Julian did an excellent job of installing a water line to our ice maker. He also cleaned out our dryer vent and cleaned out the drains in our bathroom. We were very impressed with his service and the price was fair.

We had a leaking supply line to a new dishwasher and a couple of other issues in our kitchen related to that. We were scheduled and fixed within about 6 hours of initially hearing back. (They arrived right in the middle of the projected window, which was great.) The guys worked quickly and even did some additional cleanup before leaving. In the unfortunate event that we ever have other plumbing issues in the future, these guys will be the first call we make.

Ted worked diligently on my long list of repairs - fixing drains, fixing faucets, and replacing a toilet. I am thankful for his identification and repair of a gas leak in my hot water heater. I am a repeat customer for this business and would hire them again.

If only I could give them 100 stars, they have never let me down, great work, sometimes I think they are here before I hang up the phone. We have had two slab leaks over the past few years and they saved me both time

After another plumber flaked out, Mykola came quickly and did a meticulous job installing a new shower/tub valve set. Price was very reasonable and he was a great communicator by text. Won't hesitate to call him again when I need plumbing help!

Easy and fast install of the tankless water heater. Price was reasonable, and he helped out with our basement grinder too! Thanks!

I just have to say that I am soooo happy that I found This on Yelp! My family and I just moved into a rental property and the owner and his wife took jobs overseas so they aren't in the country and there isn't a property management company! Let's just say things have been extremely hectic and stressful with different issues that have come up one of them being that our toilet started backing up on the main floor and then the next day it was leaking into the apartment that's in the finished basement so we panicked and turned off all of the water! Which means we couldn't use the bathroom, shower nothing! The owner subscribed to American Home Shield and I called and reported the plumbing problem right away! They told me that I had to pay $107 for the service request and then wait until the contracted company called and set up an appointment! Well we ended up having to wait 3 days! The plumber finally came out and told us that it seemed to be an issue but that he wasn't able to do anything about it until we removed the mulch ourselves and that we were responsible for doing it and digging up the clean out! We were told once we found the valve and they could get complete access to it they will return!! I started to have a meltdown because I had no idea what or where this clean out was located and I had no idea what steps to take next!! He basically came and did absolutely nothing! At this point, I was so frustrated and desperate for a resolution! I mean I was using a bottle of water just to try and wash my hands and also had waste in the toilet that I couldn't flush! It was a very horrible experience! I found Will and Christine the owners of Service Pro plumbing and when I tell you I'm sooo glad I found them!! Will showed up extremely quick because he knew it was an emergent situation! He was very kind, professional, honest, trustworthy, punctual, thoughtful, caring, attentive patient, compassionate, detail oriented and most importantly competent in his knowledge and skill in the area of plumbing! He went ABOVE and Beyond my expectations and even took the time to educate us along the way! He basically told us that the first plumber incorrectly diagnosed the problem! What he found out was that it was a major issue on the city's side. He noticed that it was backed up which meant that the city had to come and fix it! And guess what Will said next!? He goes well I'll be honest I can do this job for you, snake the drain and get everything unclogged and charge you $400 OR we can call the city and report my findings and they will send someone out right away to fix it for free!! Do you know that Will even took the time to call the city of concord and explain to them what the problem was!?? Before he left, Will also gave me another tip and said to request that the city use a camera to get a better look in order to assess the damages accurately! The city workers showed up within 30min and found out that it was their issue, roots from a tree grew inside of the pipe which caused a blockage, they cleared it right away but unfortunately they will have to come back rip up the driveway and replaced the pipe because it's cracked but most importantly we were instructed to turn the water supply back on and we are allowed to finally FLUSH without worry AGAIN!! Lol He was such a blessing in disguise! He could've easily took complete advantage of the situation and my lack of expertise instead of giving us options! Yes, he could've just fixed it and charged me all of that money but instead he was so honest and definitely cared less about greed and more about saving us money which says a lot about his character and I was soooo thankful for him keeping it real with me! He only charged me $63 for the initial consultation fee and that's it!! I just want them to know how much I truly appreciate what they did for us! I would highly recommend him and his wife for all of your plumbing needs trust me you will not be disappointed!! I would definitely use them again and trust that I now have their business card tucked away for any other future issues with plumbing!

I had an obvious underground water leak in the front of my property. The sidewalk, that divides the the grass along my front curb from the lawn on my property was showing (leaking) water. Angelo from Pure Flow Plumbing in Cover, SC immediately diagnosed the problem. He said it most likely was the main water line that feeds into the house and that a tree root probably damaged the line. He was right. Unfortunately this line was under the concrete sidewalk. Angelo did a great job cutting a narrow path through the concrete, locating the broken section of water line and replacing that section. He then repaired the side walk by poring concrete and smoothing it out. Had it not been for rain, he would have finished the entire job in one day. It was great having an obviously experienced, knowledgeable person who was able to do both repairs. As a bonus, Angelo was also prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Pure Flow! (Al. James showed up on time and did a wonderful job replacing my shower valve! He cleaned up the whole work area and left the bathroom better than he found it. Please don't hesitate to call this honest and clear pricing company for any of your plumbing needs. They called ahead and let us know James was on his way. Thank you Charlotte Plumbing!

What appeared to be an easy job after watching a YouTube video then turned into a weekend nightmare. We had to call Option One over the weekend due to a stuck cartridge in our shower handle. We couldn't run the water back into the house as we weren't sure if any parts had fallen behind the wall. Scott came out in about a 2 hour window after we called and rescued us and put our mind at ease. It was absolutely worth the extra weekend fee to have peace of mind from this company. This is the second time we've used them and we will call them back for any further plumbing needs.

Chad was great - responsive, reliable, thorough. Friendly and gave me a few extra pointers before he left. Would definitely recommend.

I did not need Mr. Garvey's services as I just bought a new home, but being unfamiliar with North Carolina's winters I thought I would ask him his opinion of how to deal with my water heater through the winter months.
He did a great job answering my questions, very friendly and appreciated his kind attitude and helping demeanor. If I do need a plumber I would be using him based on that alone -- sometimes what a person does for you without any services in return tells you about their quality before you even need to use them. Mr. Garvey passed that test with flying colors, and I would recommend him highly.

WyattWorks did a fantastic job replacing 3 toilets in our house while installing slow close lids. The work was done seamlessly and there wasn't any hassling or up-selling during the process. Smooth and efficient! I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

I called Brian Long Plumbing for a plumbing problem with my toilet. Best call I made! My toilet tank had cracked and I needed a new installation. This company is a hidden gem! I had made a dozen calls, starting with the most highly rated. None could help. Brian is extremely busy but squeezed me in for a 24 hour turnaround time. Extremely knowledgeable and honest to a fault. He has been in business for a decade. He was able to uninstall and install a new toilet in under 90 minutes, was the most reasonably priced and takes extreme pride in his work. I would absolutely recommend Brian to anyone needing a plumber and he will be my first call if ever needed again.

My girlfriend called these guys and the people are polite, capable and courteous, but their pricing for a simple sink drain cleanout is insane. $89 for a trip charge (not credited into the job) + $473 to snake the drain for a pre tax total of $562; with tax a total of $602.75. This job was less than an hour onsite.
They claim upfront pricing, but do not give even rough pricing over the phone and will tell you that a knowledgable technician will call you and schedule an appointment. The upfront pricing comes when they are on site and the clock is running with, in our case, an intimidated lady feeling trapped into the deal.
I have over 25 years in the construction industry as a licensed general contractor/remodeler/inspector and while I appreciate trade work and the cost to value as it relates to skill and overhead expense, there are some things that are way out of line. I would have done this myself, but my girlfriend was trying not to worry me with a simple problem leaving me to find out after the fact when I saw the invoice.
Once again these guys get the job done, but for a simple drain cleanout it would be in your best interest to shop elsewhere.

I should have read the reviews first. Most of them reference high prices.
Friday July 2, I noticed water dripping under my house. Morris Jenkins tech came out Trip charge was $89 or repair quote was $365 and no trip charge (yeh right)
Holiday weekend coming and no water. I recently had injury not allowing me to access under my house. So against my better judgement and not wanting to waste $89 trip charge fee. I said ok. The issue was a tee connecting the pipes had gone bad, at most $5.00 at Lowes. The Tee was replaced and the Tech found another one and replaced it as well. Then found another one and asked me if I wanted him to replace it. Stupid me I figured as long as he was there. Well I got charged another $365. I had heard several years ago about Pex pipe and fittings going bad and that was what the tech told me was happening. The tech did a good job and only spent a hour at the most so I have no complaint about his work and his honesty. But $720 for a hours work and his driving time which is only less than 40 minutes. Basically charging me 600 dollars an hour. That is on Morris Jenkins. Two hours after they left another pipe fitting broke and no water again. This time my 19 year old son who knows nothing about plumbing went to Lowes and replaced two more fittings. It cost $ 10 dollars. Again the tech did a good job but the company is giving the tech's a bad name. They also gave me a quote for replacing all the pipes under the house $6000 - $8000 + . Cost of a good used car or a really nice down payment on a new house or two brand new refrigerators. I'm not saying the pipes don't need replaced. Maybe yes maybe no. but I will research that first but mainly because its Morris Jenkins saying I need it done. If they pay there tech's $100 per hour ????? Don't think that much. That still leaves Morris Jenkins a $500 profit for one job. What I see on other posted reviews is A joke Rip off Bad Experience Cost you an arm and a leg On and on. Over 75% of the reviews are negative and mostly regarding their cost. My fault I guess when you retire you have to be a lot more careful that $720 is close to half what I make on Social Security in a month. Shame on me ! Shame on them! I did call to talk to a supervisor no return call yet.

Dickerson plumbing just came to my house and unclogged a sink drain in about 15 minutes.
The technician told me pricing has changed to a fixed cost of $250 + a $55 service call to unclog a drain, all drains, any drain, 1 fixed price. That comes to over $300 for 15 minutes. I called and complained and they reduced the bill to $210. There are lots of plumbing companies in Charlotte. Ask yourself would you call Dickerson again for service ?
BTW, I also needed a toilet handle replaced, you know that $10 thing from Walmart. The price was $155 to install, about 5 minutes work and a $10 part.

I was having issues and called this place to come out to inspect. This was on Wednesday and the guy told me someone would be here on Thursday. Great! Waited all day on Thursday, no one showed. I called them back and they said I was on the schedule for Friday (even though I received my text). So, whatever, Friday it is. Now after waiting all day again, no one showed up and I received another text to see we'll see you tomorrow (meaning Saturday). These people have no clue of what they are doing. Go somewhere else!
