Scotty is a true professional. Setting up an appointment was easy. Scotty called and confirmed two days prior to our scheduled appointment. He arrived promptly on the day of our appointment and got right to work. Scotty got the job done  in a timely manner and work he did wasn't easy. When my laundry tub drain stopped up, I called Levi's (now called Rocket Plumbing), after seeing they had fourteen  5 star reviews on Yelp (and one sour grapes 2 star from someone who hadn't even used their services.)    Brian answered right away and was easy to schedule an appointment for the next day.  He told me he had two jobs before me and that he'd call me and let me know more precisely when he'd be out. True to his word, he called and let me know when to expect him.  He arrived, assessed the job and gave me my options.  He did a nice job, cleaned up after himself, and was a pleasure to work with.  He is competent and professional, and understands what customer service is.  Brian is now my go-to guy for plumbing problems.

Had them changed my inject pump last fall. But something went wrong two month later, they came back the second day and redone the work for free. The working team is great.

Jesus was able to handle the broken pipe for our kitchen sink. He was quick in ascertaining what parts were needed and once his assistant returned with a part, Jesus completed the job within 2 hours.

I really did not expect that that Tim will be able to do my toilet. First he arrived on time, that's very important to me punctuality! Then he's able to do my toilet very fast and left a clean  workplace, cleanliness hits the spot in my heart. And lastly he's very polite and knowledgeable.. I would recommend  him and their company without question.

I requested a quote on Yelp to find a plumber for a line backing up with raw sewage into a walkway. Mike and another guy came and rodded out the main line and found a problem with a small sidewalk drain also.  They responded and came within a couple of hours.  Were knowledgable, fixed the problem right away, were very fair and also so pleasant.  Their work was guaranteed. I wont use another plumber after this.

Dimitry was super responsive and reached out within 15 minutes of the request. He gave me the price of the job ​over text vs other plumbers i reached out to and they had to come out and quote the job. Dimitry was able to provide me with insurance and plumbers license very fast also as this was a requirement from my HOA. On day of repair Lenny showed up and was ready to go. He had all the materials and knew what needed to be done. After the job he cleaned everything up and confirmed everything was operational before heading out.

Our hot water heater had an end of life event at 5am.  We called several places around 7:30 and Geoff responded quickly.  He was at our house around 10:30.  Was amazingly able to find a replacement 75 gallon tank and had old removed and new installed by 4pm.  Really good guy, and knows what he's doing top to bottom.  Great communication and would absolutely recommend using Apex and Geoff for all your plumbing needs.

I have lived in the city of Chicago for over 10 years and have used a variety of plumbers throughout that time.  Jan is hands down the best.  He is the first plumber I have ever hired that took the time to ensure we understood not only the issue but why he was addressing it in a specific manner.  Our current home plumbing issue was misdiagnosed by 3 previous plumbers and Jan was the only one to diagnose it correctly.  He and his team were efficient, professional and did an excellent job.  It's easy to recommend him and even easier to consider him the only plumber to call in the future.

AGAIN I  had a plumbing  issue this time in the bathroom,  so I called Victor again his response was within reason and came  as he indicated,  job well. Done  and pricing  within budget.  You are amazing , no short cuts. Up front  with solutions

Gwen T was awesome! Our first time checking out Fixer. We botched hanging a curtain rod and needed it hung properly as well as the bad install covered up. Gwen was on time and was able to take care of the cover up a d install in under an hour. She even took the time to hang the curtains. Throughout she made sure it was how we wanted by asking questions I hadn't even thought about, like if we wanted it centered in the room or over the window as these two things are not quite the same in this room. Also, exactly how far we wanted the rod to extend on either side.

Had an issue with the hot and cold water to my washing machine, they showed up the next day and fixed it when others wouldn't. Great stuff

He gave me a time to meet about a water tank issue I have.  He never came or answered any calls while I waited for him at house.  But he gave my number to some other plumber's to do the job.  Very bad way to run a business.

Brandon and Joe were life savers and amazing people to do business with at Kevin Szabo Jr Plumbing. They were on time, professional, and very knowledgeable.  I am usually weary of hiring plumbers, but this business is extremely honest and more than fair with there pricing I finally got rid of the drum trap attached to my bathtub that would produce standing water and caused very slow drain thanks to this business.  I will definitley do business with Kevin Szabo Jr plumbing. I also have to say that Brandon and Joe are great assets to the company.  Thank you so much!
