We had a pipe leak inside of our walls that all affected our floors.  The person that was initially supposed to come out was stuck on a job so the owner, Justin, came out.  Joe was there for the rest of the project.  They were professional, straightforward, polite and fixed the issue without trouble.  I definitely recommend this company and will continue to use them for any issues in the future.

We had Mike Walker with Brian Long Plumbing to our home today. We had a leaking sink fixed and a new toilet and pedastal sink installed. The work, advice and professionalism was outstanding. Very disappointment with customer service . Miranda (reception) says that she will call when the workers are on the way but she does NOT. They have been trying to come out to our home for 3 days. Derrick showed up the first day, rang the door bell and knocked and we heard him and responded to that and let him inside our home to conduct business. But mysteriously the next two days (had to return to start labor) of trying nobody has ranged the door bell nor knocked. They claim they show up but NOBODY will ring the door bell nor knock hard enough at the door to be heard. My husband and I both have sat in the living room awaiting for their arrival and there's no way in hell we can miss a knock at the door sitting in the living room. Apparently , they aren't showing up or they are knocking on the door light as a feather like a child would do. Somebody is obviously playing games or dodging work responbility . If customer service is this bad ain't no telling what the work will be like...if you use this company be sure to call Miranda very 10mins in your time frame appointment to ensure somebody is REALLY on the way since she apparently can't remember to call . Also, make sure you remind her and the workers to knock harder on the door or ring the door bell since nobody have common sense to do that. What would be nice is to send a courtesy call....oh my, a upper level of great customer service ! Lol

Walked him through how to fix my water heater over the phone. It is very cold so I am sure he was very busy but still spent about 20 mins on the phone helping me and now I have warm water again!!

Great service!! The initial call asked for all the right information so they came prepared to address my concerns about a leaky faucet that was not due to a cartridge failure.
Kenny installed two upstairs toilets and replaced a faulty water pressure value. He was personable, neat and obviously excellent at his craft. I highly recommend his services!

Huge shout out to Adam Skiscim owner of Winn's Plumbing for his above and beyond extraordinary professional service! We had a hot water heater go down yesterday, called Adam up late in the day and boom he was on our issue. Installed a brand new unit without a hitch after sun down. You just can't find service and timing like that anymore without being gouged in the wallet from an unknown big box service tech. His pricing is right on fair, but his attention to detail, caring about your personal situation, and the quality of work from a licensed professional is what sets him above the herd.

Made an appointment with them the time came and they never showed. Had to call to find out they were running behind. They showed up stayed for all of 5 minutes and quoted me 3 times higher than everybody else that has looked at my problem.

Brian with ACC Plumbing was courteous and prompt. They charged me the exact amount quoted and were very respectful of my home.

I was calling to get a RFP for swapping out a black flow preventer. Would not give an estimate unless came out to the sight for a 90 dollar estimate fee.
It's an above ground device which is standard. Have two other companies who gave estimates and one of which is coming without a fee.

DISHONEST! DO NOT TRUST THEIR SERVICES. My property manager had hired them to come out to one of my rentals for a garbage disposal and shower faucet repair. They had quoted me over $500 to replace the entire garbage disposal and replace the shower faucet. He said there was a leak & that it was no longer working. My husband & I thought the charges were absurd so we decided to replace it ourselves. We ended up buying a new disposal for $89 from Home Depot and when we went to replace it, it turns out the existing garbage disposal was working just fine & it was only a jam! Very simple fix & we were very upset that we almost paid $500 for a misdiagnosis!! When we tried to call them to file a complaint, they did nothing to compensate for the inconvenience. Not only are they dishonest but their customer service is poor. So glad we decided to look at it ourselves and we will NEVER use their services again. I would recommend staying away from this company.

We called at 9:30 am for service on Saturday June 1st.  They kept calling to let us know the service tech was running late.  He didn't show up until 10:30pm.  That's 13 hours later.  He said he was really tired and asked if he could just cap the leak off and call it good.  Five minutes later he was done and charged me $200.00.

He also gave me an estimate to re-plumb my entire home due to faulty fittings.  He quoted me $9,100.00.   Thank fully I got a second opinion.  The job is done at $5,600.00.  

This vendor needs to learn about customer service and fair pricing practices.  Good luck to you if you need a plumber!

If you want quick timely service for septic tank emergencies this is your company! Experienced a horrible backed up septic tank that had not been emptied in many years. Thanks to John and Thomas's knowledge and hard work our issues were fixed in no time. Very friendly and funny gentleman too. The pricing was very reasonable as well!!!

My HVAC  was on the fritz.  They were able to come out the same day.  Scheduling was a breeze, and communication was maintained until Garrison was able to navigate to my location.  A picture was via text message so I knew who would be arriving.  Garrison was extra knowledgeable, and was able to troubleshoot, and fix the problem faster than I expected.  My home is super cold now!  Yay!  We are ready for summer!

I wouldn't recommend Terry's Plumbing - we called because I had accidentally flushed a rag down the toilet, and that needed resolved immediately (isn't that always when you call a plumber?) and they were able to get here quickly.  

The plumber himself wasn't bad at his job, and he spent time also helping us to understand what might need attention in the future (we've got an older house, stuff needs fixing) - BUT he also made suggestions that were absolutely ridiculous (remove the concrete slop sink in the basement and replace it for $800 with a fiberglass piece of crap - no thank you!) and quoted other future jobs at stupid prices.

For our immediate problem, we got off the hook for around $300, but I don't think it should have even cost that much, considering what he did.  In the meantime, I've found better plumbers who charge fairer rates.

EDIT: Two weeks later, when our sewer started to back up, what caused the problem was the rag that had gone down the pipes that the plumber from Terry's had failed to recover.  He left with our money, but not the rag he had been hired to recover.

The experience was a great one! Everything was great and I was very impressed with the quality of service. Very professional, extremely nice and efficient! I wish I had more for them to do because it was such a pleasure working with them. Eric is a great asset and I am honored to have had him working my order.
