Friendly, fast and fair service! Everyone that I spoke with and interacted with at this company was really friendly, helpful and honest. After servicing my 3 AC units i received a hand written note in the mail thanking me for the business.....didnt think anyone did that anymore. Nice touch :) Would certainly recommend Larson and will certainly be using them again when the need arrises.

I'm ashamed I haven't already left a review for this company, as I had them install an RO system/water softener 2 years ago and was extremely happy with the results.  Their plumbing was 100% copper and super clean.  I've done just enough copper work (I suck at it) to appreciate how professional theirs looks and how much skill that actually takes. (4/5 stars because 1 interaction never earns 5 from me)

I was so happy with their service, I had them install a second RO system upstairs a year later when it was time for my filter change and that was super smooth too.  Excellent water in master bathroom without having to do stairs in the middle of the night is underrated.  5/5 stars

A week ago, one of their people came out and did a FREE estimate on replacing a water heater with a tankless I'm considering when mine eventually goes (ie. some day, maybe soon maybe not soon). 5.5? stars

I called them at 10:20pm tonight because I realized I had a filter change appointment tomorrow double booked with a medical appointment, fully expecting to leave a voicemail and instead got an actual human.  What!?  It's 2020 and I got a human (albeit an answering service, I'm sure) at 10:20pm!?  

I don't rave about businesses often.  I've left plenty of positive reviews when merited, but few raving. (See every other review I've left.)  American Home Water & Air deserve a raving review.  Support them, they're living old school family business the way we all want to envision America.

Fantastic experience from beginning to end. I first requested service on a Sunday night. They got back to me first thing Monday morning and were at our house within a few hours. The initial reason for the call took some time to find but he did find it. Eventually, after looking at the problems, damage and state of everything, we decided to replace the A/C unit completely.
We were scheduled immediately for the following week. The crew arrived on time and worked diligently to complete the project. They were fast and professional. They were also very nice to my young kids who tried very hard to get in their way.
On top of the A/C replacement, they also did a duct cleaning. No dirt was left in the house. You couldn't even tell they had been here. We are very happy with the quality and attitude of everyone we worked with and will happily call them again when we need further maintenance.

Wow!!!! I just had an install today of two new units. I can't say enough about the quality of salesmanship and installation we received. I would highly suggest Hays for any services that they offer. Their team is knowledgeable and cordial. They also came way under a price quote from a competitor and doubled the warranty. We also got a wifi thermostat was the hi-light of my husbands day!!!  Thanks Hays we are customers for life.

The technician Randy showed up to my home in less than an hour and it was a simple fix due to a wiring malfunction. He didnt try and up sell, he was in and out in less than 30 mins. Very satisfied and will defiantly use Arizona Experts in the future.

We set up a summer readiness appointment and Byron was the technician that showed up. We couldn't have been more happy with the check-up. He offered us simply the check-up but also made us aware of service plans that are very reasonable and also come with monthly payment options that make it very convenient if needed. Byron was very personable and great to talk to! There was no pressure to buy into anything and gave us a very thorough check-up and explanation of our systems. I highly recommend this company and Byron!

They found what was wrong with my A/C and fixed it. The price didn't seem outrageous or anything compared to how much time and effort was put into the repair. I would recommend and hope to see them again if I have any future A/C issues.

I called Biltmore Mechanical when my usual local AC company (Alan's Air) was swamped with breakdowns. I only needed a tune-up before the summer months so they couldnt get to me right away, understandable. I called several other highly rated companies I found on Yelp and all of them said the same thing. When I called David he said he could be there that same day, after hours. I told him later in the week would be fine and he was here as expected. He confirmed the appointment, service, and cost the same day we made the appointment. The day of he texted and called me to let me know we were on schedule. The service itself took less than an hour and he described in detail what he did, and answered all my questions. My unit is only a year or two old so I'm pretty picky about who I call to work on it, I would definitely call David again. Great customer communication and service.

I used Bumble Bee for a repair last week. Lisa was great to work with to get someone scheduled. Craig and Chris came by to check out the job. They were able to schedule my repairs for the same day! They were detail oriented with the repair and did a fine job at a fair price. I'm very pleased with this company.

Alan's Air guys were great. They got the job done at a reasonable cost. Good communication via text. I would recommend them.

Alex and Cris (project manager) were outstanding.  From the energy review to installing attic insulation,  and new AC unit.   This company not only thought of changing our old,  inefficient (24 year) unit.   These guys did an energy review (scientific, state of the art tools) and recommended a smaller energy efficient unit (3.5 ton Vs. 4 ton) that combined with the new insulation would save us money now and later - we have seen a savings in our monthly compared to last year already in the summer months!  Lastly, they took care of all the rebates that arrived very promptly.   No mud slinging but we are so happy to not have gone with the big orange store.

I had Desert Comfort Mechanical come out and clean my indoor evaporative coil. The representatives provided great service, arrived on time, and did an honest review of the state of the coils. A prior company I got an estimate from stated it was much worse than it really was. If you want a company you can really trust I would go with Desert Comfort Mechanical.

I called ProSkill after finding out our water heater had corroded through the top of the tank. Within 45 minutes of my call, technician, Jeff, was at the house and ready to replace the unit.

Unfortunately, due to the abnormally-small space built for the water heater, he had to call for backup to assist in the removal of the old unit and install of the new one. The job only took them a couple of hours and they even connected a drain pipe to the drip pan to lead and water away from the drywall. Despite having to add a second technician, the original quote was honored without question and we had hot water again.

Overall, a 5-star experience from start to finish. I will be moving them atop my list of HVAC, plumbing, and water heater service companies! Thank you for the great experience!

04/13/20 We have been using Sure Temp for a number of years now.  My office manager had highly recommended them.  They have kept our 6 units at our office running efficiently; they have found the source of leaks in our air handler at a rental property; and have kept the two units at my house working well.  Keith, Tom, Ryan, Kevin who have done the work are very professional, neat, extremely honest, knowledgeable, and really nice people.  We totally trust them to treat us like they would family!!!  You don't find those attitudes and values too often!!!  Destiny is in the office and couldn't be more responsive or pleasant!!

08/03/20. I called the office and Destiny couldn't have been more professional and caring.  I told her water was backing up and accumulating under our downstairs air handler.  Tom came out 3 hours later and tried to find where the outside condensation line came out.  I thought it was on one side of the house.  After many trips inside and outside in 106 degree heat, he determined the outside condensation line had to be somewhere else.  It turned out to be on the opposite side of the house much to our surprise!  Tom worked his tail off.  He had to crawl under the air handler.  He wet vacuumed all the water.  He must have made at least 10 trips inside and out to solve the mystery!!!  He is very thorough and great to work with!!!

This is long over due since he fixed our AC three weeks ago! We got a quote from Yelp for help when it was slowly getting warm and he came and fixed it that day. Also he was fair priced and on top of that he only fixed what was necessary and didn't pressure us to buy a new AC. He gave his opinion and said we should save for a new AC since it will last maybe another year. I appreciate the honesty and straightforwardness.

My previous experience with this company turned out to be an unfortunate miscommunication with one of their technicians. What I was told previously was 100% incorrect. Airtime (unlike some other companies) is not in the habit of charging their customers again when they are recalled to a job. I know this because Brian, the owner, contacted me as soon as he found out about my poor experience. Not only did he come out and recheck my system, he did it on a Sunday free of charge. He owned the mistake that had been made and did everything in his power to make it right. This is a company that knows how to treat it's customers. This made such a good impression with me that I'm having them install my new AC unit.
It's difficult to find a good AC company who genuinely puts the customer first, but this one really does. They're going to be my go-to AC guys from now on, and I highly recommend using them if you ever have the need.

This is truly a 5 Star company. They have all friendly people and always charge less then I expect. Today they came out, same day service and got me up and running for my 25 guests tonight. On a Saturday at 5:30 pm still happy, still friendly, looking clean, and not in a hurry. It was less then 150$ Thanks guys you saved my game!

Our AC broke down on Sunday evening. Called 10 companies, no one could help. Arcadia air had us up and running in an hour. Professional, so kind and not sales-y. I am shocked that there are still people that care so much about their customers on a Sunday evening. Appreciated it so much and will recommend to everyone!

Our water heater gave out and there came the cold showers! Goettl responded to our call that same day  (yesterday) and they just finished installing our new water heater! That's right, the very next day. They made sure I wouldn't go a day without hot water! We had Taden and Declan change out water heater and they did a fantastic job; personable and happy to do their job.
