Just used Hansen's for the first time - a clogged toilet that plunging wouldn't fix. Robert fixed the problem and offered solutions for future reference without a heavy upsell pitch. Bottom line is I will call Hansens again if needed. Thanks, Robert!

I have been using Hays cooling and heating on my Personal residence and my rental properties.  Their techs are professional and experienced, and on time.  Their prices aren't the cheapest, but their work is 5 stars.

I have never interacted with an AC company that was so knowledgeable and informative, taking the time to address customer questions and concerns in order for consumer to make best purchase decisions.  Luis was the tech, and I'm impressed with how much he cares that one doesn't purchase some product and then later regret it.   I have had this challenge before when the timing, or the order of getting certain services such as Duct cleaning, re-sealing ducts, buying Air Scrubber, and or new HVAC, counter acted other purchase if not done in certain sequence.

Great service, on time, reasonable fees and Jacey was very friendly and even helped me get a stuck drill bit out of my drill! As I was hanging curtain rods while he worked :)

A friend suggested that I try the Dukes of Air for my AC check up. I have never been comfortable with an AC company as you never now if they are being straight with you... Tonya set up the call and John showed up right on time. He put on booties to protect my floor and asked me how the system was working. He then proceeded into the attic and was up there for 30 - 45 minutes. He came back down and I braced for the damage... Your system is in great shape! was John's reply. He headed out back to clean and service the exterior units and gave us a clean bill of health!

Hansen Family Plumbing has been our go-to for our plumbing needs for many years. From major underground pipe repair thanks to tree roots, to your more basic faucet issues, I've called them for various needs and have always received excellent customer service and prompt appointments. I always highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

Don't work for this company. Bad management. Not organized. No communication. This place is a joke. Don't pay their employees for 2 weeks.

This company was called from my warranty company. They never called or followed up after initial tearing of my walls on the second day. Left me without water until I could get another plumber on day 6.

Was quoted unreasonably and instead of quoting me for the same water heater already existing- quoted me for next size up..unreal. Not impressed.

Jody Grafft did a wonderful job finding the water leak in a wall that was shared by my laundry room and pantry. He also changed the valves that connected my washing machine to water, as the old valves were corroded and impossible to turn off. I really appreciate the great work of Jody Grafft.

Job was more complicated than I'd hoped, but Tony explained and showed me every step of the process, taking the time to help me understand what needed to be done.  He knew what he was doing, was very tenacious and thorough.  He was definitely a customer oriented worker.  Response to my initial service call was within 3 hours.  Overall I am pleased with the service.    J.

Sunland is the place to go if you need a new air-conditioning unit!  We chose to replace our old unit before it broke down.  Sunland did a great job all of the way through the process including explaining to us what we needed and why, keeping us advised on where were were in the process and when they expected to finish, and answering any questions we had.  Andrea and Ryan were very professional.  Our new unit is working great so far and we are looking forward to the summer when we can really test it!  Thank you Sunland.  We are referring you to all of our friends and family!

I was having a tough time finding someone to fix my Midea Air-handler, as it is not a common brand of A/C.  When I called 1800Plumber+Air, Ben answered the phone and listened to exactly what the issue was- he took down the model of my unit and actually talked through the repairs with his tech before sending him out.  The other companies I called (Goettl and George Brazil)just have an answering service and they do not relay any important info to their techs, thus having them show up only to say they could not fix it or find parts.  
Ben listened to my issues and the awful experiences i had at the other places and said he would take care of it for me and that the tech he was sending, Travis - was the best.  Travis showed up and quickly fixed my A/C (needed a new control board) and only charged me half of what the others said a new board would cost if they could find one to fit my unit.  I will never call anyone else again but these guys for plumbing and A/C!!!

I would give zero stars if I could. It's sad because a decade or more ago, Goettl was a good and respectable company and had earned a good reputation. They have recently changed their named to Goettl Good Guys and I have been told it is so that their better business profile could be restarted again anew. I will openly admit that is only what I have been told, but all I can say is research the old Goettl company name and see what you see. Buyer beware. I purchased two units from them three and four years ago and when I had them serviced last week, their technician told me that I needed more than $1500 of work done (labor alone) to them and that none of the labor would be covered on these nearly new units because I had neglected to pay extra to have my warranty cover both parts and service. WHAT? I'm sure that was in the fine print somewhere, but please, these aren't old units! Now I have found out that what they told me was a unit built by Carrier was actually built by Goodman and rebranded with a Goettl sticker and is a much lower quality unit. I have since had a licensed technician whom I know personally and trust come out to take a look at both units and he sees NONE of the issues the Goettl technician claimed I had. I am thoroughly disgusted and will never recommend them to anyone. In my opinion, very VERY shady business practices.

Casey did a great job with my HVAC inspection.  He made some helpful suggestions for preventative maintenance so that we could prolong the life of our unit.  He was a really nice guy and was good with my kids wanting to know about everything he did!  I'll be calling Precision for my future HVAC needs!  Thanks!

BEWARE. As MANY MANY other reviews mention, Tucker Hill will sign you up for their mailing list JUST for receiving an estimate. You will then repeatedly receive junk mail/advertisements from them. Ultimately, I think this is gross business practice. I do not want your junk mail and did not give you any permission to start mailing me things. I would not have even placed a review if they did not end up sending me junk mail.

On to the job itself, I was quoted $200-$1000 online on my yelp project inquiry and had them come out to finalize the quote. It turned into $1600! No scope change at all, just scummy practice to get their foot in your door. Keep in mind, my project was basically 'handyman' work and required no actual electrical. I was also extremely detailed in my online project description, so coming to visit was entirely unnecessary. Received quotes from $400-$750 from many other vendors.

I obviously ended up not picking Tucker Hill for my project so I can't speak on their work itself, but their general business practices are pretty scummy. I'd avoid even letting them bid on your job.
