Monica, Lisa and the whole crew of 8 Flags Plumbing have been fantastic to work with. We have used them on several occasions and have always been pleased with their work. They replaced our bladder tank, water pump, kitchen faucet and also worked on our shower plumbing. When we had a question about the water pump, they came out the next day. I am happy to recommend them. Great addition to the island!

I bought a home and the plumbing was in a real bad way. Pipes were bursting. The previous owner had obviously DIY'd the plumbing.  

Well Kevin came out and redid all the plumbing in my home on a moment's notice--over a weekend no less! His price was very fair and the quality high. From experience I can say his work is far better than the work of the local big plumbing companies--the big guys just ain't got no quality control.

Anyway, I'm sticking with this company from now on. I can now sleep tight knowing I got good pipes!

They called me back and got me in for the afternoon. My wife who doesn't really deal with the house repair stuff was very happy David explained things to her and did excellent work. They even came in a little less the projected over the phone estimate which made me very happy. Military friendly! They just got added to speed dial!

Had broken a pipe leading into our home and they came out quickly to fix it. Very friendly sly and efficient and a very reasonable price.

We had an issue with the faucet in our shower. They responded with an estimate quickly and came out immediately. Super nice!

Back in the Northeast there is a saying. There is no such thing as a good plumber. They are always late or don't  show up. They are filthy and mess up your house and then they hit you over the head with a huge bill!  Things are obviously different in GA. Scott Delke is an awesome plumber. His team is responsive, on time and do the job right. While Scott is finishing up, his sidekick Adam even sweeps up the floor and makes sure the area is cleaner that when they got there. Can't say enough about Scott and his crew. Highly recommended. A++++ service and super fair pricing.

I had John from Dan's plumbing come out twice. The first time was to replace a garbage disposal. I gave them 5  stars because 1. John actually showed up for the appointment (during this day and time you can barely get any one to show up!) 2. He was on time 3. Was friendly and pleasant 4. He was knowledgeable. We felt so comfortable with him that we set up an appointment for him to come back a week later to install a Comfort Pump to our water heater, which by the way is life changing. 5. They were the only company that we could find that weren't ridiculously over priced. We called some of the bigger companies and just to get them in the door was double what Dan charged. If you have any plumbing needs, call Dan's Plumbing, I don't think you'll regret it. By the way, shout out to Miss Ellie that answers the phone, she's a gem. : )

Service on site was fantastic but when they called me a few days later for payment the amount they wanted was more than what they quoted while they were here.  When I brought it up to the manager she just said the driver must not have included the price of the part.  I told her I would pay full price but would not use them again and she just said okay and hung the phone up in my face - I then had to call back to make the payment!

If they are doing this to everyone I am sure they are making a killing.  Will never use again.

Do not have this company pump out your septic system. They left a considerable amount of solid waste in the septic tank, even after I told him he left too much in the tank.
Also, they have you sign a contract that contains 3 full pages of conditions. I consider that to be a bit over the top when they are just pumping out a septic tank.

I sold my home last week and this closing company did not give me an accurate settlement statement as far as the fixed costs (obviously some costs are variable). Not only did they leave out an $85 charge on the quote, but they actually had it listed twice and were charging me twice for it on closing documents. Had to wait for them to fix the paperwork. Disappointing and unprofessional. Kaitlyn Camp was my initial contact.

Charged $600 and the shower leaks worse now than when they started. Now they want to replace the valve $750. The prices are horrendous.

I was very impressed with how well they stuck to their timeline and their estimate. I will highly recommend them.
