Angel from Chaos Restoration was very responsive for the initial estimate and did a fantastic job on two areas in need of drywall repair due to recent leaks. He also identified and sealed the locations of the leaks and returned everything to better than the original. I would highly recommend Chaos for any upcoming restoration jobs!

Ernie did an amazing job on my daughter's family room and living room carpets. They were quite torn up by their dogs and we thought the tears were not repairable.  Ernie patched and stretched the carpets and you literally cannot tell anything as ever wrong. What a thrill to find someone so competent. He is a miracle worker!  Cindy

We had a main water line break in our office building.  The SERVPRO team did a great job during our time of need.  They where professional and efficient.  I highly recommend this organization for your emergency flooding needs.

I had a broken water heater in my garage and used Synergy Restoration to do the repair of damage.  They were extremely reasonable in price, worked with schedule, and I'd highly recommend them.

Super affordable and quick. I love the new paint and excited to keep working on the exterior of my house. Its a night and day difference. My husband and I are avid DIYers but so glad we hired Classic Shades to tackle this part of our renovation. They did the job so much better than we could have and were top notch professionals.

I was hoping to find more than just a LinkedIn profile, yet didn't. So here I am making one. Restorations by Gary Rait I would highly recommend for anyone looking to restore their sewing machines. From what I think he said, he restores more than just sewing machines and their cabinets. I found this excellent buisness and met Mr. Rait at a quilt show in Prescott Valley. For a reasonable price he restored my early 1900's Singer treadle sewing machine to working order. He did a beautiful job in getting it looking like a actual piece of furniture that would be found in a real antique store, not some worn-out falling appart thing at a flea market as it was. I am very happy with the care taken in picking it up it from my home in Prescott bringing it to his shop and returning it in a short amount of time. I also appreciate him saving what he could of the wood and machine parts.
If there was anything higher on Yelp besides the five Woohoo! As good as it gets! stars, he would definately deserve it.

Riley, I was a customer. Valarie came with mark last year and packed up our stuff. I dealt with Rebecca several times on the phone. Jeff was the one who was extremely rude to me when I spoke with him several times and NEVER returned one call. When I spoke with him it was only because I made several calls and once in a blue moon Rebecca would be able to get him on the phone. Anthony told me a bunch of people got fired and they didn't know which warehouse my items where in. You guys received a check for 7,700 from our insurance company (ASI). Dean from Arizona Restoration (who is amazing and courteous) called you guys to do the pack out when our place flooded. I don't know how to send you a private msg or I would. I stand by my first review. After taking the abuse and dealing with the non professionalism of your staff I was mentally spent. Our flood happened around Thanksgiving. You guys came and did the pack out the day after. I just thank God we didn't leave you a key to our house.  However I was here with my kids when you guys came. The last first name is Samuel. Now do you find it hard to believe we were customers?

I would not recommend dealing with Disaster Resoration LLC. I have had the worst headach getting them to send an invoice out on a very small amount of water that I had them clean. I caught the water within 20 minutes leaking out of my washing machine and called them for a quick clean up as I have infant twins and their room had a tiny piece of carpet wet. I wanted to be sure that I had zero chance of mold in the babies room.

It is now mid August. The date of service was early June and I am still battling for them to get an invoice out to my insurance company for payment. They are threatening to put a Lean on my home for non-payment and I called them today to speak with them about payment as my insurance company is trying to pay but in order to do that they need the invoice however, Debbie was not only rude but said the invoice would be sent when she got to it.

They are so willing to threaten me with a Lean on my home because I have not paid yet I cannot get out of them what I even owe for payment!

The repair department comes after the cleanup and dry-out and I already have their invoice. Their invoice was almost $2000.00 to put some doors back on and 2 toe kicks on my cabinets and clean the tile and floor. WOW! Half that invoice is surcharges and minimun overheads that you do not know anything about but they kept assuring me saying. Don't worry, your insurance is paying for this so why would you care? Well, maybe because I would like to retain my insurance coverage after this claim?

The repairs were two weeks after the cleanup. Yes.. that really means that 20 minutes of water cost me 3 weeks of dealing with fans, people in and out of my house and repairs! RIDICULOUS and the customer service representative was so rude! This was an overkill but they continued to tell me that this was a category 2 cleanup and they had to go this route even when I denied certain services. I would recommend some other company that will not deal with their customers rudely and threaten them with Leans when they cannot even output an appropriate invoice.

This company did an EXCELLENT job . I highly recommend them . The staff was very knowledgeable . We had major smoke damage to one of our homes . They came in and cleaned everything up . They are very professional, they are quick and the house looked brand new . Very nice people to work with .I highly recommend them .

We had a septic malfunction, so we had to have everything packed up and taken out of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, as well as our walk-in closet.  It was not an easy task but Absolut Restoration was fabulous!!!!  Very nice and extremely helpful. They made a daunting task a breeze!!!  Every box was marked with the exact spot it was taken from. Which helped a TON since I forgot to take my medication out of the cupboard. They found it without a hitch!  I Highly Recommend them!

Do NOT hire this company for any reason.  They did some work at my home nearly 3 years ago for some minor water damage.  One man came for 2-3 hours and my insurance company paid them over $4000.  This week I was served with a lawsuit naming me personally for nearly 10K with no explanation.  My phone and email have not changed and they never attempted to contact me.  I don't know why they think I owe them 10K but I now have 20 days to respond in court or there will be a judgment against me.  This is a dishonest company and I regret using them tremendously.
