ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER
Chris Carter, the owner of Carter Quality Plumbing. I started my service career in the United States Marine Corps on the water side (1171) of an engineer battalion. From there, I took a job with another plumbing operation. There, I studied and received my North Carolina state master plumbing licenses. That's when my family backed me and motivated me to open my own business. I opened Carter Quality Plumbing in 2001 and picked up my South Carolina state plumbing licenses the same year. For 11 years now, each year has been better than the last. I'm now married with three boys. In my spare time, I love hunting, fishing, and camping with my family. Being in the service industry is where I was meant to be. I love my career and how it's turned out. I'm so thankful. How can I serve you today?

Had sewer line issues and they really took care of me. Highly recommend . My guy was Isaac and he was a stud .
Couldnt really diagnose the problem yet I was charged for a diagnostic fee. Wasnt too impressed and wish I had saved the money and time spent. I'll look elsewhere.....

We call them and they come quickly and are very friendly and helpful.
I needed a condensation line cleared and I expected to have to schedule in the next few days, but they came tonight. Wes used booties, brought equipment around to the back entrance ...not through the house. Wes was very professional and didn't seem to mind my asking many questions and watching him work to see if I could learn something.
My husband was gone, but I felt completely comfortable and I Was Not Talked Down To in any way whatsoever. How refreshing. Right!?! I know.
Pricing was fair and work guaranteed for a year.

Had them come out and pump our septic tank. Stewart and Larry were awesome, friendly and professional! Stewart took the time to inspect the inside of the tank for cracks or any concerns, he checked our drain lines and explained what I could expect from their services today. He went over future options with me, was NOT pushy or just trying to upsell....which I greatly appreciate. :) Would definitely recommend them to come to your home!

Very disappointment with customer service . Miranda (reception) says that she will call when the workers are on the way but she does NOT. They have been trying to come out to our home for 3 days. Derrick showed up the first day, rang the door bell and knocked and we heard him and responded to that and let him inside our home to conduct business. But mysteriously the next two days (had to return to start labor) of trying nobody has ranged the door bell nor knocked. They claim they show up but NOBODY will ring the door bell nor knock hard enough at the door to be heard. My husband and I both have sat in the living room awaiting for their arrival and there's no way in hell we can miss a knock at the door sitting in the living room. Apparently , they aren't showing up or they are knocking on the door light as a feather like a child would do. Somebody is obviously playing games or dodging work responbility . If customer service is this bad ain't no telling what the work will be like...if you use this company be sure to call Miranda very 10mins in your time frame appointment to ensure somebody is REALLY on the way since she apparently can't remember to call . Also, make sure you remind her and the workers to knock harder on the door or ring the door bell since nobody have common sense to do that. What would be nice is to send a courtesy call....oh my, a upper level of great customer service ! Lol
Chris Carter, the Owner, called me because my review was so low concerning the price I was charged for the install of a studor valve while the plumbers were already here snaking my sewer system. He took the time to explain the charging system and agreed with the fact they were already here should have been taken into consideration in the total amount of the bill. I am very fair minded and expect to pay a fair price for work completed but I am also on a fixed income. Mr. Carter refunded a considerable amount of the bill to me. The fact that he cares about his customers so much to take the time to call me and make things right says a great deal about an owner. I am most grateful and have changed my review to five stars.
