After being cancelled on by another plumbing company and unable to find an appointment, I was lucky to come across Manhattan Sewer Drain Inc! Manny returned my phone call within a few minutes, set up an appointment and came to my apartment within the half hour. He fixed my toilet problem and was very prompt and efficient. And the price was great! Thank you Manny!

Juan was an honest guy values quality of his work and cared about getting the job done right. Now a days, it's hard to find a plumber like that, because most of the time, a big plumbing company will send you someone that try to quickly get things done and move on to next job. Not Juan, he takes his time and do it correctly. I have Juan over to replace my water shutoff valve because it was leaking, he took a look and determine it's ok and nothing to be fixed, he explained to me why I would see some water during the hot days. He did not want to do any job that charge you a lot of money that does not need to be done. I valued such honesty above anything else. Definitely Juan has gained my trust and next job I have is going to call him for sure.

Was having a tough time installing a bidet. Joe came by on short notice and saved me a lot of aggravation. I highly recommend him and will call him in the future if I have any more plumbing-related issues.

My wife and I came acrosss Plumber New York a friends reccomendation and we were very glad. They answered the call immmediately and gave us a terrific estimate for our budget and agreed to do doing the work immediately. They were necer intrusive in our home nor were they tardy in getting the job done and cleaning up as if they weren't there at all! There was never a time when our call wasn't answered to swiftly if not immediately. Found this gentleman on Yelp, decided to call as tub is rusty and clogged, Zack picked up after a couple of rings, explained my problem, he spent his time describing all the different reason why water won't drain, the different options available from the least amount of damage to the most affordable, felt he was really trying to understand and help, will try a product he recommend and see if it will work, he also does other household work like painting, remodeling, roof, etc, we will keep him in mind for all household needs, it's a plus he is in the area

Carmine was absolutely amazing, did a fantastic job at installing new steel radiators. We replaced our old very bulky cast iron radiators with some new slim steel radiators. Worked like a charm, I have an older house which makes doing anything a chore Carmine was patient and got the job done. Will use Primary again.

We contacted several plumbers to have a water heater replaced earlier this month.  Rishon plumbing was prompt to respond and inquiry about what we needed and when we needed the work done.
We scheduled for the next morning and the guys showed up on time, they were extremely professional and had the work done in under 2 hours.  The price was great as compared to other places I looked at. They took the time to give me all relevant information and answer all my questions.  This was a fantastic experience, easy breezy!  Thank you guys so much!

BUYER BEWARE!!!! Stay away from this company. The owner is a scam artist. Requests 1/2 the amount quoted upfront it's for plumbing supplies in order to start work, wrote a check for 2k, cancelled directly with him a few short hours later, no problem, I'll   forward to bookkeeping for you to be refunded. Follow up two weeks later because still no check or wire transfer. No answer. A week later, Good morning just sent you $2000 deposit via zelle. Nothing in my account. Follow up #2, there is no money in my account. His response, Let me check. Receive response two weeks later, It was mailed Monday the zelle was returned. Never received the check. Follow up #3 still waiting for a reply since the beginning of August. Do Not AND I MEAN DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY MONEY!!!!! Bad business practices, lies and steals. I now understand why your foot was in a boot.

So here is my understanding of the plumber's response: They DID give me three options: install sink in basement, install sink and lavatory, install sink, lavatory and toilet. But you can see that these are just the prices for the three items I needed installed.
I do appreciate that they have experienced plumbers that should get the job done efficiently. However, that should result in greater productivity, not higher prices.
But I will ask them for a bid on my next project. The owner called me and seemed like a very nice guy.

Martin's plumbing and heating was called to our residence after our smoke detectors went of due to our upstairs heat unit smoking. Christian and another guy fixed the problem but most important calmed me down. I can't thank them enough for their professionalism, fast service and explaining things in my language. Now I have a forever plumbing and heat company .

DON'T USE PINI.  We are renovating our bathroom and hired him to do the plumbing work.  A simple job, no moving or complicated work.  He set the bathtub but didn't glue it level with the floor - almost an inch off!  What plumber doesn't make sure his installation is level??  If he would have fixed it promptly, I would say - everyone makes mistakes.  However, he got emotional, blamed my primary contractor for not catching the mistake in time, and over the phone, said offensive things about my contractor screwing up because he is Chinese (he's not) and doesn't understand English.  He then told us to take the job and shove it up our a*&.  Pini is in it for the easiest way to make his bucks - and sadly, plumbing is an enigma to the average person so no one knows if they are doing the job the right way or not.  But worst of all, he is ignorant.  Don't hire him.
