Randy Dickerson replaced a leaking hot water heater for us. Excellent and prompt service. This was not the first time Randy Dickerson Plumbing has done work at my house and the service has always been excellent.

I've called Randy Dickerson plumbing several times in the last few years. He's always prompt, and has fixed a complex leak we had in our basement. He diagnosed and fixed the broken pipe in our basement wall. Randy is very good at what he does, and I would highly recommend him.

Walked him through how to fix my water heater over the phone. It is very cold so I am sure he was very busy but still spent about 20 mins on the phone helping me and now I have warm water again!!

Doesn't get any better than this!
Called and owner answered on Friday am
Was nearby and able to come over within 30 min to check out my hot water heater issue
Told me he would phone with estimates
Mind you, this was the extremely cold weekend where burst pipes were the rage!
Got the estimate on sat am
Heater installed Monday am
Clean work
Did what he promised
EXCELLENT SERVICE
My heater was in my attic so it was a bear
COMES HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I called this morning to set up an appointment. They were working in the area & came right over after that job was complete. In and out in a very short time with my problem corrected on the first visit. I will definitely recommend them to family & friends.
