Angel from Chaos Restoration is literally my Angel. My AC condenser in my attic was overflowing and water was dripping through my vent in my upstairs bathroom. It quickly escalated and I was so afraid my ceiling was going to cave in and the water would go through to my first floor. Angel came out seriously within 20 minutes of me making a phone call and was able to get all the drywall down and the fans drying everything out while his brother Ruben from Mosqueda Refrigeration stabilized the AC. I can't even tell you how relieved I was. They guys were all so nice and the bathroom looks brand new now. Thanks guys!

Ernie has come out and repaired terrible installation jobs for me twice now in two different rooms.  Good communication, polite, fast, and efficient.  Very happy.  This more recent time with Covid, arrived in a mask as expected.  I'll definitely call him again because we have many rooms with poor installation and I plan to get them fixed one at a time.

They do an amazing job and listen to what you want. They work with the mortgage company and insurance company so you can avoid the headaches. Love their work!!

We had a main water line break in our office building.  The SERVPRO team did a great job during our time of need.  They where professional and efficient.  I highly recommend this organization for your emergency flooding needs.

Fortunately I didn't need restoration work done. I used Synergy to do work on my house. They showed up on time, did a good job, and had fair pricing. The work was done on time and the workers were nice. I will be using them again.

I was hoping to find more than just a LinkedIn profile, yet didn't. So here I am making one. Restorations by Gary Rait I would highly recommend for anyone looking to restore their sewing machines. From what I think he said, he restores more than just sewing machines and their cabinets. I found this excellent buisness and met Mr. Rait at a quilt show in Prescott Valley. For a reasonable price he restored my early 1900's Singer treadle sewing machine to working order. He did a beautiful job in getting it looking like a actual piece of furniture that would be found in a real antique store, not some worn-out falling appart thing at a flea market as it was. I am very happy with the care taken in picking it up it from my home in Prescott bringing it to his shop and returning it in a short amount of time. I also appreciate him saving what he could of the wood and machine parts.
If there was anything higher on Yelp besides the five Woohoo! As good as it gets! stars, he would definately deserve it.

Riley, I was a customer. Valarie came with mark last year and packed up our stuff. I dealt with Rebecca several times on the phone. Jeff was the one who was extremely rude to me when I spoke with him several times and NEVER returned one call. When I spoke with him it was only because I made several calls and once in a blue moon Rebecca would be able to get him on the phone. Anthony told me a bunch of people got fired and they didn't know which warehouse my items where in. You guys received a check for 7,700 from our insurance company (ASI). Dean from Arizona Restoration (who is amazing and courteous) called you guys to do the pack out when our place flooded. I don't know how to send you a private msg or I would. I stand by my first review. After taking the abuse and dealing with the non professionalism of your staff I was mentally spent. Our flood happened around Thanksgiving. You guys came and did the pack out the day after. I just thank God we didn't leave you a key to our house.  However I was here with my kids when you guys came. The last first name is Samuel. Now do you find it hard to believe we were customers?

I would not recommend dealing with Disaster Resoration LLC. I have had the worst headach getting them to send an invoice out on a very small amount of water that I had them clean. I caught the water within 20 minutes leaking out of my washing machine and called them for a quick clean up as I have infant twins and their room had a tiny piece of carpet wet. I wanted to be sure that I had zero chance of mold in the babies room.

It is now mid August. The date of service was early June and I am still battling for them to get an invoice out to my insurance company for payment. They are threatening to put a Lean on my home for non-payment and I called them today to speak with them about payment as my insurance company is trying to pay but in order to do that they need the invoice however, Debbie was not only rude but said the invoice would be sent when she got to it.

They are so willing to threaten me with a Lean on my home because I have not paid yet I cannot get out of them what I even owe for payment!

The repair department comes after the cleanup and dry-out and I already have their invoice. Their invoice was almost $2000.00 to put some doors back on and 2 toe kicks on my cabinets and clean the tile and floor. WOW! Half that invoice is surcharges and minimun overheads that you do not know anything about but they kept assuring me saying. Don't worry, your insurance is paying for this so why would you care? Well, maybe because I would like to retain my insurance coverage after this claim?

The repairs were two weeks after the cleanup. Yes.. that really means that 20 minutes of water cost me 3 weeks of dealing with fans, people in and out of my house and repairs! RIDICULOUS and the customer service representative was so rude! This was an overkill but they continued to tell me that this was a category 2 cleanup and they had to go this route even when I denied certain services. I would recommend some other company that will not deal with their customers rudely and threaten them with Leans when they cannot even output an appropriate invoice.

Say if insurance doesn't pay then you don't pay, then they help the insurance company deny you then sew you for the bill, never would use then ever
