this was our first time using this company, very professional,very knowledgeable. He
went above our expection of what was needed , went the extra mile  to get job done .
we had  water leaks under the house and in a wall, other company i had used for 15 yrs  said it would take 2 days or more to fix. Adam Skiscim did all the work in 31/2 hrs, he never stop moving and kept us informed  about the jobs the whole time. I would recommend him highly and will be using him again .

Customer service was PHENOMENAL!! Reached out Monday evening and resolved my problem within 24 hours. Arrived on time. Had to reach out a second time to have dishwasher install and they came out the same day. I've have already done business with them twice and will continue to work with them. Prices are very reasonable.

This company was a no-show TWICE for scheduled appointments....not even a courtesy call to explain why.  I called and complained on business voicemail....no one even bothered to call me back.  I called again and office lady assured me plumber would call....never happened.  Steer clear, folks.

I wouldn't recommend Terry's Plumbing - we called because I had accidentally flushed a rag down the toilet, and that needed resolved immediately (isn't that always when you call a plumber?) and they were able to get here quickly.  

The plumber himself wasn't bad at his job, and he spent time also helping us to understand what might need attention in the future (we've got an older house, stuff needs fixing) - BUT he also made suggestions that were absolutely ridiculous (remove the concrete slop sink in the basement and replace it for $800 with a fiberglass piece of crap - no thank you!) and quoted other future jobs at stupid prices.

For our immediate problem, we got off the hook for around $300, but I don't think it should have even cost that much, considering what he did.  In the meantime, I've found better plumbers who charge fairer rates.

EDIT: Two weeks later, when our sewer started to back up, what caused the problem was the rag that had gone down the pipes that the plumber from Terry's had failed to recover.  He left with our money, but not the rag he had been hired to recover.

Highly recommend using Thompson. Their phone operator Jessica was very understanding and they were able to get into my house to fix a major gas hot water heater problem within a day. Their price was reasonable and fair.  Scott and Jake did the work at my house and went above and beyond. I had 3 got water heaters in my basement. The old broken one, a new but incorrect one and the one they installed. They took with them the old broken one and helped me move the new but incorrect one into the garage.

This is a local company you can trust to take their time and do good work.

Great reliable service.  Definitely did his best to resolve all the plumbing issues we had!

Joe and his protege, Mike, not only superbly fixed my clogged toilet (which was also evident in the tub), they also cleaned up really well afterwards.  

I strongly recommend All Clear Sewer and Drain if you have any clogged drain issues!

BTW, Anthony, (a USMC Veteran), with whom I set up the appointment, was also fantastic!

Had a leak in my house, called the answering service.  Call was returned and plumber said he would be at my house the next afternoon.  Never showed up, never called to say he wasn't coming.  Stayed in my house waiting from 12 noon until 7:30 pm.  He is now fired!

I contacted Transou's after other recommendations in the Next Door/Buena Vista app. Michael came over and explained the various options I had fora sump pump back up system. I felt their price was reasonable for such an extensive job. (I have 3 sump pumps.) They arrived approximately when expected. My only small complaint would be they underestimated the time the job would take (it took almost 6 full hours, not two as estimated.) Additionally, there was a miscommunication about the bill and invoice I was charged, but when I expressed my concerns to Brandon the owner, he got back to me quickly and rectified the situation to my satisfaction, refunding me the amount of the misunderstanding. They were very attentive thru the whole process. My only other comment (not really a complaint) is that I didn't understand fully the rooter process. They should explain what the results can be (inconclusive) before you order a rooting process. I wanted to know where's drain led to but after twenty feet all they could tell me was we hit mud. So for $250 I found out nothing. Brandon assures me this will be addressed in future training meetings. (This was NOT the billing question mentioned earlier.) I would recommend them and use them for future projects.

I used AAA city Plumbing to repair a faulty shower on/off valve. Waide and Joe who was in training took care of the situation in a timely manner. My Shower on/off valve work great. It was a little on the pricey side for the work done but  I was pleased with the service. I would recommend there service. Thanks Waide and Joe.

After scheduling an appt last week that was cancelled same day, I tried again. Today the technicians showed up for a few electrical issues and when they couldn't quick fix them (they tried for about 5 mins) , they said their manager needed them to install a generator for someone else so they had to leave. When I asked when they could come back he said they were really busy and it could be weeks and suggested I call another company. And then he wanted $111 for the gas/trip fee.  WHAT?!?!

I asked to be placed BACK on their schedule and if/when they show back up and fix the problems, I'll happily update this review (and pay them the one time $111 gas/trip fee).

I called Best Rate because they advertise 24/7 service.  I called at 9:30 PM and was told no one could come out until sometime the next day.  When I said that I thought they offered 24/7 service the man said he was one man down and I don't want to know what the quote would be for them to come out that night.  My emergency was not at all important to him, in fact he seemed as if he thought it was humorous.  Some choice words come to mind about this man that I won't put on the internet

$875.00 for a 2 hour job unclogging a drain pipe. Really? If a  person promotes themselves as a Christian that is a moral and fair minded person, as Randy Scribner did to me, they are not. Learn from my expensive mistake and move on to another service provider. Buyer beware. Dave Cope, Stanley, NC
