SERVICE SERVICE SERVICE!!! What a great experience. I contacted Julian's this morning via a Yelp! message, got a response within 15 minutes, and scheduled an appointment for this afternoon. Jeff text me when he was on his way and showed up RIGHT ON TIME! WHAAAAAT?!? Jeff did not mince words - he when straight in, discovered the problem with our toilet, and fixed in in quite a timely fashion. All told, he was in and out in 30 minutes max AND ALSO SUGGESTED I CHECK IN ON YELP! TO GET A $50 COUPON! AND WHO DOESN'T LOVE FREE MONEY?!?

I'm going to have my wife write a review as well, then petition Yelp! to combine the two so that we can give Julian's Plumbing TEN STARS!

After running errands on Sunday, we came home to hear this drilling noise coming from the other side of one of our walls. The water heater's pressure and temperature valve was spinning like Linda Blair's head and draining a good amount of water. After calling a few plumbers via Angie's List or Google and Yelp!, we found two services that weren't closed and who we were able to leave messages for. This guy was the first to call back (yay Yelp!) and it wasn't too long after leaving the voicemail. He was able to diagnose the potential problem over the phone and give me an estimate. He was able to get to our place within the hour. After checking things out, he found the main problem to be more than the valve (water pressure from the house was dangerously high). He had no problem walking my husband and I through what he was doing or explaining things we didn't understand. He gave us an updated estimate on the spot before needing to run to Lowe's to pick up some extra parts he needed for the job.

I can't recommend this company strongly enough. The customer service was excellent. The work was thorough, done in a timely manner, and appears to be well done. For a day when it appeared that finding an open plumber was not going to happen, we ended up finding a fantastic company. We allowed them to put a sticker on out water heater so now we'll never lose their number.

Daniel J is one of the best plumpers I have hired. He came in on a holiday weekend and got the work done right and even fixed up work that a different employee did wrong before.  He is a great technician from option one.

Nick was awesome! We just bought an older house so there were quite a few plumbing issues and past 'handyman' fixes to be repaired.

We had cast iron, copper, pex, pvc and he did it all! We removed a wall in our bathroom and he redirected our plumbing to go down a different wall and even crawled up in our tiny attic to secure the cast iron that was falling down.  He also moved our water heater, plumbed in our vanities, set up our shower/handheld valves/diverters.

Can't recommend him and his partner, Burke, enough! Super responsive, punctual, and clean up well after themselves. Plus they were very sweet to our dog who is very curious and all up in their business. We will definitely be using them when we get around to doing our other bathroom!

We had a leak coming from our garbage disposal.  Called Service Pro and they promptly came out within a few hours to promptly fix the problem.  Their fees seem fair and maybe even a little lower than the big guys.  They have a $59 service fee so be sure to ask up front if you know what you are having done that this does not include labor or parts.  They seem very honest which I can appreciate and even offer a one year guarantee.  I will keep their name on file in case something comes up again.

I had an obvious underground water leak in the front of my property. The sidewalk, that divides the the grass along my front curb from the lawn on my property was showing (leaking) water. Angelo from Pure Flow Plumbing in Cover, SC immediately diagnosed the problem. He said it most likely was the main water line that feeds into the house and that a tree root probably damaged the line. He was right. Unfortunately this line was under the concrete sidewalk. Angelo did a great job cutting a narrow path through the concrete, locating the broken section of water line and replacing that section. He then repaired the side walk by poring concrete and smoothing it out. Had it not been for rain, he would have finished the entire job in one day. It was great having an obviously experienced, knowledgeable person who was able to do both repairs. As a bonus, Angelo was also prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Pure Flow!  (Al. James showed up on time and did a wonderful job replacing my shower valve!  He cleaned up the whole work area and left the bathroom better than he found it.  Please don't hesitate to call this honest and clear pricing company for any of your plumbing needs.  They called ahead and let us know James was on his way. We had a pipe leak inside of our walls that all affected our floors.  The person that was initially supposed to come out was stuck on a job so the owner, Justin, came out.  Joe was there for the rest of the project.  They were professional, straightforward, polite and fixed the issue without trouble.  I definitely recommend this company and will continue to use them for any issues in the future.

Chad was great - responsive, reliable, thorough. Friendly and gave me a few extra pointers before he left. Would definitely recommend.

I did not need Mr. Garvey's services as I just bought a new home,  but being unfamiliar with North Carolina's winters I thought I would ask him his opinion of how to deal with my water heater through the winter months.

He did a great job answering my questions, very friendly and appreciated his kind attitude and helping demeanor.   If I do need a plumber I would be using him based on that alone -- sometimes what a person does for you without any services in return tells you about their quality before you even need to use them.  Mr. Garvey passed that test with flying colors, and I would recommend him highly.

I had a good experience.  What I had was not an emergency - just a leaky shower head where I couldn't remove the handle. Thankful they were able to get it off and replace the cartridge and washers at a reasonable price.

We had Mike Walker with Brian Long Plumbing to our home today. We had a leaking sink fixed and a new toilet and pedastal sink installed. The work, advice and professionalism was outstanding. I highly recommend this company. It is nice to have someone so pleasant and who also really puts pride in his work at the same time.

I've used Cain's twice after moving into my new home. They helped with a leak in my shower drain and installing a new toilet. Both times were super easy to setup an appointment with and they met their time window. Each tech was super helpful and quick. I was super impressed and will be using them for all future plumbing work.

Had a tub removed in my grandma's house she is 80 and has a hard time stepping over the tub they installed a walk in shower with grab bars for her safety they had the upmost compassion for my mom and remodeled her bathroom for her safety it took a huge worry off my mind i was so worried she would fall but thanks to abetterway for putting me at ease they also followed up a year later for a warranty issue that they took care of at no cost to me! Dustin the owner is a standup guy they have done a few jobs for my friends as well!

I was calling to get a RFP for swapping out a black flow preventer. Would not give an estimate unless came out to the sight for a 90 dollar estimate fee.
It's an above ground device which is standard. Have two other companies who gave estimates and one of which is coming without a fee.

We have a service contract with MJ, so we received a call and email to schedule our Free maintenance appointment. Both times they came out, our system was working perfectly fine before they came, and then stopped working immediately after they leave. I had to call them back out to get it working again and we were told it was coincidence both times. They try to make it seem like they are cutting us a break by not charging us a fee to come back out, just charging for parts and labor. Seems shady to me!!!

We had a true EMERGENCY tonight and the woman who answered the phone not only seemed disinterested but she was annoyed. She first quoted me $150 an hour (which I wrote down amongst all of my notes from trying to reach a reputable plumber) but then as I was trying to see if she was going to get someone here faster than another company who gave me a 3 hour window, she told me it would be $175/hour. Now that's dishonest, tacky and inexcusable. I would have paid whatever. I found a great company who came directly out and helped us. No thanks to Dickerson....

I was having issues and called this place to come out to inspect.  This was on Wednesday and the guy told me someone would be here on Thursday. Great!  Waited all day on Thursday, no one showed. I called them back and they said I was on the schedule for Friday (even though I received my text).  So, whatever, Friday it is.  Now after waiting all day again, no one showed up and I received another text to see we'll see you tomorrow (meaning Saturday).  These people have no clue of what they are doing.  Go somewhere else!
