My dishwasher stopped working and these guys fixed it no problem! I messaged them and the next day they came to see what the issue was. They fixed it quickly but also made sure to be thorough with their work. Very nice people as well. Would definitely recommend!

Giovanni and his brother are great! They are prompt, reasonable, and get the job done. They took care of some issues (clearing a line and a leak) very quickly, effectively and for a fair price. We called them at the last minute before Christmas Eve with a leak under the kitchen sink.  They brought a new disposal unit and replaced it promptly.  Perfect. I highly recommend them for any plumbing issue.

These guys are the real deal. We had a broken hot water line in the crawl space of our house. After several calls to other plumbers who could not get to us quickly, EJ Plumbing came quickly, and Gerardo did a full examination. We ended up doing a full re-pipe job because we have an older house which had galvanized. They were fast, responsive, very thorough and priced fairly. They did the re-pipe in one day with a team of 8 people and came back the next day to clean-up, patch, etc. Ben was our point person, and he is a straight shooter with lots of experience. Couldn't be happier with them.

I woke up abruptly at 4am to the sound of running water. Come to find out a pipe in my crawl space had broken and was gushing water into the crawl space. I turned off our water and then as soon as I got up in the morning contacted Khoa who promptly replied asking questions about the issue. They came over later in the morning to assess the issue further and give me a quote. Reasonable price and very responsive service. The repairs were completely quickly and professionally (the covered the floors since they'd be tracking dirt in and out from the crawl space). I will definitely be calling on them for future plumbing needs (fingers crossed not anytime soon though!!). Thank you Capitol plumbing team!! You saved the day.

Called Local Rooter & Plumbing after getting a no show no call from another plumbing company.

I called LR&P after another company decided not to show up. It was sunday (1/3/16) and i needed to get my toilet installed. The flange on the sewage pipe was in bad shape, the anchor bolts wouldn't secure properly.

Duy and his partner came to my house 30minutes after i called him. Very professional. They looked at the flange and then inspected the pipes under the house. They told me there was leakage and showed me pictures of the damage. The pipes were old and I decided to have them change the plumbing for both bathrooms.

They came out on Tuesday and completed the removal and install of the toilet and plumbing by the end of the day. They came back the next day to inspect that there were no leaks and replaced the main supply line as well. It was steel & was pretty rusty. The whole time they were working on the supply line, they were getting soaked by the rain.

All in all, i was very impressed by Duy and his crew. Their pricing was very competitive and the quality of their work is top notch. If i need any plumbing needs for my home or business, they would be the ones to call. They weren't pushy or tried to upsell repairs, they gave me a heads up that so and so part is still good but may need to be replaced down the line.

Our tankless water heater stopped working over the weekend. We called on Sunday and Marco picked up almost immediately. Marvin came out on Monday to have a look. He explained the problem, then gave us a quote for a replacement water heater which we found reasonable based on a few calls and some Internet research. He came the next day with a team and as of the end of the day, we have a new tankless water heater and hot water. No BS, unlike some of the other seemingly high rated Bay Area vendors we called.

This is the second time I have used JK plumbing. They are always able to get here same day. So friendly and fast. High quality work and very well educated, you can tell.

Marlon was prompt in coming for assessment of the problem and providing a free quote. Subsequently, we scheduled an appointment for the job, which he didn't show. He contacted stating that he came by but no one answered the door. There was someone waiting for him at that time, sitting about 5 feet from the front door, but I gave Marlon the benefit of the doubt and agreed to reschedule. He again did not show up, and again stated that no one answered the door. My family member saw the truck with his company logo pulled up, stopped for a minute without anyone getting out, and drove off. So I decided to get another quote from another company after a whole week was wasted waiting for Marlon. That was when I finally understood why he didn't want to do the job. He misdiagnosed the problem. The other company fixed the real problem, which would've persisted with the solution that Marlon had suggested. I have to give him credit in perhaps realizing the misdiagnosis, and not wanting to do the job wrong, hence I gave the 2 stars instead of minimum 1. However, he should have been honest about it. There was no need to mislead me and wasted so much time. I had to take additional time of from work because of the wasted week.

Came on time, installed new sink and faucet within hours and it looked perfect. Thanks!

It all started with replacing a garbage disposal and Steve's pricing was exceptional. I got 5 bids and everything was all over the places. Chose to go with Steve (owner of Local Local Plumbing).  Steve is extremely responsive and on-time.  We also had him install a high end faucet and went great as well. Our house does not have a sewer cleanout and in the middle of the night, the sewer got backed up! Steve came out the very next morning to diagnose, used a camera to locate the clogs and installed a cleanout for us to be able to use the snake and clear the clogs.  The price was exceptional as well. We have found the plumber for live and will be referring him to everyone we know!  In the next couple years, we will need Steve's help for installing a city sewer cleanout.  Thank you Steve, you save us from the mess!

The reason I gave them a 1 star is because when I called a recording came on and when the recording said if we come out it will be $250/hour so I immediately hung up. If you're open 24h why would you charge so much unless this is their normal price even when it's not an emergency. With that price why would I even call them at all emergency or not? They will not be getting my business.
