Angel from Chaos Restoration was very responsive for the initial estimate and did a fantastic job on two areas in need of drywall repair due to recent leaks. He also identified and sealed the locations of the leaks and returned everything to better than the original. I would highly recommend Chaos for any upcoming restoration jobs!

Ernie & his son were great! He responds to text and calls quickly! They came out and patched up my carpet where the cat clawed at it. You can't even tell! They luckily had a remnant that matched my carpet perfectly. They repair 3 different areas and it all looks PERFECT.

They do an amazing job and listen to what you want. They work with the mortgage company and insurance company so you can avoid the headaches. Love their work!!

I was hoping to find more than just a LinkedIn profile, yet didn't. So here I am making one. Restorations by Gary Rait I would highly recommend for anyone looking to restore their sewing machines. From what I think he said, he restores more than just sewing machines and their cabinets. I found this excellent buisness and met Mr. Rait at a quilt show in Prescott Valley. For a reasonable price he restored my early 1900's Singer treadle sewing machine to working order. He did a beautiful job in getting it looking like a actual piece of furniture that would be found in a real antique store, not some worn-out falling appart thing at a flea market as it was. I am very happy with the care taken in picking it up it from my home in Prescott bringing it to his shop and returning it in a short amount of time. I also appreciate him saving what he could of the wood and machine parts.
If there was anything higher on Yelp besides the five Woohoo! As good as it gets! stars, he would definately deserve it.

The Cardinal Clean team led by Luis Hernandez were outstanding! I had water damage from leaky washer, they quickly responded and began mitigation process. The helped throughout the process from start to finish. They were very professional and communicated very well about the process.  I highly recommend the Cardinal clean team for your needs.

I strongly recommend Disaster Restoration LLC.

A fire sprinkler pipe burst in the ceiling of my condo causing major water damage to the ceilings, walls, baseboards, floors and cabinetry. Disaster Restoration LLC responded to the call and was onsite in less than an hour.  They immediately had a crew of 6+ workers that worked late through a Saturday night to pump out the water, remove the drywall, and install the industrial drying equipment. From that point, there wasn't a minute wasted for the next 3 weeks to cleanup/restore my place to new ASAP. They checked the drying progress every single day for the next 2 week. Once the condo had dried, they worked directly with the insurance company very quickly to scope out the repairs, and completed all of the repairs (drywall, paint, baseboards/trim, and cabinetry) within a week.

All the way from the moment of disaster to the final clean up, I was beyond impressed with the quality of service that I received from Disaster Restoration LLC.  Each and every member of their team was very professional, responsive, helpful and punctual. We had a leak in our kitchen sink which damaged our cabinets walls and hard wood flooring. With Tavisha and her team our insurance paid not only the damaged area, but also the rest of our flooring throughout the house. We are not very knowledgable when it comes to insurance policies, let's face it, most of us don't really understand or know what is or not covered, but Tavisha explained that since the flooring flows throughout all the rooms and the new floor we would install would not match the old one, aaaand our policy covered it, they were able to replace the flooring due to matching purposes! We are very happy we called Property Claims Adjusters!!

Kelly and her team are handling a major fire restoration on a client's rental property, total gut job and rehab needed and everything has been great. her team has been on time, professional, and helpful every step of the way. dealing with the insurance companyn is always the hardets part, and they have been on top pf the communication in between, wich makes my life so much easier. thanks ServPro

I would like to Thank Absolut Restoration. They were extremely helpful on a last minute project.  Absolut went out to the building and Wow the building owner not only because they came out the same day as called but because the cleaning job was fantastic.  The customer service at the office was wonderful and handled this with complete urgency and professionalism. I would highly recommend Absolut Restoration.  Again, thank you for your quick response and superb job.

WARNING!!! Do not use this company. When they come out to do their free inspection, the employee will have you sign a CONTRACT right then. If you can not read it because the signature is done via cell, the employee will tell you that is just says that he came out to your property to do an inspection. That is a LIE!! Thomas Restoration has filed OVER 25 lawsuits against people in multiple courts in a 21 months period. These people say three main things: TR never gave them an estimate, before they have them sign their contract or after. They did not know they signed a contract. TR is over charging. BUT his contract says whatever your insurance does not pay YOU PAY! Please spend the word EVERYWHERE! via chat, blogs complaints etc. Know one else should have to go through this legal expense for a contract, as bad as it is-legally counts as a contract. I am attaching the contract that he has you sign via cell phone (saying it is something else). Along with other documents to show you what I am saying is VERY TRUE!  
This is the personal experience of people I know in lawsuits with Thomas Restoration.  Look at the provided photos I attached and do your own research. To make you own decision. Good luck and please spread the word if you come to the same agreement that I have.
