Best Sump Pump Repair in Chicago IL

We had yet another garbage disposal issue, just needed to be reset/unclogged a bit. Instead of coming out and charging us, Drain-EEZ walked us through fixing it ourselves and saved us the $150 we were prepared to spend!

I would highly recommend Rescue Plumbing! Victor and his crew were polite, timely, clean and explained the work they were going to do and pricing before we even got started. I will definitely be using Rescue Plumbing again, and sharing his info with others!

Thomas and his crew cleared out our main line for a third of the cost that other plumbers were quoting. Instead of installing a new clean out like other plumbers suggested, he figured out how to clear roots using the catch basin.

I interviewed 5 plumbers before deciding to work with Kevin on our kitchen remodel and updates to two bathrooms. Kevin is fantastic. He's meticulous, taking care not only to get things done right but also to make his work look beautiful. That's no easy feat in a vintage building with old pipes, but he managed to do it. Jesus helped to fix our kitchen sink clog. Very professional. Showed up on time and took care of the problem with no issues. Jesus also changed a leaking pipe and tightened a loose faucet for free. Hi! We lost electricity in half of the apartment and could not figure out the root cause. After investigating, Darell changed the main breaker, he came to our place very quickly and was very reactive. I felt comfortable with his detailed explanations and the cost seemed fair to me.

Hristo from ABV plumbing showed up on time as promised. He had a mask and a pair of bootie to cover his shoes. We weren't able to use the kitchen sink for exactly 1 week which was so inconvenient. He worked so hard to open the drain that the previous company couldn't resolve. He used a 50 ft cable to open the drain. He was so patient and kept cool the whole time. I'm so happy that we now have a working kitchen sink again. I woupd strongly recommend using them again. Thank you so much. Great job Hristo!!!

Dmitry was quick to respond to our call Monday evening when our bathroom drain was clogged and my husband couldn't fix it with drano or a snake. He sent Lenny the next morning who wore a mask and put booties on so our floors wouldn't get dirty. Lenny was very professional and knew what he was doing! He was honest and gave my husband tips on other plumbing issues/questions. Great service overall and will definitely call them again and recommend them to family and friends!

Spoke with Mike over the phone and he gave me some DIY advice on some of the trouble I had with my old faucet. Though, I didn't feel comfortable changing the faucet myself as the pipes I had were old, I decided to have him come over and do it. During the process, I was able to watch and he answered all the questions I had about what he was doing and he answered all the general plumbing questions I had. I would highly recommend him as he's very knowledgable and patient.

I had been calling a number of plumbers for an emergency repair, and Apex was the only one that even picked up the phone - even at places that advertised 24-hour service. I had a leak from a first-floor unit into the basement. Aidan came out in about 30 minutes and was able to find the problem in a galvanized, 90-year-old riser and replace it in about four hours. Because I had been calling plumbers since the night before, I was truly impressed with the service. Low key, nice, professional, everything you want in a plumber.

AMAZING!  My 15-year-old water heater suddenly started leaking around 6 PM; checked Yelp and found Vanguard.  Called and talked to Jan the owner who asked me to send him photos of the unit.  Did that - and by NINE AM the next morning, he and George were here replacing the unit with a brand new water heater, hauling off the old one, doing an excellent (and very clean) job of moving pipes around, replacing a valve on the shower in addition - and all for a VERY reasonable and fair price!  These guys are AWESOME!!

I had a clogged bathroom sink that was slow to drain. I had tried repairing it myself but was unable to reach the back of sink due to it being a tight space.  Victor was friendly, considerate, prompt, and quickly fixed my plumbing issues. He found a marker stuck in there. Must have been there for a long while. I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.

Erick from DW was so great. He came the day I called (that same afternoon), and was super communicative / explained exactly what our issue was, the cost, several options on how to approach solving it, etc.

On top of that, our water shut off was buried under a foot of snow, and he worked with his associate for a full hour outside trying to find it. I very much appreciated the extra time he took in trying to solve the problem.

I had a small plumbing job, to fix a leaking sink drain in my kitchen.  I called Kevin Szabo, jr plumbing and they had a guy come out in 2 days. Joe was great, explaining exactly what was needed.  He fixed the drain in under an hour!  Joe was friendly and knowledgeable. And the price was reasonable.  I highly recommend Kevin Szabo Jr Plumbing.

I was referred to Gary by a friend. I called and told him that I was thinking about a new  sump pump and maybe even a battery backup. Gary was professional on the phone and asked all the right questions. He pointed out even though my house is only 10 years old the sump pump is the original. Based on Gary's professional opinion he suggested its better to be safe than sorry. Especially since I have a finished basement why risk another season on a 10 year old pump.. So the next morning Gary came out and changed my sump pump. Its seemed like he changed it in no time. It was shocking since the sump pump is tucked in a corner with a cabinet built over it to hide it. Even with a small access panel on the side he was able to get in and change it out fast. While he was here he suggested that it would be a good idea for a battery backup system. We frequently get power outages here in spring and summer. He recommended a phenomenal brand that he sells and installs. His price on the sump pump and install was competitive but his level of service, professionalism, and experience is second to none. I look forward to having Gary come back and install that battery back up.

The 24/7 Service Team was awesome! Jose Castaneda and the other team member provided me with excellent service from the moment of contact until the job was over within the one day time frame which was actually a few hours. Not only was my issue resolved, but his plumbing expertise resulted in better service. Initially, I needed my toilets repaired. Jose suggested that I replace the toilets. He told me the brand and where to purchase. I purchased them immediately, and the next day they were picked up- by Jose and partner and installed. I couldn't be more pleased with the new toilets!  My home has never been more pleased! The team was efficient, knowledgeable of ALL plumbing services, polite,  and HONEST!
