanation of the work to be done. The electrician who was assigned to my project was professional, on time and cleaned up the work area. He explained when he had found and what he was doing to repair it.

Jake and Jimmy did an awesome job replacing some light fixtures and setting up our floodlight cameras. My wife and I work both work from home with three dogs so having work done in the house can be a bit involved and slightly stressful. Jake and Jimmy were both extremely understanding and went out of their way to make sure our meetings went smoothly and waited while we herded the dogs from room to room. They did great work and made sure to check with us throughout the process from fixing outlets to making tiny adjustments on the angle of the floodlights to make sure everything was perfect. Would absolutely recommend!

Tony and Ian installed two 240v circuits for me today. No easy feat as they had to be fed through conduit under a 30 ft long deck that is about 2.5 ft off the muddy ground. Ian maintained a great attitude throughout despite being the guy under the deck. Thanks Ian! With Ian under the deck, Tony was dealing with a challenging panel. Also a pleasure to deal with. Black Sheep Electric just completed a project on my house a few days ago and I couldn't be happier. From the first onsite visit, the evaluation of alternatives and all the way to the actual job, they delivered an excellent customer service and very high quality work. They were on time, did a clean job and everything was completed as agreed. I'm a very picky person and I wanted to work with someone who really understood what I needed. I want to give a big shout-out to Logan for his amazing customer service. He provided tons of information that helped me understand the pros and cons of the different alternatives for my project, he never pushed me to go with one in particular, and with his help I was able to make an educated decision. I've finally found my go-to electricians! After doing two different home renovations in the last couple years and working with multiple contractors, subs and half a dozen different electricians - I can say these guys will be the electricians I go to moving forward.

Ryan, Aaron, Eddie and team were awesome guys to work with. The pricing was more than competitive, the work was fast, efficient and the electricians were super polite and made sure everything was cleaned and furniture was back to where it was initially. They installed two exterior canned lights, an electrical outlet, some Ring cameras and motion lights. I will definitely use them for future projects and I highly recommend.

These guys are prompt, professional and priced fairly. They replaced my ancient breaker box and upgraded my service. They did clean work, finished on time and did all the permit handling with the exception of the inspection, but I had to work that around my schedule, so they couldn't possibly have done it for me.

I hired Blacksheep for the installation of a 60 amp sub-panel in my detached garage.

Ryan was very quick to get back to me on a quote and was incredibly responsive along the way. His bid was very competitive with other companies in the area. This work involved the digging of a trench and I decided to pick up that work myself in order to save a bit of money. This also involved me e-mailing Ryan several times asking him for advice on how deep to go and where I should dig it. He was always very responsive and I appreciated that he gave so much time towards helping me.

On the day of the job, his team did an excellent job. They were very courteous and professional. They made quick work of laying down the wire and installing the panel. The electrical inspector quickly signed off on their work calling it a 'top-notch job'. For any electrical work I have in the future, I will absolutely be reaching out to Ryan and his team at Blacksheep again.

Black Sheep Electric deserves a 10 Star RATING! Prompt service with their easy online scheduling. An excellent electrician showed up at the scheduled time. Took care of the issue (bathroom fan burnt out) and called me (this was a rental home) to explain the problem. He found the problem and replaced the fan. We didn't get gouged, like other companies could have done. This is one of the best companies I have ever worked with. Communication is prompt and perfect. They stayed within our budget.

I called Black Sheep after getting ghosted by another local company that had installed a generator sub panel for me that wasn't working right. The technician came out and even though he wasn't familiar with the specific panel model, he went through all the diagnostics to figure it out. He waited on hold with General tech support for quite a while, then finally figured out that the original installed from the other company had switched some wires. The Generac tech support guy was trying to get us to call one of their local affiliates to come out, but the tech from Black Sheep (Eddie) didn't give up. In the end, he was able to fix the panel. I had used Black Sheep on a lighting project previously and should have just called them again in the first place. In both instances, they were super friendly, paid great attention to detail, and communicated very professionally. Will definitely be recommending them from now on!

Kyle and apprentice Jordan called to say they could come over early (great!) They quickly diagnosed the problem (wire had come off altogether behind a double light switch and entire downstream outlets were out). Explained all events & outcomes to my full satisfaction (why no breakers had tripped, no Gpf fault) then at my request happily checked for additional possible faults or damaged wires and repaired several outlets. These guys did electrical for our home a few years ago, and we had them in to do add'l work since. We've got multiple outlets that don't work. And they charged me an arm and a leg to put in canister lights (and slaughtered the dry wall in the process). I would avoid them in the future.

Great experience with Black Sheep Electric. I messaged them through yelp and got a prompt reply back with a quote within 5 mins. It was super easy to book an appointment online through their website and they had an opening within a week for an electrical issue with our porch light. They sent two crew members for the job who were professional, nice and literally fixed the issue in 10 minutes. I have to note that I shopped around a few other local companies and Black Sheep definitely was the best priced and quickest/easiest to get a hold of. Some companies just told me they were booked up till September, sorry and some charged 25% more for the same diagnostic and repair. Thank you for the great service.

This company was fast in getting back to us with a detailed quote and even pointed out that we likely didn't need a replaced electrical panel and the existing one only needed minor repairs. I called the phone number listed on this yelp page. It went to an automated robotic voice that said a bunch of options. Option #1 was to get answers to questions about billing and administration. I figured I just had some basic questions. I pressed Option #1. The robot said it was an invalid entry. Why would I want to work with a company that can't even get answering the phone right? The team at Blacksheep was great from the moment I found them on Angieslist to the completion of the project. Was looking for someone with low voltage expertise to add ethernet to the house but when I saw they also did full service electrical, I asked them to do an estimate for knob and tube. Logan was very detailed with his estimate on both high voltage and low voltage work while other contractors that came through had no idea what kind of cable they were going to run for data. Brandon was super easy to work with when it came to scheduling and dealing with add-ons (like running an additional circuit for a heat pump and making sure it was done in time for the HVAC work) and Nate, the journeyman, and his crews took excellent care when they were in the house and were extremely professional and did a really good job not turning my drywall into swiss cheese. Highly recommend these guys for any type of electrical work you need, be it a full home rewire or running a few data cables through some drywall.

Black Sheep came to our house to upgrade the electrical panel on our house days before it closed with new owners. They arrived when they were scheduled to arrive (7 AM), communicative throughout the whole process, and we were pleased with the service they provided. About 15 minutes after they finished and left, I found that my washer wasn't working and called them. They immediately came back to make the adjustments and correct the wiring error. I highly recommend these guys - they are top notch.

We had an emergency electrical issue when a tree branch fell and shorted out our electrical line coming into the house. With the severity of our issue and with freezing temperatures I would expect the PUD, L&I and the electrician to act with urgency to get our displaced family back into our house. Not the case. The only positive experience we had was with Ryan and his crew. Ryan showed up on a Sunday, accessed our situation and explained the process of what needed to happen. They were their first thing Monday morning to take care of the issue. They provided great customer service, good communication, quality work and they were enjoyable to work with, completely opposite experience than what we received from PUD. Excellent service. We had several outlets relocated in our kitchen and a new outlet installed by our washing machine. The two men were competent, kind, courteous, and efficient! Job was done well, they took the time to explain everything, and cleaned up after they were done. I highly recommend! And as a bonus, we had to reschedule during the Feb 2019 snow, and I was really impressed with their customer service, and very much appreciated that they were putting the safety of their crew first.

My apologies for the late post because this should've been done two times ago. BSE is an awesome company. They've now been out to our house three times to fix various issues and have always been on time, always answered all of our questions and most of all workmanship is always on point. I have already committed to calling them for a fourth time to come back out and handle some additional electric work that we need done around our home. I've been a realtor and property manager since 2003 and this company has been on of the best ones that I've used over the years. I would highly recommend them. I think the one thing that also stood out about this technician is he handle my issue within the first 10 mins of our appt and politely asked me if there was anything else he could handle since Im paying for the entire hour. We recently hired Black Sheep Electric for a complete rewire of our new home (which is 70 years old). We also had them completely change the lighting in our large, dark family room. The quote was one of the more reasonable we got and they guaranteed the quote for the work requested so we didn't have to worry about it changing unexpectedly.

Cameron and Tyler were always professional and flexible. It was a two week job of climbing around our not-fun attic and they were great about it. We were living in the house the whole time but they did an amazing job of making sure our lives were not disrupted much at all. The electricity was back on every night and they cleaned before they left each day.

This was our first time hiring contractors and we were nervous because of all the horror stories one hears about what can go wrong. We were so pleasantly surprised at how easy, non-disruptive, and predictable the whole process was. We highly recommend!

I've used Black Sheep Electric a couple of times for installing new lighting and doing a few electrical repairs in my house. I feel like good/reliable/fair electricians are hard to find, but I've found one with Black Sheep and have referred them to friends as well.

Everyone I've worked with from Black Sheep was friendly, easy to work with and were good problem solvers who seem to look for the right and best way to do something, but with explanation of the tradeoffs and pros/cons of different options. Ryan has built a good crew and I will continue to use them for electrical projects.

I had some double tapped breakers that needed proper rewiring. After getting quotes, other electricians didn't want to bother with a simple one hour job and instead wanted to up sell me on a full blown $2500+ job to replace and rewire the entire breaker panel. Black Sheep Electric got back to me with an simpler quote of one hour of labor plus materials to correct the minor problem. They took care of the issues in one hour as promised. They simply installed additional new style breakers that could handle the additional lines to correct the issue. Now there is no more double tapped breakers and I didn't need a new panel. I'm so glad there are still companies that don't try to up sell you on what you don't need.

I had issues a year after an installation for canned lights in my living room. Brandon was able to send out a crew to assist with fixing the issue. Although the first service did not fix the issue, Black Sheep Electric immediately sent their crew out a second time and put in extra effort to ensure that the issue was fixed prior to leaving.

Black Sheep Electric showed ownership of their work and is willing to resolve issues that customers are facing. Although I was quite frustrated after the first service results, ultimately the issue was solved, overall great customer service experience.

In August our microwave, which is installed over the oven, decided to give out. We promptly went out and bought a new one, to be installed by Lowes. Unfortunately when the installer arrived he told us we would need a dedicated circuit for the new microwave. The first electrician told us there was no more space for another circuit and that we would need to upgrade our panel, a very very expensive proposition. Fortunately we always get more then one estimate. Black Sheep was able to promptly come out and do just that. Surprise, surprise......there was space on our panel for not only one but two new circuits. Again Black sheep was able to schedule and perform the work even sooner then I had hoped. All we needed now was for the installer to come and put the microwave in. That took a couple of weeks. That night about 10:30 we put some popcorn in. The fuse promptly tripped....we couldn't even reset it. I was so upset I texted Aaron at 10:30 at night, as well as emailing him. I'm embarrassed to say that my attitude was overflowing with frustration. Aaron maintained his professionalism through out, worked some kind of miracle and had an electrician come out that afternoon. It turned out that the new outlet was faulty. It was promptly replaced by Logan who was also nice enough to recheck everything, including the panel. End of September we finally have a working microwave! Black Sheep's prices are very fair and reasonable, our final bill even came in under the estimate! Thank you Black Sheep for your professionalism, stellar customer service, and patience. I would absolutely call then again if needed and recommend them highly.

I left a voicemail this morning and heard back in about 2 hours which was a nice surprise. They quickly got me a time set up for 1 PM and 2 guys where here early. They listened carefully to what our problem was and went right to work assessing and determining the cause. They kept me updated on progress and immediately let me know the problem. They gave me multiple solutions for my problem. They finished the job pretty and let me know they work by the hour so what else could they help me with. I appreciated their honesty and being upfront with the situation. We talked through some other electrical questions I had but still finished before the hour was up. I sensed their reluctance to finish before the hour was up which to me said they are upstanding. Both guys were polite and they were very detail oriented in cleaning up after themselves which I also appreciated. Our wall switch failed and the only way to turn off the lights in our living room was to flip the breaker every night in the basement until we could get it fixed. I contacted four electricians and Black Sheep was the first to respond with a quote and ended up being the most reasonable. The guys were fast, and everything worked great when they left. About two months later one of the 5 new switches we installed failed and I called to see if someone could come look right away. Kevin helped me out on his day off, arranging for the original electrician to come triage the issue which was a faulty switch that he replaced right away and I've had no further issues since. I would refer Black Sheep to friends and family based on our positive experience with them.

Great experience ! Jeremy showed up on time to replace two light fixtures and was done in no time. Very polite, courteous and efficient. Offered advice on other projects we had in mind as there was plenty of spare time in the 1 hour that we had booked. I reached out to Black Sheep Electric (and others) through Yelp to request a quote to have some outlets checked in our bathroom when they mysteriously lost power one day. I had done some super basic troubleshooting based on Google searches but was not successful, and included this information in the quote request. Ryan replied instantly to my request, and rather than trying to set an appointment ($$$), he provided advice instead. When it didn't solve the problem and I explained why and requested an appointment... but Ryan had one more easy fix option for me to try and it worked perfectly! He definitely could have set an appointment and made $$ for what was a 5-second fix, but his honesty and helpfulness means I will be returning to Black Sheep Electric for more involved work in the future (it might be time to wire up that new hanging ceiling light I've been putting off for years). Highly recommend!

We completed a remodel of our home several years ago and Black Sheep Electric completely re-wired our place for us. I work in commercial construction so am very particular about subcontractors and made sure that of the many bids we received the contractor we selected was the best value. Ryan and his crew were recommended by another equally picky co-worker of mine and I was so happy that she did. The work on our house was completed on schedule with only minor punch list work. I have recommended them to two friends since who have reported similar results. Check them out. Their website starts out a little kooky but don't hold that against them.

I work with a lot of contractors, and it was refreshing to work with such professionals. I was originally confused about how to schedule a consultation, but Ryan responded quickly to my call for help and straightened everything out. He listened to what I wanted and gave a fair bid on the project. He was also totally patient and rolled with several changes I made before I decided on the final project to be done, a reduced scope of work, and he adjusted the invoice fairly and his adjustments were fair and no hassle. The team they sent out to do the work, Matt and Rudy, were great communicators and very careful in their work. They asked me before making even the smallest cut into drywall or siding needed to complete the work and explained accurately what that would be. They were also able to listen and hear (which is fairly rare I find) to what I wanted and were careful in measuring and placement of the lighting so it looks great, even to someone who is design focused. I appreciated that everyone on the team I worked with was honest, did what they said they would do, showed up when they said they would, listened and understood my wishes, was fair in pricing and payment, and made this project an easy transaction and I am very happy with the result. Everyone was also respectful and just good people, which is nice when having someone work on my house and also having them in my home. Thank you.

Ok so I never leave reviews, ever. But Black Sheep Electric was too awesome not to share. I was having issues with my oven not heating and so I called Sears for repair and the repairman of course said the 6 most dreaded words when thinking of home repairs Stove's fine, it's an electrical issue. Awful! Nothing but dollar signs and ripped out walls came to mind. I immediately called Black Sheep Electric and they had someone come out within 2 days and since my tenant had to work, they even came in (and even brought in our packages from the porch-awesome) and locked up after themselves. And the best part, it was totally affordable, Sears almost cost me more and all they did was look! They are my new go-to company and I could not recommend a company more. Call Black Sheep for all your electrical need- quick, professional and affordable. Nothing but great service.

We hired Black Sheep Electric to do 3 different electrical jobs around our home. We had a circuit added to an outdoor covered deck, another to handle a microwave that kept blowing the circuit and 4 new electrical outlets and a switch for a new office space. Ryan showed up for the estimate and worked out the plan of attack and then John and Tony showed up for the job. They were on time and extremely professional. Sometimes when you are a woman trying to obtain services from contractors, they (usually men) treat you as if you are secondary and clueless. Not Black Sheep. They consulted with me on each step of the plan and treated me like a conscious person with a brain. The quote was roughly one third the cost of another estimate. John and Tony worked consistently and politely, cleaned up their spaces and walked through the results with me. I wouldn't think to use any other electrician in the future.
