Jason was great to work with. He texted me right away and we were able to get him out within a day or two. Although we had no real issue, it seemed to be an affordable expense to diagnose and have the knowledge of what was going on. He was very friendly and we will definitely use him again.

Very professional crew. They did an excellent job today for what I thought was a complicated job. They ran a new line for my kitchen sink drain because I broke the line while I was fixing a clog. The original line was behind my kitchen wall and they drilled a new hole under my kitchen cabinet to run the new drain. They gave me up front pricing and did more than what they initially told me but did not add on to the price. They are also very respectful of your property and cleaned up after the job. I highly recommend this company. I will definitely use them again.

Ted worked diligently on my long list of repairs - fixing drains, fixing faucets, and replacing a toilet. I am thankful for his identification and repair of a gas leak in my hot water heater. I am a repeat customer for this business and would hire them again.

Taylor arrived on time and with a mask on. Not only was he super knowledgeable but he was also friendly. He took his tome to really troubleshoot my issue without trying to upsell me things I didn't need. I thought the estimate was fair and I believe the diagnostic was done with a sense of, this is how I would want to be treated. I appreciated the work he did and would highly recommend this company. The customer service was fantastic; they communicated throughout the whole process. I also like how they send a photo and brief bio if the technician coming to your home prior to their arrival.

Friday afternoon 4:45 pm we had a leak in our hot water heater, we called and they had someone out at our house within 30 minutes! They did a quote and were out at 7:30 am the next day, Saturday, to install a new hot water heater. So so professional; great pricing, expert installers. I am so happy we called them. Very knowledgeable and up to date options and advice was given. Call them!!!!! Very happy.

Nick is the best!! Came out, in between jobs, 45 minutes after I called and a local plumber bailed.
Helped my SO move the vanity and even gave us some nails to put the molding back.
Can not recommend this gentleman more. Seriously, we are moving to Cornelius in two weeks and he saved us not coming in to a master bath without plumbing. Will only recommend and use this guy going forward.

I recently purchased a home with a busted water heater :(....Service Pro Plumbing came highly recommended! They were flexible with my schedule and installed a new water heater in less than an hour. They even took the old one away! Couldn't have asked for a better experience

I had an obvious underground water leak in the front of my property. The sidewalk, that divides the the grass along my front curb from the lawn on my property was showing (leaking) water. Angelo from Pure Flow Plumbing in Cover, SC immediately diagnosed the problem. He said it most likely was the main water line that feeds into the house and that a tree root probably damaged the line. He was right. Unfortunately this line was under the concrete sidewalk. Angelo did a great job cutting a narrow path through the concrete, locating the broken section of water line and replacing that section. He then repaired the side walk by poring concrete and smoothing it out. Had it not been for rain, he would have finished the entire job in one day. It was great having an obviously experienced, knowledgeable person who was able to do both repairs. As a bonus, Angelo was also prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Pure Flow! (Al. Ft. Mill, SC)

Let me start by saying... NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! This was one of the most unprofessional and disorganized contractors I've ever had the displeasure of interacting with. The first tech was just plain LAZY and didn't want to work past 5pm (at least that's what his co-workers told me.)
Office personnel over the phone was unprofessional from the start. Talking too quickly and over me. Hung up on me. Did not tell me until 10 min before the tech was going to be at my house that they were going to replace the water heater.
First tech arrived on time at 3pm on Friday (of the 1-3pm time they gave). Was in a really big hurry. Nearly hit my wife's car parked in the driveway as he came in. Dropped the water heater off and left bc he said he had 30 min to do the job and wasn't going to be able to finish in time. Still no clue why. It was 3pm... why couldn't he do my job?
5:30pm second tech arrived. Spent about an hour removing our original tank which was still functioning, just leaking minimally. New water heater the first tech dropped was the wrong one, too short and didn't have a stand or vent piping. He didnt have another one. He left at 6:30pm on Friday night leaving my wife and baby without hot water. Said another tech will be out tomorrow some time. They closed our work order with our landlord (Invitation Homes)
Saturday - wife and baby went to stay with family out of town so they could have hot water but I was stuck at home all day praying a plumber would show up to install the water heater. There was ZERO communication from the office that day. Thankfully the 3rd tech just showed up at around 2:30pm and I was there. Mid way through the job he realized he didnt have the proper tools (pex crimper) and had to drive to Lowes. Came back, got most of the job finished but at the end couldn't get the burner to light. At around 4:30pm he installed a new part and was able to make it work. It was not properly installed even though it was functioning. He was a super nice guy and I'm glad he showed up. But nothing could salvage the level of unprofessionalism we experienced.

Chad did a fantastic job of fixing a patio door that was very difficult to open. He responded to texts and emails promptly, and showed up on time for the job. It was a pleasure doing business with him. Chad will be the first person I call for any future home jobs.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mike Garvey Plumbing. I have called on Mike two times in the past 2 months for work I needed done at my home. Mike is very prompt, professional and knowledgeable. I work full time so it's crucial that I can make an appointment and have the service person show up when they say they are going to so my whole day workwise is not shot (on top of a plumbing bill to boot!!) Mike has been here exactly when he says he will be - And he always calls prior to the appointment letting me know he is on his way which is an added bonus. He is very friendly (not intimidating) and very knowledgeable and explains things so 'a woman can understand'! Being a woman -not knowing much about plumbing I always worry service folks will take me to the cleaners as I do not know when something can or can't be fixed or to what extreme the repair should be - aka $$$! Do not hesitate to call on Mike Garvey Plumbing - no matter how big or small your request is. He is AMAZING! And at a very fair price!

Great company; I know these awesome individuals on a personal level, and I know that their level of work is very strong and efficient.

HIGHLY recommend Brian Long Plumbing! I live in an older house and needed major plumbing work done. The first company I called quoted me $2000. I asked friends for recommendation and they recommended Brian Long. I called and am so glad I did! They were able to complete the work at a fraction of the quote I received and did it so quickly! Top notch service and professionalism! I had a leak under my kitchen and put a bucket there to catch the water - Hugh was kind enough to dump the bucket of water out for me!

I had a busted water line behind my refrigerator on Christmas Day. I called my warranty company and they said it would be a couple of days before they could find someone. Then after 48 hours, they found a plumber, but said that person wouldn't be out for another few days. The Home Warranty company finally let me choose my own plumber. I called Cain's Able Plumbing. I let them know that I had been without water water due to the leak and they came out that day. The plumber, JT was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Also this company is very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

This company installed a water heater for us. Part of their sales pitch is to service and clean/flush for the life of the unit. Is the heater is having some problems and needs it's first service and this company won't call me back. I have texted Dustin Williams and called, he hangs up on me and tells us we have the wrong number. Don't do business with this company unless you don't care about service after the install. Any implied warranty from them is useless.

My girlfriend called these guys and the people are polite, capable and courteous, but their pricing for a simple sink drain cleanout is insane. $89 for a trip charge (not credited into the job) + $473 to snake the drain for a pre tax total of $562; with tax a total of $602.75. This job was less than an hour onsite.
They claim upfront pricing, but do not give even rough pricing over the phone and will tell you that a knowledgable technician will call you and schedule an appointment. The upfront pricing comes when they are on site and the clock is running with, in our case, an intimidated lady feeling trapped into the deal.
I have over 25 years in the construction industry as a licensed general contractor/remodeler/inspector and while I appreciate trade work and the cost to value as it relates to skill and overhead expense, there are some things that are way out of line. I would have done this myself, but my girlfriend was trying not to worry me with a simple problem leaving me to find out after the fact when I saw the invoice.
Once again these guys get the job done, but for a simple drain cleanout it would be in your best interest to shop elsewhere.

Thomas Hurst was very nice and professional. He was on time for our 8 am appointment and completed our service within the time allotted. We hope to get Thomas again in a future appointment!

Dickerson plumbing just came to my house and unclogged a sink drain in about 15 minutes.
The technician told me pricing has changed to a fixed cost of $250 + a $55 service call to unclog a drain, all drains, any drain, 1 fixed price. That comes to over $300 for 15 minutes. I called and complained and they reduced the bill to $210. There are lots of plumbing companies in Charlotte. Ask yourself would you call Dickerson again for service ?
BTW, I also needed a toilet handle replaced, you know that $10 thing from Walmart. The price was $155 to install, about 5 minutes work and a $10 part.

I was having issues and called this place to come out to inspect. This was on Wednesday and the guy told me someone would be here on Thursday. Great! Waited all day on Thursday, no one showed. I called them back and they said I was on the schedule for Friday (even though I received my text). So, whatever, Friday it is. Now after waiting all day again, no one showed up and I received another text to see we'll see you tomorrow (meaning Saturday). These people have no clue of what they are doing. Go somewhere else!
