Company advertisement on yelp says, free in home survey, but when i called to ask for an in home survey they said it's $99 non refundable. Shady company i would not recommend calling this company.

Wow!!!! I just had an install today of two new units. I can't say enough about the quality of salesmanship and installation we received. I would highly suggest Hays for any services that they offer. Their team is knowledgeable and cordial. They also came way under a price quote from a competitor and doubled the warranty. We also got a wifi thermostat was the hi-light of my husbands day!!!  Thanks Hays we are customers for life.

It's very refreshing to met a honest AC repair company.  I have used other AC companies in the past due to free or extremely cheap AC system inspection the repairman always turn into salesman. Celeb was straightforward and found part that was starting to weaken but did not pressure to replace it.

With summer coming up in a couple of months I have one of my air-conditioning units going out. My home has four units and the others were just as old as they are 16 years old and with special needs children in our home going without air-conditioning is not an option. So we had the dukes of Air come replace all four units in our home. They gave us a great free consultation where they taught my wife and I about energy efficiency and value. They gave us multiple options on different quotes to give us some flexibility with our decisions. Gaining that education was instrumental in our decision. They promised great service and thoroughness and that my home would look exactly like it did when they got it. Well it's safe to say I Over achieved. The installation and sales throughout the entire staff were so professional and kind and courteous to my family. They treated my house with white gloves I did this for big project in a little over a day which is under the time they promised. It's hard to find service companies that give this kind of quality and service. I will recommend them to everybody

There was absolutely not a misunderstanding whatsoever, but rather a misrepresentation of the preventive maintenance membership that you sell, then unilaterally and retroactively revoke, simply to maliciously and unprofessionally, try to take money from your clients that were honest, communicated very clearly and just because you couldn't commit to the very specific request  and you lost the business, you want to increase your cost and unilaterally terminate the membership.  

I paid for the membership in full for one year and YOU  cancelled it.  That wasn't my choice.    

You mention that I received a coil cleaning that was needed, yet the irony is that I just received a cleaning from a different provider that I can document.

I signed up for the membership to receive 10% off for future repairs but what you are DECEIVING  your reviewers is that when YOU don't win a bid and cannot meet the clients request, as I have documented in writing, you will change the narrative and try to steal our money.  

You cite that 90% of your business comes from referrals, and I was actually referred to you by a very well known property manager.  I trusted his opinion, however, you have clearly demostrated that you are NOT a trustworthy company and more importantly, I don't you're a trustworthy employee given how you have misrepresented the facts.  I will upload our text conversation which clearly contradicts what you say.

You allegedly have a recorded conversation that you DID NOT disclose, as you said you did, and and I would really appreciate if you would publish such a conversation so  you can really expose how shady of a manager you are representing Bumble.  

For your readers, I have paid for ALL services rendered, including a proration of the membership that was deceiving SOLD to me as it was something LISA cancelled and now wants to INCREASE the bill RETROACTIVELY which is shady in my opinion.  

Lisa insist on collecting, retroactively by reversing the benefits I PAID for on the membership, to attempt to steal $145.58 MORE, simply because they could NOT meet the timeline I clearly have communicated in writing.

I STRONG SUGGEST TO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.  BEWARE IF LISA IS INVOLVED.

We've had Ideal Energy do work for us twice--once to put in insulation, fix our duct work and replace our pool pump, and once to replace our air conditioning unit.  We could not be happier with the service we received from everyone affiliated with Ideal Energy.  The customer service is tip top--even though I know they are extremely busy, Alex and Elena made us feel like were a top priority.  They were able to replace our a/c unit within days of speaking with us and they have never steered us wrong with their guidance.  Already our house is significantly cooler.  The work we've had done is of exceptionally high quality and the prices are fair.  We absolutely could not be happier with Ideal Energy--I wish more of our friends needed work done so we could refer them to Alex and Elena!

Honestly, I'd give Greg six stars! He was professional, knowledgeable, understanding and went beyond his call of duty to help me with the insurance company, a septic company and told me to call him if I need him to help with either of these companies once they start their thing. Not only will I recommend this company to anyone who asks I am calling them for some little plumbing projects I've been putting off due to being nervous about professionals. GREAT JOB !

Tim came out really quickly and was able to diagnose our issue. He was actually the 4th company we had out for this issue and he was the only one that checked over everything thoroughly and went into our attic. He communicated everything clearly and let us know our options without trying to sell us anything extra. He didn't pressure us in the slightest, and he cleaned/touched up everything when he was done. Would recommend him to everyone and will continue to use him in the future.

Tech was on time, thorough and professional. While my service was only a summer HVAC system check up, I was highly impressed.

Fantastic customer service and communication. I called on a Sunday over a holiday weekend and was able to coordinate someone to come look at an AC unit on a rental property the next morning. David text me when he was on the way. He kept me informed via text - even sending me a video explaining the issue. I live out of state so this was very much appreciated! Everything was fixed within an hour or so. Much less stressful than I was expecting, given an AC issue in the middle of the hot summer!

My AC went out on Saturday evening, I called them and they replied within a few hours and came out to fix it first thing the next morning. Great responsiveness, the other company I called who said they do Emergency services didn't even respond to me. Thank goodness there are companies that won't leave you hanging when your AC goes out in 105 degree temps!!!!!

The technicians were professional & courteous.  Company had outstanding customer service & reasonable prices.  The response time was great.  They had my ac fixed on the same day.  I highly recommend them!

So far, I have met Tom/Bud/Kevin from Sure-Temp and they were all the most courteous and helpful service techs I have met for any service company in a long time.

After contacting American Home Shield for a repair order on my AC unit, Kevin came out, worked on and thought he fixed an issue... Well, AC went out again right after.... No questions asked they sent out Tom and Bud.

Not one word of static or pushback from them and with great attitudes, they fixed the issue. I am so pleased with their efforts and highly recommend them to anyone!

This is long over due since he fixed our AC three weeks ago! We got a quote from Yelp for help when it was slowly getting warm and he came and fixed it that day. Also he was fair priced and on top of that he only fixed what was necessary and didn't pressure us to buy a new AC. He gave his opinion and said we should save for a new AC since it will last maybe another year. I appreciate the honesty and straightforwardness.

WOW! Great customer service!  Really great customer service.  Had two new units installed 5 years ago.  Had a very small issue today. Contacted owner/Brian late on a Thursday afternoon, as we approached our first 100 degree day in April.  I knew they must already be busy, but, there was an AIRTIME crew member, Travis,  at my door within the hour.  Minor repair quickly completed and very reasonably priced.  So nice to have such amazing customer service.  Felt like I was a lifetime customer and now I'm certain of it.

We were stood up by another company to do a tune up on our a/c unit. My husband called M&R and was able to get a next day appointment.

These guys responded very quick and came out same day to fix my AC problem. They gave a second opinion to a different company and fixed the issue.

Greg and Andrew were awesome. Very thorough and great communication. They pointed out things that may be an issue in the future and am overall very happy with them and their workmanship. Slight scheduling issue and the Techs did call to say they were running a bit behind. I think communication between front office/dispatch and techs could be better. Very thorough and professional overall. I would give 5 stars, but they were a bit late. Set the appointment for 10-2 pm and they arrived at about 2:30 pm I am assuming that perhaps they were overbooked?? Perhaps allocate more time between jobs? Good experience, and we will use them again.
