Best Air Duct Repair in Phoenix AZ

I don't think I could write a glowing enough review for this company!!
Its come to our attention that while there are a LOT of A/C companies here in AZ - most of them just move the unit into place and do the hook ups.
Yeah - we ended up replacing a 8 yr old system. We started having big repairs on a Trane system in 5 years. The guy that installed it started doing commercial A/C and we couldn't even get him to return our calls.
So- getting ready to retire, we wanted confidence that someone would do it RIGHT.
We had 4 estimates - referred to us by people we knew or neighbors.
Larsen was the only one based on Yelp reviews.
The other contractors hardly spent any time at our home at all. Not a lot of details discussed - just brand/size/price.
Ish was a completely different professional. Terrific guy and really knows his stuff!
He spent at least an hour looking at, photographing the system. He brought his laptop in and sat down with us. He didn't sell us hard on anything.
What he explained to us simply made sense that we needed to correct some ducting issues, etc.
He put together 3 different scenarios and explained what each feature did.
Did we end up paying more with our Larsen install? Yep. And we feel totally confidant with that.
Larsen is the Nordstrom of A/C companies. They are just that good in the way they take care of you.
Because chances are if you get a really good deal.....you'll end up paying for it in a short 8 years.
We have already handed out Larsen cards to our neighbors!

Once a year, I have my filters changed in my RO system.  My previous company went out of business, and I found American Home Water & Air.  From the initial phone call to the tech that came out, they were very professional and knowlegeable. I am glad I found AHWA and would definitely recommend this company.

James came out the same day, we had a fairly new unit and it just stopped working mid-day. He was professional, efficient and showed us exactly what happened. Got the air back on within 20 minutes. Highly recommend this company!

I usually don't write reviews on Yelp, but I was so unhappy with the customer service. We were told that someone would come between 11am-1pm to fix our AC unit. My sister had to go to work at 12, so I stayed home to wait for someone over. Then at 9:26, I get a call saying that they were running late and that they were going to come around noon. Then at 2, she calls and says that he was running late and that he was going to get food before coming over. He doesn't get here until 3:13. I have to leave the house by 3:30 to get to work. This whole time I'm waiting in a 93 degree house. I then called my sister who spoke to someone over the phone about the situation because I had to leave in 15 minutes. The woman whom we both spoke on the phone with was completely rude to the both of us. We both felt that she gave us attitude when we did nothing wrong; it was their fault. She told us that we weren't the only ones with a broken AC and they were trying to get to everyone. I do not understand how someone can be so late to an appointment; their company specializes in this type of work. If they knew the technician coming to our house was running late, they should have sent someone else within the time frame they have given us. I then I had to leave for work and the technician said that he could work on the AC unit without me their and I could lock up the house and leave. I did not want to risk coming home after work to a hot house, so my sister had to leave work and come home and make sure everything was fixed okay.

The technician fixed our AC unit and now it works fine. But the customer service was completely awful. Since we rent the home we live in, our landlord was the one who called the company and set everything up. If something were to go wrong with our house again, I would ask our landlord to use different company. I do not want to deal with this again.

Cannot give this local company enough compliments for its gold standards in customer service! They will go above and beyond for the customer. I have a rental property which needed an AC replacement, and needed prompt and reliable service. The tenant was not the most hospitable, but Randy, one of the co-owners of the company, was extremely professional in inspecting the property and getting back to me with his recommendations. Their pricing is extremely fair, but the communication and trustworthiness with their customers is what will always bring back repeat clients! So many businesses could learn from them! Very good service, great work and 1/2 the cost of the Parker & Sons estimate. I would definitely recommend them and feel comfortable in making the recommendation.

Air conditioning was blowing warm air on the hottest day of the year. They were on site in about an hour to repair! Honest and polite. Didn't try to sell anything extra. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with David with Biltmore Mechanical.  I called after hours and he answered the phone.  I was scheduled for next day service.  David was professional and prompt.  

The service was for a non functioning air conditioner in my rental property.  He was able to coordinate with the tenant a time and fixed the issue in a timely manner, for a fair price. I was able to pay electronically, which was very convenient.

These guys are the best. After being told by Orangatan that I needed a new compressor and another part replaced thatunder warranty for labor and parts was going to cost me $1500, Bumblebee's tech came out and found that the compressor worked fine and the cost of the other part was all i needed. The cheating folks at Orangatan said that the cost with free labor and part would be $958 due to additional uncovered expenses.  Bumblebe found the part under warranty and with labor, and the other uncovered expenses charged us $700. I will go with this local HONEST company from now on and so should you!

Chase was awesome. The cooling function of our AC unit went out and Chase was at our home within a couple of hours. He diagnosed the problem (which was on the roof), found and purchased a new condenser fan, and had the repair complete within two hours total! They are communicative, knowledgeable, and friendly. Pricing is fair, especially for emergency services in this heat. Would use again and recommend to anyone in the area.

Once I realized I needed a new air conditioning system, I contact 4 companies for quotes. Ideal Energy was the company I chose, based on the information provided, as well as their excellent customer service. The installation went well and I am extremely satisfied. I called Thursday because my furnace would not shut off.  Fadel was out in a couple hours to troubleshoot the problem.  He provided tons of advice and even offered to walk me through installing a new thermostat should I buy a new one.  He showed me what to do and offered to help over the phone if I had problems.  He would also come and install it if I wanted.  Amazing customer service and they are my go to and I will recommend to all my friends.

I had the Company install a new A/C unit in my condo and from the outset, Craig Orr, the sales tech was there and assessed the needs. He determined, unlike the other companies who quoted, that there were problems with the existing duct work. He gave me a detailed proposal and the price was the best and included repairing the duct work -- He made sure the install was perfect, and in fact it was.  Tom and his 2 Technicians were great on the install-- professional, courteous and completed the job without a hitch. Their attention to customer satisfaction is stellar and they, as part of the install will come back in 3 weeks to make sure all is functioning as it should.  I have lived in AZ for 10 years and had a number of companies service my A/C but they are clearly heads above the competition-- totally recommend them

My son was napping when they initially came out to inspect his room (his room is about 10 degrees hotter than the rest of the house) and they were so respectful he didn't even wake up! They installed a return in his room- quick, efficient and CLEAN! They left his room spotless even after installing the vent in a popcorn ceiling. Highly recommend!!!!

Matthew came out to service my AC unit! I have to say I'm very impressed with the customer service received altogether. He was prompt, communicated when he was in his way and took me step by step in the process. He answered all my questions was very professional and great to talk too. A great experience!

We are selling our house and needed to fix a couple things with our HVAC unit. I contacted J&M Sunday night through Yelp and they scheduled me right away and were out first thing Monday morning. They checked out the things listed in our inspection report and addressed what needed to actually be fixed. Didn't pressure us into anything extra. Simple and affordable and fast couldn't ask for anything better!

OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! I would give these guys 10 start if I could. I called at 12:30pm to report issues installing a nest thermostat after spending two hours figuring out the thing (online instructions were far away from reality). I was honestly expecting availability towards the end of the day, yet somehow and against all predictions, Mark showed up at HOUR LATER to help me with the issue!!! While setting up the thermostat, I took another shot and asked if the unit could get the yearly checkup; Mark had no issues with that either!! He not only made sure everything was in working condition but fixed up an clogged drain!! Two hours after calling in, my issue was resolved and my unit is ready for the summer!!!

My A/C went out and after calling Matt, he arranged to have a technician out in a few hours.  The tech pinpointed the issue as the capacitor and offered to install it immediately.  Since our unit is old, we decided to replace it rather than waiting for another part to fail.  The Tech was refreshingly transparent about the purchase and installed the new part so we could stay cool.  Amazing that they were able to complete the installation the next day.  Cleaned up afterwards and were very professional.  Today we are sitting in our cool and comfy house.  The new unit comes with a 10 year parts and labor warranty, so no more air conditioning concerns hanging over our heads.  I would definitely recommend them for repairs and replacements.

Arcadia provided great service on a same day service call- it was even Father's Day. The problem was quickly diagnosed and service was completed at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend and will be using again for all my HVAC needs.

A lot of promises were made and broken during my experience with Goettl. My technician was hours late. I was urgently trying to replace my HVAC before it went out again this summer, so I ended up signing a contract for financing through their 3rd party (you have THREE days to cancel the contract). I found a MUCH better deal for the SAME exact HVAC (literally HALF what they charge) and I decided to cancel so I could save myself thousands. I attempted to call three separate times to cancel my contract and was told the manager that has the ability to cancel is unavailable and that I will receive a call back today. I never received a call back. Next day I attempt to call yet again to cancel as my three day grace period was coming to an end. Finally was able to get a confirmation that it was in fact canceled, and was again promised I would receive an email regarding the cancelation, as well as a separate email from their 3rd party regarding the cancelation as well, by the end of day. End of day came around and NOTHING. I decided to call the 3rd party to confirm the cancelation, just to find out that the contract was STILL ACTIVE, therefore I got the run around and was lied to by management at Goettl. I was able to cancel through the 3rd party, and decided to give Goettl a call back to CONFIRM that my appointment and contract was canceled on their side. I sat on hold for over 10 minutes, to then be told that they are unable to check on my contract and that I will receive a call back YEAH RIGHT! I cannot trust Goettl now, and nobody else should either. It is IMMORAL for a widely known company to LIE about a contract cancelation. Very disappointed, especially since I still have not gotten a straight forward answer regarding my cancelation. Will forever tell people to NOT use Goettl, unless they prefer to be screwed over and lied.
