Julian's is awesome! We called late in the day and they were out first thing the next morning! They were honest and fixed our leak, for a very reasonable price, without any added up charges, etc...Very professional and nice. We will definitely be using them again. Julian's Plumbing is highly recommended!

What a great company to deal with. We were without water and called All Hours Plumbing to help determine the cause of the problem. Brett came out and quickly realized that the error was caused by another plumbing company who had mistakenly cut our water off when working on another home in the neighborhood. I planned to call the other plumbing company to try and get a refund. Before I was able to do so, Brett took the initiative to call and collect payment from the other plumbing company. I was very impressed, we will be using All Hours for all future plumbing needs.

I needed a gas line moved in order to install a new gas range.  The guys did a great job and stood behind their work.

We faced an emergency on Thanksgiving with a family full of guests. The waste leaving our house was coming up out of the clean out of our pipe leaving the house. It was a mess. I reached somebody from ER Plumbing right away and a plumber, Joe, called back within 5 minutes. He was at our house within an hour and quickly took care of our issue. We were able to eat Thanksgiving meal and clean up without a hitch thanks to Joe. What's more, the price was very reasonable--no extra charge for the holiday either.

Called for estimate only. Cost: $49 just to come take a look.To snake main line was $295. Thought it  pricier than I felt the job warranted, but he was pleasant-spoken.Plumbers in Charlotte are amazingly high for an hour's work it seems.

Nick is the best!! Came out, in between jobs, 45 minutes after I called and a local plumber bailed.
Helped my SO move the vanity and even gave us some nails to put the molding back.
Can not recommend this gentleman more. Seriously, we are moving to Cornelius in two weeks and he saved us not coming in to a master bath without plumbing. Will only recommend and use this guy going forward.

I just want to thank Service Pro for coming out and fixing my hot water today. I was 11 days without hot water trying to go through my warranty and the owners along with John who fixed my water heater saved the day! I highly recommend this company. I had an obvious underground water leak in the front of my property. The sidewalk, that divides the the grass along my front curb from the lawn on my property was showing (leaking) water. Angelo from Pure Flow Plumbing in Cover, SC immediately diagnosed the problem. He said it most likely was the main water line that feeds into the house and that a tree root probably damaged the line. He was right. Unfortunately this line was under the concrete sidewalk. Angelo did a great job cutting a narrow path through the concrete, locating the broken section of water line and replacing that section. He then repaired the side walk by poring concrete and smoothing it out. Had it not been for rain, he would have finished the entire job in one day. It was great having an obviously experienced, knowledgeable person who was able to do both repairs. As a bonus, Angelo was also prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Pure Flow!  (Al. Highly recommend! Quality service and the best price in town. After our hot water heater went out a week ago I started price quoting different companies and having them come look at the situation to evaluate themselves. My hot water heater being in the attic of a two story home, I started getting extra $ quoted for this that and the other as necessary or up to worst case scenario. Charlotte Plumbing did not. Staff was very upfront about pricing and possible needs without gouging me. The job ended up costing a whole $1000+ less than what I was quoted by one of the Top Guys in Charlotte!!!!!! From the beginning to the end of my experience, the quality of customer service provided by Damien, Christina, James and Justin should be the industry standard. Great job guys, and thank you!

Tim was very helpful giving us the financial part of this and making it not quite so bad.  Especially compared with Morris Jenkins and their absurd quote.   I am very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend this company.   We've already talked to them about a tankless hot water heater.   Give them a call!!

I've used Chad multiple times for projects around my house and cannot recommend him highly enough.  He is responsive, shows up on time every time, does great quality work and his pricing is fair.  I've had him complete a variety of projects to installing hardware on my walls, electrical work (new lights, outlets), assembled/installed furniture and a variety of other projects around the house.  He is a true professional and you won't regret leveraging him for your projects!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mike Garvey Plumbing.  I have called on Mike two times in the past 2 months for work I needed done at my home.  Mike is very prompt, professional and knowledgeable.  I work full time so it's crucial that I can make an appointment and have the service person show up when they say they are going to so my whole day workwise is not shot (on top of a plumbing bill to boot!!)  Mike has been here exactly when he says he will be - And he always calls prior to the appointment letting me know he is on his way which is an added bonus.  He is very friendly (not intimidating) and very knowledgeable and explains things so 'a woman can understand'!  Being a woman -not knowing much about plumbing I always worry service folks will take me to the cleaners as I do not know when something can or can't be fixed or to what extreme the repair should be - aka $$$!   Do not hesitate to call on Mike Garvey Plumbing - no matter how big or small your request is.  He is AMAZING!   And at a very fair price!

Really good experience with the team here! Very quick to respond (via Yelp, text AND phone) and were very detailed and clear in their responses, pricing and suggestions. They were competitive with the handful of other quotes we got as well.

We thought our water heater needed replaced and they were going to be able to get someone out same day! Even with the influx of business during the Covid madness, they were very accommodating with scheduling since we had no hot water.

Our technician (Mike) arrived when scheduled and was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. Turns out we had an issue with our pilot light and was able to get us hot water back in minutes! He did a thorough inspection before just proceeding with the replacement and was very honest. We didn't even question that we needed a completely new tank (which would have cost us a significant amount of money) and could have easily been taken advantage of us. Instead, it was a small trip charge and we were back in business. Also, if that fix doesn't hold up, that charge is applied to the work if they need to come back out!

Not sure how much time the fix will buy us since we have an older unit, but when the time does come for a replacement or any other plumbing needs, we will be sure to call the team at WyattWorks Plumbing right away! Grateful to have found an honest plumber here in Charlotte and would recommend!

HIGHLY recommend Brian Long Plumbing! I live in an older house and needed major plumbing work done. The first company I called quoted me $2000.  I asked friends for recommendation and they recommended Brian Long.  I called and am so glad I did! They were able to complete the work at a fraction of the quote I received and did it so quickly! Top notch service and professionalism! I had a leak under my kitchen and put a bucket there to catch the water - Hugh was kind enough to dump the bucket of water out for me!

I had a busted water line behind my refrigerator on Christmas Day. I called my warranty company and they said it would be a couple of days before they could find someone. Then after 48 hours, they found a plumber, but said that person wouldn't be out for another few days. The Home Warranty company finally let me choose my own plumber. I called Cain's Able Plumbing. I let them know that I had been without water water due to the leak and they came out that day. The plumber, JT was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Also this company is very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Had a tub removed in my grandma's house she is 80 and has a hard time stepping over the tub they installed a walk in shower with grab bars for her safety they had the upmost compassion for my mom and remodeled her bathroom for her safety it took a huge worry off my mind i was so worried she would fall but thanks to abetterway for putting me at ease they also followed up a year later for a warranty issue that they took care of at no cost to me! Dustin the owner is a standup guy they have done a few jobs for my friends as well!

I had granite countertops installed by Carolina Granite and unbeknownst to me, they do not reconnect the plumbing so I contacted 3 Way Plumbing since they had been to my home from a home warranty issue I had and I was satisfied with the work they completed. I only needed a faucet installed and the plumbing reconnected (dishwasher, garbage disposal and PVC pipes for sink). The PVC pipes were practically brand new since the garbage disposal was replaced last December. I was charged $757 for this work and feel this is highway robbery. I didn't ask for the pipes to be replaced which they were and it took less than an hour and a half to complete the job. My advice after this expensive experience is to hire an independent plumber who doesn't pass their overhead onto the customer as you'll be paying for their high tech work vans and advertising costs.

Ripoff. Called them to replace faulty igniter and starter in fireplace. Looked at gas line, rearranged logs and quoted me $2,700 to replace the igniter and starter but with logs included, which I didn't need. Told me it was an all in one arrangement and charged me $225 for this sage, but incorrect, advice before departing. Hearth & Patio replaced what I needed for $150 with additional $125 service charge. I guess Morris-Jenkins pays for their TV commercials by gouging their customers. Avoid.

After paying them $300 to repair a hot water heater that is only 6 years old I was still having the same issue shortly after the plumber left.  I was then told when I spoke with them that the plumber would be back the next day, a Saturday.  When he never showed I called them and they told me he didn't work that day and he could come on Monday and replace the entire unit.  I asked about the $300 in parts and labor that I already paid and they said that was paid for the work they did and not relevant to replacing the unit.  I refused and decided to look at the unit myself.  I discovered that the unit was not getting any air as the intake was covered with dust and dirt.  The plumber had said he cleaned this area out and DID NOT.  After cleaning it myself I am back up and running but still out the $300 in un-needed repairs that they performed.

I felt that the technician was more interested in upselling instead of listening and diagnosing problem.  We had a clog/blockage in drainage piping under house that was causing backup of septic into house (we believe due to construction materials getting into drain from remodel we had just had done in bathroom). We were wanting likes snakes/scoped to make sure clog was resolved and no further issues.  Technician tried to convince us that we needed to repipe drainage pipe for whole house which was not wanted or needed.  We had lived in house three plus years and no issues prior to bathroom remodel.
