Best Air Duct Repair in Phoenix AZ

We moved to the area and wanted to make sure that our AC unit was in good shape.  Nate came out to do an inspection and he was awesome.  We decided to do a maintenance plan as it makes good sense to stay on top of our HVAC system regularly.  What impressed us most about Nate was the knowledge he had and all of the information he shared with us.  We learned a lot.  He was friendly and professional.  Marissa was awesome too in scheduling his visit with us.  Great experience all the way around!

We had a split water filter housing on our main supply water filter, we needed help on a Saturday and they were able to call back asap and help us out of a jam. They met us at their shop and we were able to get everything we need to get us up and running. We would for sure recommend them.

Terrific response time. Fair, honest, and straightforward, family run business. Would definitely recommend.

We had a service appointment for 5-7pm last Friday June 6th.  (our upstairs AC vents were not blowing properly in our multi zone house).

A lady from the office called us around 6pm to say that our service person was running a bit late as he had to pick up some parts.
**After that phone call...nothing.  
**No service person, no other phone call to let us know what happened.  It's tough being stood up :)

We called the on call number the next day (Saturday) to ask what happened and to get a message to the company.  The on call person was very nice and apologetic and promised to get the message passed on right away.
**Again...no phone call, no communication.  We received no call back.
**We awaited a call from the office on Monday.  
**Again....nothing, no communication from Hay's.

So, yet again, we called.  They didn't apologize nor acknowledge the missed appointment, but they did schedule a service person (who showed up!).

Michael was very polite and courteous.  And- BONUS- he put booties on over his shoes while he was in our house (love that).  
**He said our AC unit was way undersized (it was 4 tons, and we absolutely needed 5 tons) for our house.   This is not the case at all and would not logically explain our issue.  This would not explain why only one zone was not cooling. The other two zones cooled like champs!

This technician then said a comfort specialist would be in touch with us with to discuss remedies.

Out of the blue, another person from Haye's called us, saying he'd read the notes and he wanted to send out someone who specialized in multi zone systems.  The notes did not seem correct to him.
**Why was this not done in the first place?  Our notes from our initial call were very clear that we had a 3 zone house.
**Had this person not happened to read our notes, this would've gone undetected and we'd have gone down a road of repairs that would perhaps not fix our issue.

The zone specialist -Mike-came out today.   He was phenomenal.  (kind and courteous as was the prior technician)
As we initially expected, the problem is with the damper not closing / opening properly.
He was great and we already have the quote and are awaiting scheduling.

Overall, we are disappointed in this experience.  We understand things happen and appointments cannot be kept.  But, this must be communicated.
At the very least, please acknowledge the inconvenience and the issue.  We waited 3 + hours on a Friday night.

Secondly, I'd expect our notes to be read thoroughly and a qualified, multi zone technician be sent out.

There were zero missed calls from Hay's to us.  I have the call logs.
Last communication from Hay's to us was Friday evening around 6pm or so- as i mentioned letting us know the driver had to make a stop for items.
There is no way 6 calls were missed, as they stated.  It's absurd.  
Additionally, why was there no follow up after we phoned the on call service on Saturday?
The fact that we had to keep chasing you down- making yet another call on Monday to find out what's going on is unacceptable.
A no show is acceptable as long as there is sufficient communication.
Please don't state 6 calls were made to us that were unanswered as that's demonstrably false.
Let's pretend that IS true.  Why were there no voice messages left?

The technician Randy showed up to my home in less than an hour and it was a simple fix due to a wiring malfunction. He didnt try and up sell, he was in and out in less than 30 mins. Very satisfied and will defiantly use Arizona Experts in the future.

Great service experience with Gabe and Christine of Gladiate AC. After reading all the positive reviews on Yelp I decided to try them out to service the AC units for my duplex in Phoenix. Gabe was extremely helpful in explaining the process and went above and beyond to get the job done. I will use their services again for regular AC maintenance in my duplex. This is my first time using Dukes of Air and I was completely satisfied!  I'll definitely be calling them for future AC issues.

David showed up on time and performed the first annual inspection on my Bryant HVAC system to be sure there aren't any potential problems in the near future. I really appreciate his thoroughness because I am a firm believer in preventative maintenance. David was able to discover a low pressure switch that was inadvertently rubbing against a copper line. David added insulation to the wires to prevent it from shorting, all free of charge as part of my first annual inspection with this company. I highly recommend Biltmore Mechanical Heating & Cooling, especially if you own a Bryant HVAC system!

Was sitting here at home yesterday working when I notice my AC was no longer blowing cold air.  Naturally I panicked.  Weekend coming up, hotter than blazes outside.  So I called 3 different companies to be sure I was going to get someone in the next day or two before I turned into beef jerky sitting in my living room.  I texted Bumble Bee, they came over an hour later, found a blown fuse on the compressor up on the roof, replaced and voila! Winter is coming.....So so grateful for the rapid response and professional service...

I cannot thank Mike enough for his amazing customer service, prompt response, thorough explanation of the diagnostics and repair needs. He is absolutely amazing, genuine, honest and reliable!

Great company. Had my AC replaced over the winter after a bad summer. Wanted to wait till summer for the review. Anyhow long story short more comfortable and a 40% reduction in cooling costs based on their recommendations.

Doug called me back after I left a message regarding my evaporative cooler that I had issues with. After explaining what was going on he walked me thru the entire process of elimination to pinpoint the problem and after spending a good 25 min. on the phone with him the problem was solved and my cooler is working. Doug could have easily  turned this into a service call and made money on my issue but he didn't. He was patient and extremely professional. Thank you Doug for taking the time.

We decided to go with ProSkill for our AC replacement after receiving bids from several different local companies. Based on our interaction with ProSkill and their commitment to customer satisfaction, we decided to go with them for our 4 ton Trane XV18i unit. The installation went smoothly and they were able to complete all the work in one day and add the duct run that we requested. Over all, we are very satisfied with the work and the function of the unit. We'd be coming back for our AC needs.

My wife and I are first time homeowners and this was our first time buying an A/C unit. Had to do a lot of research to know what was good and bad and to understand some of the terminology. We had probably 6-7 quotes done before we decided. I knew I wanted to get it done before summer since our Carrier system was almost 20 years old...Wasn't going to let our system run through another summer. Like telling grandpa to run a triathlon.
Pam was friendly and reliable to count on, to get any questions answered and to get us on the schedule. Kevin was knowledgeable and fair with his quote when he came by to take a look at our system. Haven't really had the need to test out the system since it's still nice but so far I'm pretty happy with our system and can feel more relaxed about having a new system in place for summer. I am happy about the 10 year parts/compressor warranty and 1 year service included. The two installers worked hard and got it installed and running in about 4 hours. Good choice of a company to choose.

Let's face it most of the time your having Air conditioning problems it's when it's a 110 outside and you need to find a reasonable , reputable company that knows what they are doing without taking you financially. It wasn't a cheap fix but Steve explained all he had to replace and even found a issue that wasn't safe that he could fix until we are ready but it's something that we could put off a bit until we are ready by fall, and I appreciate his honesty.we were cooling back down in the house. Reputation & reliability with them, Thank you

My previous experience with this company turned out to be an unfortunate miscommunication with one of their technicians. What I was told previously was 100% incorrect. Airtime (unlike some other companies) is not in the habit of charging their customers again when they are recalled to a job. I know this because Brian, the owner, contacted me as soon as he found out about my poor experience. Not only did he come out and recheck my system, he did it on a Sunday free of charge. He owned the mistake that had been made and did everything in his power to make it right. This is a company that knows how to treat it's customers. This made such a good impression with me that I'm having them install my new AC unit.
It's difficult to find a good AC company who genuinely puts the customer first, but this one really does. They're going to be my go-to AC guys from now on, and I highly recommend using them if you ever have the need.

Jesse was on time, professional, asked questions and listened to what we had to say. All total in 10 minutes the heat was back on due to a missed circuit breaker switched off.   Great response and would call again if needed.

Contacted to troubleshoot a recent installation. Came out next day. Charlie was detailed orientated and communicated in layman's terms. Reviewed everything and more while resolving the issue. Would highly recommend.

I love Geottl, I have been using their maintenance program for years. Their customer service is professional and prompt.  I recently had a representative (Marcus) come to my home to give me options and quotes for a new install. He was thorough, completed measurements, etc. (Other companies did not!) The Goettl team installed the new air conditioner the next day. The install team was courteous and pleasant to work with. My unit is amazing (just replaced a 17 year old system)!
