Angel from Chaos Restoration was very responsive for the initial estimate and did a fantastic job on two areas in need of drywall repair due to recent leaks. He also identified and sealed the locations of the leaks and returned everything to better than the original. I would highly recommend Chaos for any upcoming restoration jobs!

This company & staff are the best!  I am a realtor and this company was hired to rehab my client's house after a fire.  From the attic down - each and every surface was redone and the quality of workmanship was truly outstanding.  Two years later, when my client sold the house, an inspector found a few minor things that needed adjusting with the home (not pertaining to the remodel necessarily), Doug Kingsbury of Seymore blds went to the home the day after my call and took care of all items at no charge.  This is an exceptional company!

We had a main water line break in our office building.  The SERVPRO team did a great job during our time of need.  They where professional and efficient.  I highly recommend this organization for your emergency flooding needs.

Fortunately I didn't need restoration work done. I used Synergy to do work on my house. They showed up on time, did a good job, and had fair pricing. The work was done on time and the workers were nice. I will be using them again.

Super affordable and quick. I love the new paint and excited to keep working on the exterior of my house. Its a night and day difference. My husband and I are avid DIYers but so glad we hired Classic Shades to tackle this part of our renovation. They did the job so much better than we could have and were top notch professionals.

I was hoping to find more than just a LinkedIn profile, yet didn't. So here I am making one. Restorations by Gary Rait I would highly recommend for anyone looking to restore their sewing machines. From what I think he said, he restores more than just sewing machines and their cabinets. I found this excellent buisness and met Mr. Rait at a quilt show in Prescott Valley. For a reasonable price he restored my early 1900's Singer treadle sewing machine to working order. He did a beautiful job in getting it looking like a actual piece of furniture that would be found in a real antique store, not some worn-out falling appart thing at a flea market as it was. I am very happy with the care taken in picking it up it from my home in Prescott bringing it to his shop and returning it in a short amount of time. I also appreciate him saving what he could of the wood and machine parts.
If there was anything higher on Yelp besides the five Woohoo! As good as it gets! stars, he would definately deserve it.

I am only now getting around to opening the boxes that I was overwhelmed with following a flood in July 2017. Unfortunately, most of my stuff is in bad shape and a lot of it is broken. I did not call Cardinal Clean, it was the HOA that chose them. The boxes have a tremendous amount of waste the paper, very little inside each box so apparently they're paid by the box. There is no way to replace my grandmothers dishes, so I am out of luck. Mark appeared to be nice on the telephone but was way more interested in getting paid then doing the right thing. He has a lot of people working for him that are nice and the try very hard, but overall it was a disappointing experience.

Quite possibly the most deceptive, dishonest bunch of schiesters I have ever dealt with. They convinced me to let them place lots of expensive fans and dehumidifyers in the building after a flood. The water had been removed within hours by a great carpet cleaner I used and the carpet had been removed by my handyman. These guys came in with some thermal imaging cameras and showed me where the drywall was supposedly wet. I feel like a real oron for falling for their act because

Kelly and her team are handling a major fire restoration on a client's rental property, total gut job and rehab needed and everything has been great. her team has been on time, professional, and helpful every step of the way. dealing with the insurance companyn is always the hardets part, and they have been on top pf the communication in between, wich makes my life so much easier. thanks ServPro

We recently had a house fire on 3-15-13 and when the time came to remove contents from our home for inventory we had a bad experience with the company that we were originally going to hire for the job.  

However, Absolut Restoration, a company recommended by our insurance company and a family friend came to the rescue.  Absolut Restoration was very professional, nice and real detailed on our inventory sheets.

They did an amazing job and we are truly thankful that they helped us during our time of need.  Misty one of the owners was very nice and explained everything in detail to us so that there would be no surprises.  There was no high pressure tactics and we never felt that we were being taken advantage of which is common after a house fire.  

We did have an issue that came up during inventory of the contents but that was resolved amicably.

Absolut Restoration is a company that has experience and all of their employees work very hard it was a pleasure working with Absolut Restoration and their content team.

WARNING!!! Do not use this company. When they come out to do their free inspection, the employee will have you sign a CONTRACT right then. If you can not read it because the signature is done via cell, the employee will tell you that is just says that he came out to your property to do an inspection. That is a LIE!! Thomas Restoration has filed OVER 25 lawsuits against people in multiple courts in a 21 months period. These people say three main things: TR never gave them an estimate, before they have them sign their contract or after. They did not know they signed a contract. TR is over charging. BUT his contract says whatever your insurance does not pay YOU PAY! Please spend the word EVERYWHERE! via chat, blogs complaints etc. Know one else should have to go through this legal expense for a contract, as bad as it is-legally counts as a contract. I am attaching the contract that he has you sign via cell phone (saying it is something else). Along with other documents to show you what I am saying is VERY TRUE!
