Angel from Chaos Restoration is literally my Angel. My AC condenser in my attic was overflowing and water was dripping through my vent in my upstairs bathroom. It quickly escalated and I was so afraid my ceiling was going to cave in and the water would go through to my first floor. Angel came out seriously within 20 minutes of me making a phone call and was able to get all the drywall down and the fans drying everything out while his brother Ruben from Mosqueda Refrigeration stabilized the AC. I can't even tell you how relieved I was. They guys were all so nice and the bathroom looks brand new now. Thanks guys!

Ernie is a Five Star Guy! Can t say enough about him. He went above and beyond! If you want a guy who will respond quickly, get the job done at a reasonable price and be friendly and knowledgeable as well, then don't look any further. Ernie doesn't just do a job. He provides a service!

We had a main water line break in our office building.  The SERVPRO team did a great job during our time of need.  They where professional and efficient.  I highly recommend this organization for your emergency flooding needs.

Fortunately I didn't need restoration work done. I used Synergy to do work on my house. They showed up on time, did a good job, and had fair pricing. The work was done on time and the workers were nice. I will be using them again.

I was hoping to find more than just a LinkedIn profile, yet didn't. So here I am making one. Restorations by Gary Rait I would highly recommend for anyone looking to restore their sewing machines. From what I think he said, he restores more than just sewing machines and their cabinets. I found this excellent buisness and met Mr. Rait at a quilt show in Prescott Valley. For a reasonable price he restored my early 1900's Singer treadle sewing machine to working order. He did a beautiful job in getting it looking like a actual piece of furniture that would be found in a real antique store, not some worn-out falling appart thing at a flea market as it was. I am very happy with the care taken in picking it up it from my home in Prescott bringing it to his shop and returning it in a short amount of time. I also appreciate him saving what he could of the wood and machine parts.
If there was anything higher on Yelp besides the five Woohoo! As good as it gets! stars, he would definately deserve it.

I had a fire at my house, and was recommended  to this company by a majority of the restoration companies. I will say that this was the biggest mistake I made, and the most stressful part of the whole experience (including being home for the actual fire).
They seemed great to begin with and told us a good plan of everything. they were scheduled to start on a Thursday, and said they should be done by the weekend and if not Monday. Monday they called and cancelled, and tried again to cancel on us on Tuesday. It took multiple phone calls that day for them to say that they would finish up on Tuesday. When I went by the house, everything was still in the house even though it was supposed to be a pack out, and the whole garage was left untouched. Multiple phone calls to multiple levels of their company, all of which had a different story and blamed someone else. All the work was finally completed on Wednesday after having to check on them multiple time throughout the day (the owner Jeff said he would be there personally and never showed up).
As far as their inventory process, It will be my third trip out there to confirm they have counted all my items correctly. As I write this they so far have magically found 3 extra pages worth of items from the house that were not originally logged, even though they claimed multiple time that everything was accounted for, and more to come. One of the supervisors Valerie was super defensive and refused to acknowledge or even apologize that they messed up. It became more and more aggravating as we literally were pointing to items in plain sight from our stuff and asked them to find it (they couldn't), and yet she continued to say that everything was counted.
I am now paying for all this extra work that they have to do even though it was never done right in the first place. For anyone having to go through this process, it is extremely tedious and stressful to begin with, and Cardinal clean has made it a nightmare. I will update this review if it gets any better, but DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

A fire sprinkler pipe burst in the ceiling of my condo causing major water damage to the ceilings, walls, baseboards, floors and cabinetry. Disaster Restoration LLC responded to the call and was onsite in less than an hour.  They immediately had a crew of 6+ workers that worked late through a Saturday night to pump out the water, remove the drywall, and install the industrial drying equipment. From that point, there wasn't a minute wasted for the next 3 weeks to cleanup/restore my place to new ASAP. They checked the drying progress every single day for the next 2 week. Once the condo had dried, they worked directly with the insurance company very quickly to scope out the repairs, and completed all of the repairs (drywall, paint, baseboards/trim, and cabinetry) within a week.

All the way from the moment of disaster to the final clean up, I was beyond impressed with the quality of service that I received from Disaster Restoration LLC.  Each and every member of their team was very professional, responsive, helpful and punctual. I strongly recommend Disaster Restoration LLC to others needing emergency response, damage cleanup, restoration, and repairs.

Tavisha and her team did a fantastic job handling my claim for water damage with the insurance company. Throughout the whole claims process, they was professional, honest, and meticulous. Besides being a total delight to work with, the folks at Property Claim Adjusters know their stuff. They were able to advocate for a fair settlement ($5,000 when the insurance company originally offered 44 cents. That's right, 44 cents!). Tavisha's team had to work with some very challenging circumstances and difficult individuals in this process but they handled it likes pros. Personally speaking, Tavisha is just wonderful, and I'll happily use her if I need representation in the future. I'm very happy with Property Claim Adjusters' work.

I could  not have asked for a better experience in the face of significant loss.  My house was severely damaged by fire and I had no idea what to expect.  Absolut was there the first day to walk through the house with me, asking me to point out items that were important to me and helping me understand what could and could not be saved in a gentle and respectful way.  The cataloging of the belongings that were unsalvagable was incredibly detailed.  When it was time to return the items that had been cleaned and restored, everything was carefully wrapped, boxed and labeled.
