City of Sewer arrived during the 2-hour window they provided me. Once they arrived, they inspected my kitchen faucet for a leak and immediately identified the problem. Unfortunately, they didn't have a replacement washer that fit, but they told me exactly what to buy/do myself. So I went to Home Depot, got the part, and fixed it myself. Best of all? City of Sewer didn't charge me at all! Most plumbers will charge simply for showing up.

I had a minor toilet leak, as well, and he also showed me the problem & told me how to fix it myself. Again, not a single charge since they didn't technically fix anything!

I highly recommend City of Sewer over any other plumbers in the area!

Picked up his phone right away on a Monday night at 9:15 and fit me in the next morning. He arrived on time. Ed literally saved us thousands! We got the snake stuck in pipes trying to unplug a drain went too far and it was stuck I mean STUCK! We tried for hours to pull it out and nothing! We were looking at possibly cutting pipes and drywall to get it out! He came and worked and worked and got it out! He was incredibly reasonable and informative. Would recommend him without hesitation and have finally found a skilled honest plumber.

Called this morning, on Labor Day and got a quick response and visit.  Luis was thorough and gave some options going forward.

I had a leak under the kitchen sink and a faulty faucet. They came the same day, fixed the problem and installed the new faucet, quickly, efficiently and they were very professional and courteous. It was a relief finding them and I am very happy with their work. Thank you very much to Mesbah and Edie.

There's a reason All Go has a 5-star rating.  Very responsive, detail oriented, trustworthy, above and beyond.  

Our water main burst, water gushing every which way.  We frantically called around and All Go picked up the phone, asked for a photo, and within 30 minutes Thanh was on the scene to shut the water off and diagnose the issue.  

Since it was already the afternoon, All Go came back the next day.  Both Thanh and his boss Kiet were onsite.  There was an unexpected issue which required a special part, but there was no complaining or upcharge.  They even found another issue which would have required another visit, but they fixed that with minimal adder.  

The quote didn't include putting our pavers back, but Kiet decided to have it done anyway.  That extra step to make it look as it did originally even though we agreed upfront that it was not included cements in my mind why this is really 5-star service.  

Kiet clearly cares deeply about the quality of work and the reputation of his business.  He went out of his way to point out how I could reduce my future risk and educated me on my house's water systems.  I highly recommend All Go and will be using them for any future needs.

I was able to set up my appointment for a replacement water heater quickly and each of my questions left via voicemail were responded to promptly by Khan. They even helped unclog our sink drain while they were here and didn't charge us for it. They were in and out within less than 2 hours just as promised.  I appreciate that they took their shoes off inside without us asking (yes, asian household)! Highly recommend and they have my future business!

After considering two other plumbers I choose Drain Masters for extending a gas line into the kitchen.

1.They seem well experienced. Took exactly the time they said it will take to complete the job
2. Reasonably priced
3. They were nice enough to unclog the dish washer pipe line connecting to the kitchen sink for free while another plumber said it would mean to replace the kitchen sink grinder altogether and cost me 120$

I would go for DrainMasters with no hesitation whatsoever.

I agree  with Martin R's. review. I had a bad experience with the company and down to the owner telling me off on the phone WITH one of my clients listening to him.

I got Vic's contact from yelp's search results. When I spoke to Vic about the draining clog issue over the phone, he was very patient ,gave me nice what-if-this-or-that solutions, asked me to send him the picture of the clean-out under crawl space. I felt Vic was trying to solve my problem.  The other contractors I called just simply said they could not do the job.  Vic offers very reasonable and competitive price.
Based on my experiences,  I highly recommended Vic for the plumbing service.

Santos has been helping me for the last 8 years with all of our plumbing needs.  I highly recommend him to my all friends and neighbors.

He provides professional and friendly service with prices that are totally reasonable. Other estimates my friends and I have received from other local plumbers are ridiculous compared to Santos' pricing.   He is totally reliable and honest - I have always been home when Santos has been here as I am retired, however if I were not I would have no problem left him a key and a blank check.   His work is always outstanding, we've never had to call him back on any of his work.  I never thought I would say that all the plumbing work he does is beautiful, but it truly is!  Also, Santos cleans everything up. Never any mess left behind.  Talk about a bonus!

He has also done new toilet installations for my friends. They were thrilled with the entire experience, and have recommended him to their friends and neighbors as well.

I am so happy I know Santos. I would never have another plumber come to my home!

We had an issue with our older toilet not flushing completely. Oscar came over the following day and fixed the issue with an auger. He was easy to talk to and had helpful recommendations and thoughts on how to prevent any future issues. He was very tidy in that he used shoe coverings and was masked. Thank you for the help!

I asked him over the phone for a range of what it would cost to snake a tub drain which was a very simple job. Just a hairball in the P-trap they said between $160 to about $220 but when they got out there they said it be $240.   Took all of about 10-15 minutes to snake the drain. I understand, travel costs, and everything but still find the cost expensive for the amount of work involved.

I called Anthony today about a washer drain overflow issue. He scheduled an appointment with me on the same day. He was on time. Look over the issue, went up the roof and under the craw-space. & showed me the root cause of the overflow with his high tech camera probe & fixed it. Then I showed him the leak on elbow pipe that I was going to fix myself. But he went ahead and brought all the equipment and fixed it for me. Overall my money was well spent.  I highly recommended him.

Tino is very knowledgeable, professional and very reasonably priced. He responds quickly and keeps you posted on arrival. I have called him on two different occasions to fix problems with my old faucets. My house was built in 1958 and he knew exactly what to do to repair the problems. Do not hesitate to give him a call if you're looking for an excellent plumber!

Reached out to several different plumbers for an emergency repair for a leak in my crawl space that I needed to get repaired ASAP. After my primary choice flaked out on me, Hightop Plumbing was extremely responsive. I normally am skeptical with providers with low reviews, but made an exception in this case and extremely glad I did.

Takai is the owner and arrived later in the afternoon. He quickly diagnosed the issue and warned me it was a fairly complex fix in my crawl space. He worked well into the evening, but got the job done. He even looked into a dishwasher leak issue I'd been having and resolved that issue as well.

I got several bids for a small gas pipe relocation job, and theirs was the lowest by about 20%. They arrived on time, did a thorough and competent job, and cleaned up afterward.  Will definitely use them again if the need arises.

Great communication, showed up on time and completed on time.  Ivan is very professional, following all the Covid protocols, too.  Porcelain sink replaced.  He'll be our new go to plumber.
