I can't say enough good things about Veritas. We needed a bunch of work done to get a significant portion of our house properly re-wired and grounded. Deb and her team were a delight - personable, professional,  easy to work with and dog friendly!

The time and cost estimates were right on the money, and right on time. :P

We have another round of work to get done in the near future, and we'll definitely be calling on Veritas to get it done.

Deb is responsive, patient, thorough. My partner and I bought a house that while functional definitely needs updating.  Deb took the time to walk through the house with us to address our needs and offered wonderful suggestions and options. She brought the lighting and heating in our bathroom into the 21st century. We could not be more pleased and will definitely be working with Veritas in the future.

We worked with Deb to get two ceiling fans installed at our yoga studio. She was incredibly responsive, on time, and easy to work with. Her work was fantastic, and she and her team left our space clean and ready to go. I loved the ease of approving her quote online, and she made every step of the process simple and clear. She worked around the studio class schedule, and that flexibility was crucial. She'll be our go-to electrician for any future needs.

Very impressed and would recommend to everyone! Covid safe, punctual, excellent communication, finished ahead of schedule, fair prices for great work, left my house cleaner than it was when they got there, and were very nice to my cats. My parents recommended veritas (mom and dad have very high standards), so I expected no less.

Based on multiple friends' recommendations, I hired Deb to rewire part of my house as it was old knob and tube wiring. We did a walk through together and she sent over an itemized estimate of the anticipated work. Deb and Monica showed up on time everyday and were very flexible and communicative as our plans shifted and changed within their two week work period. They consistently wear masks while working inside - which is something that still surprises me when other contractors don't do this - and rewired the upstairs, replaced light fixtures, and installed exterior lights. All in all, I'm very happy with the quality of the work and level and ease of communication I experienced with Deb.

I have to say that if I could give this company more than five stars I would. I was totally impressed with the professionalism and knowledge that Deb had. Her estimate was right on point and she answered every question I had. I thoroughly recommend this company. If you want a job done right the first time please contact Veritas.

Deb and her team check all the boxes: great communication, COVID safety, fair prices, knowledgeable, timely, women-owned, and easy to work with. We got a few quotes and she was easily our top pick. She did great work (adding outdoor receptacles, replacing breakers, rewiring the garage, replacing a light fixture, among other things). We highly recommend her and will go back to her for future projects.

Deb from Veritas Electric not only showed up on time, but was organized, efficient, clean and professional.  We had all our two pronged outlets  converted to 3 prong for safety. Our electrical panel was also upgraded and all the work was done in less time and less money then the original bid. Deb at Veritas saved me from a nightmare.  I contacted her on New Year's Eve after finding a review on Next Door.  She contacted me the next day and said she was available that day to come and look at my job site.  She was right on time, very courteous and professional.  She did a thorough investigation of the work needed and wrote everything down in a notebook (not my previous experience with other electricians).  She supplied the quote electronically along with my rights as a consumer, when she said she would and it was reasonable for the work that needed done.  She let me know what portions of the wall needed opened up for her to do the work (even though my contractor failed to cut out enough, she was able to cut out the rest).  She arrived the day she said she would and stayed late to ensure the job was done before leaving.  They cleaned up and removed materials from the job site.  She ordered the inspection and followed up when the inspector didn't show due to the snow event.  Her apprentice was also very professional and courteous.  Even though there were challenges with my job due to the age of my condo and my contractor cutting wires that were needed, she smiled and said, no problem, we will get it done.  And she did exactly that.  I had no issues with the inspection.  I would not hesitate to hire her again in the future and to recommend her to my friends.  Lovely to work with!

Veritas came highly recommended by a friend, and we are so glad we went with them! When our problem suddenly because time-sensitive, Deb got us on the schedule right away.  The work done by her & her team resolved our issues and was exactly within the time window they gave us too.  The rates/charges were very clearly explained ahead of time, and the online payment system worked like a charm.  We definitely plan to work with Veritas on any future projects at our home.
